With Ruiz de Chávez of CBD Life that completes Fudgepacker's compadres The Three Amigos.
Response to #60943 on the other board:
They say they have sent 45,000 cans to CBD Life in Mexico. That was back on 9 January. Nothing has been heard of the cans since then. It's like they are sitting in a warehouse somewhere while CBD Life tries to figure out what to do with them.
It's not clear what the point is you think you are making. The article is about recreational marijuana i.e. THC
A message for the resident chartist on the other board to save him a lot of wasted effort:
It's the fundamentals stupid.
Reposted from the other board:
There is some limited but inconclusive evidence that CBD might ameliorate some severe medical conditions (in addition to epileptic seizures) such as as Parkinsons disease and nausea associated with chemotherapy treatment of cancer. Research on its possible benefits and bad side effects is proceeding but it beats me why the unafflicted general public should consume it in a widespread and indiscriminate manner through beverages sold at convenience stores and supermarket chains. Oh wait a minute, I hear someone bleating about "healthfulness" and "wellness" as though that has some real meaning in the real world. It's no coincidence that they have a financial interest in plugging this factoid story.
I've got to agree with you that these releases didn't specifically state unrestricted retail outlet sales to the general public. The wording is somewhat vague and could conceivably mean/refer to (only) regulated medicinal outlets. Do you know where the talk of OXXO (a client of CBD Life) came from? I think it might just have been the rabble on the other board making an unwarranted deduction from a CBD Life web page naming some big name clients. If the Mexican sales are on a restricted basis then as for it being a great money spinner (regardless of the very small royalty per can to RMHB anyway) it's all just a lot of bulldust. Mr. Welch continued, “The Company is planning a 45,000 can sample run this month of Rocket High, California Lemonade, and California Black Tea as the first part of the initial 2,000,000 can production for CBD Life. An International Hispanic News Media Outlet has requested to be allowed to film the production run so that they can finish their report on CBD Life and its unique position as the first and only company to be granted permits by COFEPRIS (Mexico’s similar organization to the U.S. FDA) to import and distribute CBD beverages in Mexico. Rocky Mountain High Brands has the exclusive manufacturing agreement for CBD Life’s beverages under its three-year Master Manufacturing Agreement.

CBD Life has the unique position as the first and only company to be granted six permits for importing and distributing CBD-infused beverages by COFEPRIS (Mexico’s similar organization to the U.S. FDA) in Mexico. Rocky Mountain High Brands is named as the exclusive manufacturer of the beverages on the permits

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc., stated, “I’m pleased to officially announce that CBD Life’s beverages have been delivered and soon will be on their way to select accounts throughout Mexico.”
Mr. Ruiz de Chávez concluded, “The goal of CBD Life is to develop its own branded products and be one of the largest distributors of cannabidiol products imported from the United States. Rocky Mountain High Brands certainly plays a large part in our future as we believe these beverages will be a huge success throughout Mexico. As the first Mexican company integrating the products into formal channels, we are forecasting a high success rate in the market.”
There was no reason why Charles Smith could not have remained as a Director and kept an eye on his shareholding if he found the CFO position too heavy going. There is more to this than the delusional "explanations" being given elsewhere.
One that won't last on the other board:
Idiot mods! They even delete the latest Authorized Shares count of 141,895,041. It is a fact you dimwits and it remains a fact despite your pathetic censorship. It's what happens with toxic financing and it's called DILUTION.
Double whammy. Charles Smith gone and dilution remorselessly continues.
It's hardly the action of a Director and Chief Operating Officer of a Company which is on the verge of doing great things. But then again .... we were warned by an insider that the writing is on the wall.
That would be a good selling point. People who had drunk HEMPd drinks and didn't get the coronavirus proves what a great "nutraceutical" they are.
The question is whether CBD Life and RMHB are lying in claiming they have official approval to proceed to sell unrestricted infused CBD drinks to the general public in convenience stores, supermarkets etc. in Mexico. They say they have been given the exclusive right ahead of other potential competitors.
Nevertheless it is suspicious that it is taking so long and they are still fiddling about with a 45,000 can trial taste test. CBD Life doesn't seem to be in any hurry.
Marijuana dude, not marijauna. It helps with credibility to get the spelling of the important things right.
An article I read in a local paper (not the U.S.) a couple of days ago which advocated for changing the law to legalise cannabidiol (CBD) said
"CBD is known to treat pain, nausea and limit epileptic seizures. Internationally it has been used as part of cancer treatment."
What I'd like to know is even accepting that is true why the dickens would 99% of the general public buy CBD infused drinks to "treat" conditions they aren't experiencing, and why wouldn't the 1% who do so suffer not buy the oil proper without going through some unnecessary beverages malarkey?
So CBD Life and RMHB were flat-out lying when they reported they had permission from the Mexican Government agency COFEPRIS to sell unregulated CBD infused beverages throughout Mexico? Interesting.
According to the other board the CBD Life drinks won't now be available in Mexico City until the end of February or early March. Sounds like they are travelling by mule train.
A little short-lived humor on the other board:
You cowardly mods can delete until the cows come home (get it?) but it won't change the facts.
It has crossed my mind that if open market CBD drinks were successful in Mexico the cartels might start taking an interest. Somewhat dramatic I agree but not completely out of their line of business.
Response to #60806 on the other board:
Yeah you can relax guys, just bunker down and wait a few years for the THC market to come on-stream and we will take it by storm. All this pissing about we are doing at the moment is just to fill in time and will be forgotten by then.
