The website is back up.
In typical FARE fashion
I believe the pps has held it's ground because some guy named Mark says we're all good here. Seems to be all it takes to keep hope alive.
I saw the trades too. I don't get it. Pps has been flat for months.
Buying stock in this company makes no sense with the current state of affairs. It's like buying a lottery ticket. You know you aren't going to win but the dream gets you anyway.
What manipulation are you guys talking about. $500 has traded today. Low volume like this leads to fluctuations.
Re: PM
Why not? I think you should.
Hey Col
No website, no phone, no office, Lisa left, Patrick left, no license... still believe it's just 'noise'?
I emailed Paul about 3 weeks ago. Nice email just asking for info on WM. No response. Why wouldn't a CEO of a company with a revolutionary new game changing product email me back and at least direct me somewhere? I tried to connect with him on LinkedIn around 2 years ago. Never accepted. Why?
The next thing we're going to get is a filing stating they are temporarily ceasing operations until regulations kick in. Maybe not even that. And that will be the end.
The phone number listed on their website 646-810-8781 is now disconnected.
I emailed Mark on Friday, no response.
I addressed this the last time you said this.
Why would Krystal be manufacturing moto meters if world moto has no sales? We know they made about 100 of them as they posted pics. But there won't be any production assembly when there is currently no demand.
bangkokpaul@yahoo.com
That's the email address he used to register with Go Daddy.
I agree they couldn't mandate something dependent on a smart phone. Good call.
World Moto's success has always been dependent on regulation and mandate. The cost would have to be subsidized by the government but I still think the price will be negotiated to less than $100.
This of course assumes they can get current with their filings.
Does anyone know what the status of all those convertible notes is? Since our last filing haven't more of these come due?
Check out the quote from this article -
But with one meter estimated to cost $120, it will take a taxi-moto operator at least 45 days to raise the Rwf90,000 and at the same time pay his bank loan or compulsory Rwf5,000 to Rwf7,000 daily deposit to motorcycle owner.
Despite the fact that some taxi-moto operators are not even aware of the fact that the moto-meter will soon be introduced, motorcycle public transport co-operatives have asked for a negotiation of the price.
“We don’t have any information yet but the price is too high for a moto operator,” said Tharcien Musabyiyaremye, the chairman of Remera Taxi Moto Cooperative.
“We suggest negotiations to bring it down to, say, Rwf50,000, which is affordable if you consider the daily income of our members.”

I've always believed World Moto would have to lower the price in order to sell meters. At $60 they now have to double their sales..
You're saying you have 24 million shares??
I get the desire to average down but anyone buying shares of this company right now should be prepared for a 100% loss.
When/if they bring their filings current and there is actually something positive to read in them there will be plenty of opportunity to invest.
Let's be realistic here. If they file and revenue/sales are reported, we know from their own admission that they have only been filling small orders to date. at $100+ a piece how much could possibly be reported? If they show $10,000 then they have sold 100 meters. My guess is they haven't sold 100 but let's call it $10,000. That is not going to send this stock to penny land. Anyone who's being realistic would admit this.
World Moto's business plan has always relied on regulation and mandates. Several companies have made the news lately in this industry. Uber, Lyft, GrabBike, Go-Jek, Ola, but where is World Moto? If mandates do get passed are governments going to award contracts to a company who is currently operating and profitable or go with World Moto?
I'm not trying to be negative. It's a serious question.
A better question would be
who is making the meters you claim aren't being made..
$40 per share means the company's market cap would be north of $2 billion. Sounds like the people in Manitoba are smoking weed too.
Received it about 2 weeks ago. First time I'm posting it here. Please let us know if the TSP responds back to you.
Hi
The Company moved twice within the TSP and has secured a better location with better terms (included in the upcoming filings).
Kind regards,
Mark Green
Can't tell by that response if they moved within the TSP again or moved out. It was already made public they moved twice within the Park.
I emailed WM and asked the same thing. They confirmed they moved and said details would be in the next filing.
The 52 week high is .0069. It's been old for a long time.
