I am seeing an average of 55% green across the board. Is this what everyone else is seeing?
Holding 7 varieties of the stuff!
Jim should give us a big Boo-yah!
Got my fill @ .10
J's are tasting pretty good right now!
Mostly moved back to their home base - just look around a little bit and you will find the same ole, same ole on other boards. I can only imagine that they needed a rest from the constant rebuttal's that were disclaiming their theories/conspiracies and moved into the mostly unabated comfort zone. They are continuing to DD though. One can only hope that they will slowly see the err of their ways and jump on this wondrous opportunity. Yeah, I know...
Seeing across the board movement like nothing lately. Sure wished that the MM's would lose control.
It is always refreshing to read your perspective Coach - thanks!
At John Bordynuik Inc. (JBI), we have a proven track record of providing data recovery solutions to clients with huge volumes of valuable data that was previously unreadable. For years, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) had a problem in the form of two-dozen tons of unreadable computer tapes recorded between the 1960s and 1995. By successfully resolving this issue, John Bordynuik allowed MIT to address a data storage problem that had been growing for decades and launched a collaborative relationship that continues to benefit both parties to this day.
Poor Storage Conditions Leads to Unreadable Data
Over the years, approximately 15,000 7-track and 9-track tapes containing valuable research and development data had been stored in the basement of MIT’s old Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). These tapes were exposed to extreme elements, including rain, snow, humidity and heat.
MIT allowed Bordynuik to demonstrate his custom data recovery technique on four sample tapes. When Bordynuik promptly read and returned the tapes, MIT was able to access to this data for the first time since it had been recorded. JBI next read 25 more sample tapes for MIT. After successfully reading these tapes, MIT then shipped a transport truck full of tapes containing valuable data from the 1960s through to the 1990s that had been written by dozens of different systems.

Patience grasshopper...
I honestly believe that JBII is ready to take them on. I would certainly welcome their indulgence now if that be the reasonable possibility, as I, for one, am ready to get past this BS!
It would certainly go against his record if he did not allow the recovery of this debt.
I hope that Peck believes the same way then - it could cost us some cash if it goes the other way.
You are a psychic Scion!
Unless, of course, there was more to gain by letting it fall...thoughts?
Hell, I do not believe that it really matters to them now either. It sure as hell doesn't matter to me, and I am just a small fish in this sea!
Should have you scratching your head then...
Ending 2nd Q I really do not believe that it will matter much to the company. ~IMO
If you were a CEO what would you say about it? "Oh, it's okay - go ahead and flip/short our stock"? Don't believe that I would.
As I have stated previously...traders and investors win in this one. Even shorties will win if they know when to cover!
I would think that Judge Peck would allow some of the cash to be released to protect $900mil.
"(call me crazy, but the road up or down isn't straight)...."
That my friend we can agree upon! Every day is a winding road as well - sometimes it is a mountainous winding road and other times it is a flat winding road, but mostly mountainous. Apparently this one is currently a "mountainous" one. We will have our mountain-top soon though - rest assured!
I like playing in the grey zone! Got Parlay?
Aw shucks! Must have been the first batch, and not the second. Time to start looking for the second shipment I suppose...
Nice! Looks like the first shipment is en route! can I get a Boo-yah!?
I agree with you that this should be the due path forward for him. The current environment is much too embarrassingly volatile for a BOD.
It's on sale right now for $4.09 - better drink your fill before we uplist!
Both counts are correct!
I am quite full right now anyways...but there is always next month!
And we all know what Paul did with it...the rest is history! And to think that our good ole John Bordynuik helped him with all that magical tape-reading stuff.
But well respected...

Speaking of old tapes reading that even the cream-of-the-crop cannot accomplish:

"If Paul Allen trusted John, he would have invested many dollars in JBII. To my knowledge he has not invested a penny in JBII."
The last time I spoke with Paul he didn't mention knowing you. Which of his circles are you associated with?
The low float is what drew me to it as well. Increasing buys are looking good too, as the past few months haven't seen too much action on this one.
Kinda' drives the message home! They say that seeing is believing, and I just visually saw the impact of the numbers that we read.
Another scenario mentioned by another poster is that the bonds and Capital Trusts are listed again on the NYSE.
Now wouldn't that be a Hoot! Not to mention one helluva gap-up!
Yes, a moment of silence is correct - looks like he got early release; however, I doubt that it was for good behavior:

"Buckey just hit the jailhouse. 2 Days in the hole, sad...."
...very sad. lol
I can think of 2 reasons...firstly Javaco already has a solid base on the Central/South America market, and JB has stated they will be principally responsible for the P2O roll-out of those regions. The second one could be for their established supply chain of technological components to link the P2O networks together.
[edit]
Sorry, see Z has already made the same comment concerning the regional issue.
Agree with that statement! I have since placed all my P & CT's up for full face sale. If you see 100 go off at $25, then it just may be some of mine! :)
