My understanding is that the funds are distributed through the state of NY in this instance and it is my feelings that the 2 state senators had alot of influence over the disbersment of funds,how could they not they both claimed credit for the funds being allocated. hillary most recently in a campaign fund raising gathering in response to a question by none other than barbara streisand,UG! My point is that President Bush and the Rep. Congress were instrumental in getting the funds to the states affected. Corruption of the spending of said funds is blood on the local hands

Lee, I for one keep a futures only trading account,all future trades reported for capital gains are taxed at a level 20%,makes it easy at tax time to calculate tax issues. Hope that helps.