There isn't much we can do right now Ritchie. Wake up, check to see if they filed and move on with your day.
It isn't real Col. Why would Proactive Investors launch an investigation into WM because they refused a video conference.
Lol
Looks like the investigation is going well. Should have everyone's money back any day now.
30 days ago they announced a patent approval in China. Has anyone seen the patent approval? Every patent that's been approved has been posted but this one. I personally don't consider a patent approval a worthwhile PR. There hasn't been a PR from them in almost 2 and a half months.
It's more like standing on a beach watching the ocean go about a half mile out and scratching your head wondering why.
As I stated the last time you brought this up there are no criminal outstanding warrants against Paul Giles nor was he ever convicted of anything you have accused him of.
If you have proof that he was or there is than post it. If not then please stop posting lies.
Dkl what you posted a week ago was the same article I posted. You should actually read it so you know what you are talking about. The news article specifically states no charges had been brought against Starnet. It also states the basis of the investigation was the potential link to the Hells Angels as that group allegedly was supplying the girls who appeared on the company's Internet porn sites. The whole thing describes hardcore porn being illegal in Canada and that they were running online gambling sites with being properly licensed.
Hardcore porn is now available everywhere you go and online gambling still exists. If you have something that's actually relevant here please post it.
Sorry to hear about your situation. I wish you well dkl.
So you're a board moderator with zero interest in this company. It's summer in Canada. Should be other more proactive ways to invest your time eh?
Docx
Trust is earned. This company initially stated sales would occur in 2013 and as a result many on this board invested and have since seen our investment drop 95%. It makes zero sense to sell at a 95% loss and I have every right to state my opinions here good bad or indifferent. Many questions about this company remain unanswered and the current state of affairs is not positive despite what is circulating around in private emails to individual investors. Whatever your opinion of this company is, it is being poorly run to put it nicely.
PM.... Thanks?
Re PM. I've received similar correspondence. We'll see soon enough.
I believe the company will eventually file again and when they do we will see whether or not they generated revenue in the last 6 months and how bad the dilution has been since their last filing.
If the company is doing so well why not communicate it through FB? Why are they only updating you through personal emails? They have been emailing me as well and they are very general responses. They are very careful not to say anything that hasn't already been stated in a PR.
Col
I know that you know South America and Africa are not countries so well chalk that up to a misstatement.
World Moto will never have sales of any kind in China.
People are free to say anything they want and right now World Moto has stated they have shipped products, vendors are testing products, and the company is getting phone calls about its products. That's great and all but it doesn't say anything about sales or generating revenue.
If the company were gaining traction the pps would also be gaining traction. The fact that it's not proves my point and everyone else who is saying the same thing.
No offense Fox
But in recent days you had a disclaimer stating people should do their own DD. Today you're advising people to buy?
I would hope this is common sense to all, experienced investors and not. Investing in a company who recently stopped reporting to the SEC is an extreme gamble of your hard earned money. If WM gets current with its filings and they look promising there will be plenty of opportunities to invest.
In Dec 2012 / Jan 2013 it was an Awesome Penny Stocks pick which shot the price up as high as .33 before crashing in Jan 2013 to around .05 and has been drifting into the abyss ever since.
Stock promotions are pumps. Later in 2013 the SEC shut down APS for doing exactly that.
I did read it. Perhaps you missed this line
Back in early 2013, the stock became the pick of the infamous Awesome Penny Stocks and after a brief peak, it crashed hard, taking with it the hard-earned cash of many inexperienced investors.
I didn't need the article to reference. I bought stock back in 2013.
I'll post it for you

In the 90's Canada had very prudish laws prohibiting certain types of Internet porn. Online gambling wasn't regulated yet and Starnet was under investigation for running online gambling sites without a license.
I don't have time to research the drug charges but they were against the Hells Angels BC which provided models for the internet porn sites.
Go for it. Post the nonsense you are referring to. I've read all the articles you are referring to and none of them state Paul Giles was selling drugs. Your posts are ridiculous and misleading.
