"If Kate Middleton was to show up wearing a KBLB spider silk dress to the queens birthday ball, our silk would be worth a small fortune for a few months PPS would pop to $20 in an hour."
That may be. However, if Kate Upton was to show up at the Queens Birthday Ball wearing a KBLB spider silk bikini the PPS would pop to a rock solid $50.
I do enjoy reading the comments of The Finger. Thanx for that.
Z06 Man, I can not PM. I agree on your assessment. Also, congratulations on having the guts to hold your shares though the rough patches and on the success of your other projects. I have been buying on the dips and it looks like in the long term that will prove to be a good strategy as KBLB takes it to the next level and eventually beyond. For me this is not a play to flip but an investment for years to come.
Fish don't fry in the kitchen
Beans don't burn on the grill
Takes a whole lot of trying
For KBLB to get up that hill
"The physicist invents a transistor where as a biologist discovers the molecular structure of DNA." Maybe not the best choice of words in this case. hahahahahahaha

"We have accepted the invitation to visit a potential production location and to meet with officials to discuss the business opportunities presented."
Will KBLB begin the large scale commercialism of the future of silk in a country somewhere along the ancient silk road of the past?
My guess is India. What's yours?

performance textilessilkKraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. has launched stage three of its pilot production program.
The program is designed to run in three stages, each launching in turn when the data from the previous stage indicates that the program is reaching its benchmarks.
“The launch of stage three indicates stages one and two are exceeding our expectations with hatch rates exceeding 60 percent. At the current rates of the program’s development, we should be able to announce that hatchlings from the first round have begun spinning Monster Silk™ within the next few days,” said Kim K. Thompson, founder and CEO of Kraig Biocraft Laboratories.

"The only intent on my plate is to try to break even"
Is it possible that you may modify your intent again?
I imagine your original intent was to make an amazing amount of money.
Then your intent was to at least get out with something and absolutely sell out on Jan 2nd of this year.
Now your intent is to break even on good news.
I expect your intent to change yet again upon actualization of the "C" word back to your original intent.
Why just break even when the volcano is blowing?
One of these days I hope to make it up to your local drinking hole for some Buffett music, a few Hoodlum Drinks and smiles regarding the shares of KBLB we still hold. Hang in there.
"KBLB is not a penny stock. It is a stock that sells for pennies."
Can't remember who said that but I believe it is true. ;)
I called the Super-Sensitive Musical String Co. in Sarasota, Fla. two days ago. They said that they did not sell spider silk violin strings and that I "should not wait on them" if I wanted to buy some. The person I talked to was not familiar with the company EntoGenetics Inc.
Yep we are all looking forward to news.
Hang in there.
You will be glad you did not sell.
Have you considered where you gun-a go when the volcano blows?
No video this time.
I just called the Super-Sensitive Musical String Co. in Sarasota, Fla. They said that they did not sell spider silk violin strings and that I "should not wait on them" if I wanted to buy some. The person I talked to was not familiar with the company EntoGenetics Inc.
Thanks for the chart SIA.
I am looking forward to a good week... and a great year.
OK. Thanx.
Zenaku or anyone. Would you please copy and post the text of that article to the KBLB IHub message board. I can not seem to get to it. Thank you very much.
"Most people who want silk sheets and silk clothing... already have the ability to buy them ? "
OK. Is that mundane silk "silkier than silk". Monster Silk is. I know. I have toughed it.
I imagine there is a slice of the cotton underwear market and silk lingerie market that will be a nice income stream for KBLB. Not to mention all the endless applications going forward with protective clothing and military. Think of all the consumers who will have the "ability to buy them".
Looking forward to future special occasions. Long live THE FINGER!
Tell it mod.
Archival post I must say.

Al Gore don't seem to know about the latest and greatest. Using silkworm rather than goats... Oh well. He and the rest of the world will catch up eventually.
just chill'n babycakes
That seems like a good way to go about it. However, there are some questions that we hope will be automatically answered that may not. So imo maybe the first one or two questions should be the obvious ones that are screaming to be asked and the more telling ones follow???
Looks like we are getting plenty of questions form board members. (banned and not banned) Actually most of them seem legitimate in substance even if some are confrontational in tone. I would like to know the answers to all of those questions. There are however too many questions at the moment and that volume could be overwhelming. I recommend that we as a board refine our curiosity. Lets organize the questions in order of importance and cut it down to a top 10 list. We need to make it manageable. The company has asked for questions for the upcoming CC and we should deliver with a response that reflects the intelligence of this board.
KBLB is being set up to be a stock for the world. There is a European exchange in place. With the World Textile Information Network ("WTiN") article there is international coverage and interest. There are many building blocks in the works to lay the foundation of what is looking more and more like the realistic possibility that Kraig will one day be a transnational monster. All longs should read Global Embrace: Corporate Challenges in a Transnational World by Henry Wendt .

Bingo...
Most of my questions would be pretty obvious basic ones as well.
If things go according to current plans:
1. Approximately when will we see revenue?
2. What specific applications should be expected with Monster Silk?
3. What specific applications should be expected with Big Red?
4. What is in the pipeline?
5. Who will our partners be and what is the production framework?
Of course some of these questions can not be answered for legal reasons and we will find out when it is appropriate.
It does "feel" like we are moving ahead nicely however. It "feels" like we are leaning forward on the verge of taking that milestone step into commercialization and that will be reflected in a most substantial increase in share price. And it "feels" like scientifically we will soon have some amazing news about Big Red. None of us really know for sure exactly what is going on but my gut tells me after about three years of trying to keep my ear to the track that a train is coming and moving fast and it will be hard to jump on board when it passes.
"I know my questions will not be answered in a CC if it is the same type of CC they have had the last 3 times.
I will get some info I will like to have, but nothing that I want to know. " -es1
Just hypothetically. If you could ask any question you wanted to the CEO and knew you would get a direct answer what would your top 5 questions be in a perfect world of Q&A?
Thanx.
I am less worried about KBLB's future that ever.
This company has never been in a better position.
The progress towards commercialization is palpable.
Commercialization will put this company on new level.
We as investors have much to be happy about as
we look ahead. So don't worry, be happy...

I am going to try to make it to the Myrtle Beach Show. I like the timing on that show, June 18-20. Hopefully we will be in full swing by then.
On my calender. Thanx Z
