Man false info around!!

On September 16, 2011, the Company entered into an employment agreement (the “Bluher Employment Agreement”) with John H. Bluher, individually (“Bluher”), appointing Bluher as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Pursuant to the terms of the Bluher Employment Agreement, Bluher is to serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer from September 16, 2011 (the “Bluher Effective Date”), until September 15, 2013 (the “Bluher Term”). Upon expiration of the Bluher Term, the Bluher Employment Agreement shall be automatically renewed unless either the Company or Bluher provides the other party with written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the last date of the respective term.

Why they did not renew is another thing!!

60 days prior was mid July and all was fine at that time!!!

This will come into question for 2011 and bonuses!!

On November 14, 2011, the Company entered into an amended and restated employment agreement with Mr. Pyatt. The parties amended the Pyatt Employment Agreement in order to amend section 3(c) as it relates to Mr. Pyatt’s bonus payment. The amended Pyatt Employment Agreement now provides that, for each one million dollars ($1,000,000) in revenue growth achieved by the Company from the revenue figure reported for the prior fiscal year, Mr. Pyatt shall receive (i) ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and (ii) one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) worth of the Company’s common stock, such stock to be valued based on the average closing price for the twenty (20) trading days prior to the date of issuance of such stock. The aforementioned payments to Mr. Pyatt shall be made within 90 days after the end of the Company’s fiscal year.

So for each year for last year as bonus!! of Say $25 million more sales this year that is ALOT!!!

That is $2.5 million of shares and $250,000.00 cash bonus and each year more!! For 2013

for 2012 ?? same amount or more???

SEC does not like this!!!

Total Assets $226,469,000 Sept 2013!!

Total Liabilities $146,314,000 Sept 2013

Difference $80,155,000 NET!!!

Market value at $3.00 a share is $32 million????
at $4.00 a share it is $43 million????

Something wrong here!!!

This should be at least $7.50 a share just on assets alone!!!

If I was a short I would now want out and soon!!

As this is about to lift up in BIG BIG WAY!!

Shorting at this PPS or less is insane!!

Man I hope she opens at $3.00 a share I will be buying BIG!!!!

10.86 million shares x $3.00 is only $32 million market cap!!

With pre bought sugar and corn!!

Better cover quickly!!

Made Gross profit was $3.5 million for the third quarter of 2013,

Take that again and more this next Quarter and WOW!!

$3.00 a share is a bargain!!!

The current trend is up for now untill Q3 comes out!!!

Playing the chart on this one!!

Riding the 200DMA!!

Looks like this will hit the $11.00 mark riding the upper Bollinger band up on the daily!!!

As Arnie's shares are not included!! From Aug and if they are then someone is losing alot of money!!!

Why??

because if you take O/S from Aug 19 at 8.8 million!!

there is 780,000 shares or $7.8 million funds missing!!! and need to be repaid!!!

That is HUGE $7.8 million plus dollars!!

This is more than just fines!! Heads are going to roll maybe even jail time!!!!

This is a MESS!!!

The accumulation line DROPPING despite all this volume means that there is HUGE SELLING GOING ON!!!

Also the %B green line crossed down on the ATR red line HUGE clue to sell just look at Feb!!

This will retrace to 50DMA before settling down again!!

Also the MACD is about to turn down likely tomorrow!!