A response to #60810 that lasted a few short seconds on the other board:
Don't kid yourself there is any balance here. You obviously haven't seen the many fair and reasonable factual posts deleted by the tinpot dictators who run the board. This board is a sick joke and the mods are contemptible lowlife whose only concern is to pump RMHB as hard as they can.
The writing is on the wall. It's nearly game over?
It might happen where low cost cans have been manufactured or sealed on the cheap. What's to be done about it? Condemn and junk the lot and write them off in the accounts as obsolescent inventory.
The feeling (if it really occurs) of vigor and well-being sounds like it is an effect of the THC.
RMHB couldn't attract direct investment funding which is why they had to go the dilution toxic shares funding route.
RMHB is overstaffed for the results it produces. And it certainly would be a good saving to cut the pay of its paid stooges. They have proved useless at holding the pps up with their mission of misinformation and general golden future BS. The latest attempted ramp of THC being a lucrative future for RMHB is laughably unrealistic.
The writing is on the wall. The moving finger writes and having writ moves on ....
Was Friday payday for RMHB staff and the paid stooges? Cash must be getting pretty low by now so I hope they didn't miss out. Michael and his buddies will be okay so there's no need to worry about them.
Another one that won't last long on the other board:
The writing is on the wall according to adirondackhi. But don't panic because he says RMHB will clean up bigtime when THC is as common as alcohol in several years time and folks will be falling over themselves to get their hands on THC products carrying the famous Rocky Mountain High trademark. Just have patience. The long term plan is all coming together.
If CBD Life doesn't have the necessary approval to sell CBD to the general public widely throughout Mexico then clearly they must be lying. They say they have approval and go-ahead from COFEPRISE. As I remember that earlier link you put up was about marijuana and not CBD.
You need to provide more detailed information to support what you are saying. Detailed information and not just arm waving. Be specific.
For example where exactly do they say the drinks (which drinks?) are "hemp infused". They are actually said to contain hemp oil extract (HEMPd) or CBD (CBD Life to Mexico).
Listen to them where? They don't do podcasts any more apparently because some doubters had the audacity to comment unfavorably on missed timetables and deadlines that had been given.
Another one (#60748) that didn't last long on the other board:
The writing is on the wall. Don't take my word for it, it's what adirondackhi says and he should know being in thick with management.
Any post that is positive about RMHB without contravening the Terms of Service will remain. Posts are not permitted to contain personally disparaging remarks and abuse of other posters.
If doubters outnumber the true believers that is the fault of the supporters for not showing up.
We dare not speak its name here but if you google a bit you will come across it. Its setup is a knock off of this one.
I know. The THC talk is quite laughable but it keeps the dreamers on the other board happy.
It seems that everyone except you is lacking the right comprehension. CBD Life have said they have the exclusive right by COFEPRIS to sell CBD infused drinks to the general public in supermarkets etc. Your position apparently is that they (and RMHB) are lying through their teeth. That is a very big call. We shall see.
Of course the Rocket High and California drinks destined for Mexico show CBD content on the cans. That is the whole point of them.
Reasonably written posts conforming with the TOS that are supportive of RMHB are not deleted at this site. Unlike the other board there is genuine free discussion to be had here.
If CBD Life in collusion with RMHB has lied that COFEPRIS has given it the go-ahead to exclusively sell CBD infused beverages in general retail stores in Mexico then that would be an enormous fraud that would put its whole business in Mexico in jeopardy. I don't buy it. I am in no doubt that the 45,000 Rocket and California drinks will eventually be sold in Mexico although the whole CBD Life multi-million cans deal will not mean a significant financial return to RMHB. What is somewhat surprising is that at this late stage they are still playing around with taste tests and at which outlets to place which cans. It looks like the drinks may not be nearly as popular as we have been breathlessly assured they will be.
It is most alarming that adirondackhi should say the writing is on the wall for RMHB's present activities and it will be a matter of waiting for THC to be legalized and that market kick in. That could yet be quite a while off and there is no guarantee RMHB would gain a large position in it even assuming it can avoid bankruptcy until then.
This warning by adi must be taken very seriously as he is obviously very close to RMHB management and may even be a high ranking employee of the company (David Seeberger?). Many long suffering shareholders aka bagholders may want to call it a day and finally admit defeat and move on.
When copying posts from the other board to preserve as duplicates here you need to be careful not to name the other board and give its address as a link. They are not permitted here.
I suggest that any deleted reasonable post made at the other board be duplicated here so the little dictators who control it can't completely muzzle relevant questions and discussion.
Are you saying the 45,000 shipment is fraudulent? That seems rather unlikely. It's much more probable there hasn't yet been time to get them to the stores.
Did you visit any of the foreshadowed retail outlets in Mexico City?
I wouldn't expect these to survive on the other board:
#60717
What's happening with the chocolate company purchases, FitWhey, the revamp of the Rocky Mountain High Drinks, etc? Do you have any updates on those deals?
Also, you say that HEMPd is for sale at retail in Texas and New York. What stores/outlests specifically are they being sold in?
#60719
It is widely mentioned on the other board that you are David Seeberger. I don't believe I have ever seen you deny it. This is either material info or material disinformation. Why would RMHB be more effective in THC than CBD? How are you aware of this stuff?
#60720
So it turns out that after all your pushing of CBD the real story is going to be THC in some indeterminately distant future.
Well I say bring it on because at least you would get some bang for your buck with THC whereas the benefits of CBD are largely illusory, at least the best on offer is you are supposed to feel a bit better after guzzling it.
