I thought it was manny who told us that. Manny, are you out there?
ask below the bid????
waiting anxiously to find out the truth.... Tom has a fresh couple million in his pocket, so what is he going to do with it? I believe he is doing these businesses in upstate ny to (make himself richer) improve the ny economy and get in on the alternative energy hype, but the end of year is upon us and it't time to SHOW US THE MONEY!!!
Yes, .05 is possible at the current operation level, but Tom would have to announce that Cornell dilution is over - It was never clear from the beginning back in the summer, and all he has to do is come clean with the debt payment and we could get nice and stable at 5 cents. What is he waiting for????
What happened to the new SWVC Debt board?
door #3 is supposed to be a "non-retail acquisition bofore the end of year".
Central NY1, Since you are in the area, keep your ear to the ground about SWVC connections to the biodiesel and energy projects in the Fulton area. I tried to find out on my recent trip, but have not found a connection between all that going on and SWVC. We paid off alot of debt from the GS companies, and I thought we might receive som benefit - don't yet know if being associated with GSAgfuels would be good or not, but it is definitely Tom's big interest.
AP, you say to do your own due diligence, a remark that is thrown around alot on these boards, but on BB stock that is impossible and we have to rely on anyone who can dig out something or hear a whisper of a rumor. I appreciate anyone who can get an email from Tom, visit a store location, or hear about a possible merger candidate. If we KNEW any FACTS we would not be at the current pps - it would either be .15 or more because Tom has a solid business plan and a big merger company about to slide in here, or we would be at .0001 because it is all a big scam. NO ONE KNOWS - not the depressing bashers and not the silly pumpers. Waiting for TOM to give us the facts!
don't know about "really", but it is fun to imagine a run like that.
reporting sales results for a RETAIL COMPANY is not fluffy, it is just what we do.
I am trying to make sense of what is happening here - because I couldn't get in touch with anyone close to the company when I was in Syracuse last week. SWVC took over and paid off debt that was from GS activity. Now are we going to be compensated by a merger of assets from GSGF as a method for KK to dump debt and reorganize the GS companies so they can go ahead with alternate energy projects? I don't even know if that plan would be good for SWVC (don't really trust KK but Tom seems to). I am getting tired of guessing - I want to KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!!
This is complicated!!! Soapy banned on SWVC, but asst. mod here, but this board is focused on SWVC because the speculation is that the GS companies will merge into SWVC, making it a giant that will qualify to upgrade listing to big board. I hope it is all true, but do you believe in Santa?
yes, that is the topic - hope that someone who talks to Tom can find out if SWVC is part of that project. Seems we took over GS debt to allow this to move forward, and if we get something good for it, our stock should become valuable. This is not just a retail deal, we are supposed to get a non-retail acquisition befor end of year. Is this it?
Diamond, I like a positive attitude, but how about giving some back up to your pumps so we don't all look so foolish!
Been traveling a few days and see there are still the pumps and bashes same as before, with a few new bans. Too bad no one is seriously looking into the big energy development in the Fulton area and trying to find out if we will benefit from it through Tom's position in the projects. That is what i think the cash is for (from the sale to his bro. and sis), but i couldn't find out for sure during the holiday. Have folks up ther keeping their ears to the ground though. Could mean $$$ for us - go Tom!
Does that make the hammer?
My point is that i want it to be good news - hope that shareholders are not being abused here to do a favor for KK.
Soapy, here in Syracuse and the upstate area there is such a need for an infusion of capital and commerce. Depressed markets and high state taxes. I still believe that Tom is trying to bring much needed business here - I hear that there is a zoning deal for new businesses and maybe "Tom is going to take advantage of it (Empire Zone tax free incentives). I just wish he would tell us some good news about finishing with the toxic financing and be more clear about his dealings with KK - actually wish KK was out of here, nobody trusts him! Sometimes I am so tired of struggling and just wish that Tom would come through and make this a real legit. business that could grow at a steady positive rate. Is that asking so much???
Soapy, you still say that this is going to be tied to SWVC? Leaving for Syracuse in a few hours and it's killing me to go there with this as a loss instead of the big success I expected. Thought Tom was going to bring some real economic growth to the area but right now it's not looking too good. But he brought alot of growth to Cornell - yeah, they made out with our foolish investment! I thought better of Tom and his family.
