The mother-ship has just embarked on it's maiden voyage. I just can't wait to get past the solar system to get into warp drive!
IMO, the P2O tankers could be online with minimal effort. Think about it...the tanker comes with cargo space ready compartments that can hold anything from plastics to oils (no pun intended). Adequate deck space to house several processors. And the best part would be just sailing into foreign ports, loading the plastics, sailing into international waters, converting the plastics to oil, sailing back into port, sell the oil and start the process all over again. I would think that not a lot of legal hurdles would need to be taken to get these puppies online.
I think that it was a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Antagonist is the only reason that I can think of.........z3
It would be a complete waste of my time and energy to continue doing DD for someone that obviously could careless about investing in JBII.
I do not understand how you can (in all honesty) post a statement such as this:
"This DD thing is a double edged knife."
When it is overbearingly obvious that you have done none!
Do some DD on patent laws and you will understand the following:
http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/doc/general/#pub
Publication of Patent Applications
Publication of patent applications is required by the American Inventors Protection Act of 1999 for most plant and utility patent applications filed on or after November 29, 2000. On filing of a plant or utility application on or after November 29, 2000, an applicant may request that the application not be published, but only if the invention has not been and will not be the subject of an application filed in a foreign country that requires publication 18 months after filing (or earlier claimed priority date) or under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Publication occurs after the expiration of an 18-month period following the earliest effective filing date or priority date claimed by an application. Following publication, the application for patent is no longer held in confidence by the Office and any member of the public may request access to the entire file history of the application.
As a result of publication, an applicant may assert provisional rights. These rights provide a patentee with the opportunity to obtain a reasonable royalty from a third party that infringes a published application claim provided actual notice is given to the third party by applicant, and a patent issues from the application with a substantially identical claim. Thus, damages for pre-patent grant infringement by another are now available.
Next unfounded accusation...

