float could very well be under 100 million if the float was only about 200 million over a year ago.

How can the float go down when there hasn't been a reverse split? We all know Maddox is not doing any buy back. He is in the share selling business. Betting that float is double of what is listed on OTCM.

Nope, float is 219,280,420 as of 07/31/2017. That is over a year old because Maddox doesn't want people to know the real numbers. There is no company incorporated in Colorado named Halberd so Maddox is committing fraud by selling stock in a nonexistent company.

Nope the A/S is 2 Billion and the last reported O/S was back in 7-31-17 at 482,838,125. BTW this is delinquent in the incorporating state as well as OTC disclosures.

Sure it is. They had to change direction from the last scam because it was not working. One little Oriental BBQ joint in an out of the way strip mall is not what one would call a bustling business that would support a publicly traded company. They just needed some new managment so they could attempt to sell more shares while Yo Adrian lays low and hides from the feds. Lenny didn't do much for this but he did high diddle diddle and headed for the hills when it got to hot.

Yes it is. So transparent that you cannot find anything of value to make a person want to invest in this two bit operation. So thin and transparent you cannot even see this ever actually being a legit company after all the scams that have been pulled.

That is the key to discovering that this is pure scam and only takes a few minutes to figure that out.

We listen to Twitter not wikihow.

Twitter will verify an account if they are coaxed and the account holder is doing everything correctly even today. What Twitter did was quit accepting the request for verifications on vague accounts.

You do realize that the second link you provided states that twitter has paused their verification process.

Yep but Twitter will still verify accounts if some requirements are met that entice them to verify an account. Not that hard if you follow the links to get a verified account even though Twitter has paused the previous channels to get verified. There is always another way to get things done and Twitter provides that avenue. This scam chooses not to be verified for a reason.

What a hoot! Minutes after I posted the last time the Unverified Twitter account responded on twitter to my claims not someone from the Hub. This is comical. Yes Twitter still verifies accounts but the account holder must meet some criteria and encourage Twitter to verify. The following links are guides on how to get verified after the Twitter crackdown.

If this is the official Twitter account then why doesn't it have the Twitter verification blue and white checkmark?