When I got in to this stock, and now still, I think that Tom is trying to bring business to the depressed market of upstate NY, but now I don't know if it is also for the benefit of shareholders or if we are considered collateral damage necessary for HIS greater goals. Of course one of his major goals is also his own financial success - but I know he could justify our losses as minor to his plan. Right now Tom is forgetting that it was our money that is paying off Cornell even though the OS is just back to what it was when he did the reduction. To Tom is seems like he paid it off for free, but it was OUR MONEY in fact. Time for Tom to get straight with us or he will kill his golden goose.
jerry, there are many other reasons that one could still be in this stock beside greed or opinions of others. Give some credit and stop the attack of blame. When this stock goes up some here will look very insightful.
No doubt you've made good money flipping, but I wonder why you feel the need to post to ridicule and rub in the salt to those holding positions? It serves no good, and it's not like you know the ceo or visited the area or know the upstate market...maybe you know of Kevin K and hate him but why be so annoying on here when the price drops. It will go back up by the way.
per Google, 315-472-9127. I'll be there next week, what should I ask them? LOL, LOL, are we going to lose our money with this stock?????
SWF - Is there really a debate over whether there is a profit or loss of 5million? It is unclear in the filing? Someone please make this CLEAR and end this debate!
So here is a dream scenerio: GS fuels merges into SWVC, Hacketts expands into a full service shopping with quickmart, deli and flexfuel gas station at each location and then expands to 40 stores, and then we have a pps of .....?????
Everyone reading this board gets it that you hate this company - okay. You don't need to keep pounding it in.
Drac is back! Glad to see his entertaining posts-even when negative they are fun, not like some who are so vicious about rubbing salt into shareholder wounds. Tom S and crew are trying to bring business to the depressed North country and I think there is a good chance he will succeed. He has good guys with him - BJ's is a great chain, and the Hacketts model, different than BJ's because tailored to the needs of the upstate demographics. Don't give up on this stock so soon, guys - don't take an unnecessary loss when we are on the brink of a turnaround! Manny, tell us more - I like what I'm hearing.
While it is annoying to hear the disparaging posts, esp. by those making money by flipping even while they complain, it doesn't change what the company relly is that we will eventually find out. If they are legit then those holding stock will make money and if the bashing posts are true we will lose. I don't think anyone here is dumping their holdings due to the accusations being made tonight.
Is Cleantech the one having the reverse split? Is this in preparation for merging into SWVC?
Soapy, Can you tell anymore detail about how you know that GS will come into SWVC? Will it be a clear benefit to us and not what these flippers are accusing of? You know, it's Sunday, market closed, and time to reflect and worry. We have all been burned by deceptive OTCBB deals and would love to discover that this one is for real. Thanks in advance.
OT (sort of), does anyone know what all the black magic was a bout in Kevin K.'s shareholder letter was about and what it means for our "sister" companies?
Dear fellow shareholders, Sorry if my hopes for SWVC are too high, I was so hopeful that Tom S. and his team was really going to something great for us, for upstate economy and for himself, by getting a good clean shell and moving along to a good business model of sustained growth and positive transparency that could be win-win.
Visited the one in Pulaski, talked to local working folks about Hacketts and the had a very good opinion of it - but that's not what is so important to me right now. We need the business plan, where all the shares went and why we may have paid so much for the shell if none of the shares went to acquisitions or capital for expansion. We never should have owed that much to Cornell in the shell from Gs carbon.
LB: I don't follow, sorry. We aren't ethanol..that's GSGF and I don't think we are merging with them - do you?
AP, are you really driving to upstate? Because the Wisebuys store I saw was not much to look at - but neither is Dollar or Dollar General and those companies are worth alot because the stores are all over. If you are going, you need to find a way to meet with Tom or someone close to the company to find out what the bus. plan is. Looking at the stores is not too exciting.
Also: GSGF needs ALOT of capital to build the biodiesel plant and Tom is involved with both our companies, so how tempting is it to take our money over there? That is what Tom has to let us know!!!!
Simple example Soapy: The shares have increased from 189 million to the current over 700 million. We do not know where the proceeds went - and it could amount to as much as 10 million dollars. If it went to bringing value into the company then it is good, but it did not go to Hacketts and it is too much for the Cornell debt that we we supposed to take on with the shell.
Not writing to Tom - going to Upstate NY and try to meet with him, but need to find a connection to get me a meeting. Don't yet know if it will happen - esp. since it is a vacation week.
You think that SWVC will get the WHOLE CLeantech without GS debt? I don't think Kevin is capable of giving that kind of shareholder value, but it sounds like a good, but unrealistic, tale. I am waiting for Tom to "come clean" about the financial plan and facts for SWVC and what the proceeds from the additional 500 million shares went for. It can't be for Cornell under the deal that was filed originally for SWVC.
Well then what is your guess of where Tom takes it from here? Are you a stockholder?