Not gonna happen! You should probably cover soon as well. ~IMO
LOL - you are just jealous!
Yes, we will all find out soon enough is probably the most correct statement that you have posted yet! Better cover this week. ~IMO
Thanks TA! Although I got into this stock as a fundamental play, the recent technical does appear to be correctly reacting to the short-term movement. That chart would certainly support the theory that JBII will be retesting it's wings in the free-zone again real soon. GLTY
I believe that we have the smart shorts covering this week.
An even wiser friend told me to go all in on JBII, and I am almost there!
Damn those shorts! Why didn't they wait until Friday???
Gotcha' by .19, however; that is is a quick moving average...:)
Damn! I actually thought that I was asking real nice to hold it down until Friday...
Though if he is sooooooooooooo smart, why is he getting married??
Okay, that I can agree with. PS, no disrespect intended Lynn.
LOL - not for me!
Ahhh...a socialist basher - I resemble that! Just you showing up at the peak (7.70), and making a statement like that...kinda' makes one wonder...
Good luck to us both then!
ok ok, so I'll be out for 6 months er so...
Don't think that you will make that 6 months.
Got Parlay? Just a lurker lurking...
You and all the others will be letting go soon! Just wait until after Friday though - okay? (GRIN)
Hope the 'shorts' hold it back until Friday...
Go WAMU then!
Bonds would be kewl!
IMO, 10k shares would be the ideal entry point for anyone - their investment would be worth 1mil within 1 - 1.5 years, and that is definitely a 'life changer' for many a folk!
Lake Beaver...look it up. I will be up there in 2 years - Brown's Marina.
Gulp! Must mean that 5% of the population will get the same tax! Better buy some more JBII a.s.a.p.
And I know you and a few others have been pounding that fist for almost a year now. Just wished that I had heard that pound a lot sooner than I did as I would be holding a multitude of this stock rather than just a mite! I am not complaining whatsoever though!
FWIW, I will unload a very small portion at around $200 - just to become debt-free like my good friend JB! Then a few more when I get ready to build my marina & lake house. The rest I plan on just riding the wave & reaping the harvest!
I agree with nothing wrong with taking profits - I have learned how to do it myself with some stocks. This one however; is too great of a risk for me to attempt trading it. I am completely convinced that the continuing accumulation of this stock is the best path forward for an early retirement. GLTA
Obviously you have done no DD on this company if your statement like...
"...and the trenches aren't dug as far as I can tell."
...is all that you can understand about JBI, Inc.!
The "trenches" were the acquisitions that comprise the synergy!
Seeing is indeed believing! However; I was a believer after a very limited amount of DD. IMO, anyone who is seriously contemplating an investment here realized the same thing that I did the first day I came upon this jewel.
PAK-IT INFO:
Pak-It was formed in 2007 to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Dickler Chemical Laboratories, Inc. (“DCL”). DCL was formed in 1968 to manufacture and sell industrial cleaning chemicals regionally (the Philadelphia ‘tri-state” area). For about 10 years prior to the acquisition the company had consistently recorded revenues in the $5 million to $6 million range with profits in the $200,000+ range. Pak-It purchased DCL stock in October 2007 and on January 1, 2008 merged the DCL Pennsylvania Corporation into a newly formed Florida corporation of the same name. The company now does business as Pak-It™, DCL Solutions, and Vanguard with its administrative and selling office at 221 Turner Street Clearwater, Fl, and the DCL factory leased at 4201 Torresdale Avenue Philadelphia, PA. The DCL factory is situated on about 1.5 acres of land and has nearly 60,000 sqft. of manufacturing space under roof.
Using the patented Pak-It™ delivery system (liquid cleaner in a water soluble sachet) the company delivers glass cleaner, disinfectant, multipurpose, and many more cleaning products (42 products currently) shipped in tiny packages of condensed cleaner (inside a ‘dry’ 1 quart container). This delivery method is “green” since it’s fully biodegradable and saves thousands of dollars in shipping. The user simply adds water to the container without measuring or cutting the Pak-It™. Large retailers (like Home Depot and Office Depot) and many national Building Service Contractors already using the product have documented significant cost savings from shipping, training, inventory control and space.
Pak-It also produces private label liquid cleaning supplies for a variety of well known companies, including a retail marine supply company and an international company that sells Pak-It’s with its pressure washers.
In June 2009 Pak-It hired a full-time industry seasoned marketing executive who has created a plan known as “50 in 5”. The company ispresently implementing the plan to achieve annual sales of $50 million within 5 years.
Pak-It provides an innovative, technological approach to chemicals, both in terms of portion control solutions and product breadth that constantly seeks to improve quality and consistency. Pak-it also provides an operational focus on logistics that offers individual “kits” designed to meet specific cleaning requirements, delivered directly to each location, while remaining flexible toward meeting other customer needs.
the following was the debt liabilities which were paid in full last year...
Pak-It Acquisition:
On September 30, 2009, 310 Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Unit Purchase and Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Pak-It, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Pak-It”) and the Pak-It, LLC unitholders (the “Pak-It Unitholders”).
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding membership units and all of the assets of Pak-It including Pak-It’s wholly owned subsidiary Dickler Chemical Laboratories, Inc., in exchange for the issuance of 625,000 shares of the Company’s common stock and the issuance of two secured promissory notes. Pursuant to a loan agreement (the “Loan Agreement”), the Company issued a secured promissory note to a trustee in the amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000) which is due on December 29, 2009 with a 10% interest rate (the “Note”). In addition, the Company has assumed and will satisfy certain liabilities of Pak-It by issuing a note in the amount of Two Million Six Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($2,665,000) due on December 29, 2009 with a 10% interest rate (the “Liability Note”) collectively the Note and Liability Note are referred to as the “Notes”.
If you are seriously interested in learning more about Pak-It and it's independent high-growth potential, then go to the following web-site:

Home Depot Approves PAK-IT
Home Depot approves BSC's to use PAK-IT as primary cleaning product in their locations. Saving hundreds of thousands of dollars across the board.
Michaels Approves PAK-IT
Michaels rolls out several hundred stores to start cleaning with PAK-IT.
JJ, here we go again...more antagonizing discrediting theories from you and your kind. JBII PPS will never go that low again. Even if P2O is a fluke (which it is not, of course), we still have Pak-It which is imminently set to go global on a large scale, and is currently profitable and debt-free.

I enjoy a good BK parlay from time-to-time.
Congrats on buying JBII! As a few others here have pointed out - just tuck those shares away for now and you will be very happy within a short period of time. GLTY
