Freewash,
Thanks. I just had a conference call with one of our prospective lenders. More to come later tonight as I have some things to do now. Have a great day.
It could be that the MM's are now done covering so there will be no more manipulation of the price and they are now just waiting for an announcement regarding acceptance or decline of the buyout offer. Its just strange how the volume has dried up.
Something must be about to happen because if not, the MM's would just drop the bid and ask to meet where the demand is. That has not happened so my guess is they are awaiting a PR or some sort of leak. No trades for 35 minutes, then a 750 share buy and now no trades again for another 35 minutes. Just my humble opinion. 3 trades totaling about 50,000 shares just went of at .11
Anybody have any trades in the last 35 minute on L2? If not, could the MM's be waiting for something?
Tony,
I am not in Cape Coral anymore. I live in Ft. Lauderdale so I don't think Dan would be able to hear me from here, LOL. Have a great day buddy and a better weekend.
Looks like we might have some buying pressure at the open as L2 is showing .105x11 ten minutes before the open.
Today is one week until the deadline for acceptance of the buyout offer. The MM's can play it by allowing the stock to gradually tick higher or, in my opinion, they will wait until there is confirmation of acceptance and then let the stock run to between 50%-75% of the agreed upon price as a hedge against the deal falling apart. If i turns out the deal is not accepted, the MM's will drop to the .05-.06 range. If that happens I believe the company will then PR the production numbers which will get us back up to current levels if not higher. That being said, I hope the company takes the offer of .55 as it the much more certain route for price appreciation in the short term which is why many of us trade pennies.
MM500,
That certainly would be nice.
The bond offering would be just as valuable to the purchasers of the company as it would be to current management if they were to forego the buyout offer and go it alone. The bond offering is securitized by the assets of the company, no matter who those assets reside with. In addition, a mining operation can never have too much capital available for expansion of production as long as the terms of financing re favorable to the mining company. I do believe that if AURC has any significant production at all currently, they should PR those production numbers to put further pressure on the offering party to up the offer. Thanks and have a great day.
Jimmy Mac,
Exactly. Anyone who has been in business before knows you don't put all your eggs in one basket and you better have a backup plan to your backup plan because in today's business environment things very rarely play out as they are "supposed" to. I think it was very prudent for AURC to go ahead with this financing as it gives them more leverage in negotiations and, if they fail to consummate the deal, this financing lessens the blow by enabling them to ramp up production quicker. Thanks and have a great day.
Sometimes,
No problem. I used to be an NYSE floor trader myself. I am in the process of trying to hook up with a couple of hedge funds now. I sent the mining deal to someone who was in control of AFL-CIO funds but they passed on it saying we would have needed about 1/3 of the deal in cash to get it done with them. We only have about 10% in which is why we have had to go the hard equity route so far. Back to AURC, i do believe they already know if the deal is done or not. My only concern is that this doesn't turn out like NDOL did last year as at first I was up 70K and then I was down 20K once the deal turned from buyout to merger.
Sometimes,
OT- If you have any good lenders who will finance domestic or international projects $50 million and over generally in the hotel-resort-gaming, industrial, or condo development sectors I would appreciate you e-mailing me at the address on my profile. If I was to get a deal done with one of them I could certainly justify a referral fee for you. Right now I generally am going the hard equity route but when an equity partner is required to get the deal done they want a pound of flesh.
Sometimes,
Thanks. I appreciate that. Actually, my partners and I are just getting into the business but in the last few months of putting the deal together I have learned a lot about it and getting these types of deals financed, as working with lenders is my role in our LLC. I have a consulting business that arranges financing for industrial projects as well as hotel-resort-casino projects, both domestically and internationally, and they generally do not close earlier than 60-90 days so it is not unusual for a deal of this magnitude to take longer than most expected. Many people on these boards just don't have any clue as to how complicated these deals are in the U.S. with all the capital resources available to us never mind Russia.
Bullbusch,
Nice pick up. I hope you are right. For what its worth, I am currently negotiating a financing package for an aggregate mining operation in the Dominican Republic. These are not easy deals to structure as the lenders are generally not securitized by the land alone, but also through first liens on the equipment and machinery. I have remained quiet through all the speculation as to why sell out for 200 million when the reserves are worth billions only because I am new to the board and am really only in the stock to try to benefit from the buyout. We are seeking $120 million in debt and equity for the project and we have secured the right to mine hundreds of square miles for aggregate. The reserves (150-200 year supply at 1 million tons a month)we have in the ground are also worth billions at $25/ton (conservative) in the Florida market, but if we were to sell out we realize we would only get several hundred million as well, not the billions in reserves. That is just how the valuations are done in the industry. It is a highly capital intensive business in which the purchaser would have to make significant capital investments to get the value out of the ground. I hope this helps some understand the business a little better. Have a great night.
That would seemed to be supported by the way the bid is stacking. We just need some buying pressure to come in and the MM's may let it run.
Capecoralguy,
Good morning, I agree with you that today would be a good day to PR acceptance of the deal. In my opinion, the quicker the company makes a decision the better, either way. Have a great day.

As I got into the stock based on the buyout offer put me down for a yes to accept the .55 offer. Thanks.
I guess the MM's are short at .12 since every time we hit that price is when the real games begin. It must be terible to know that if this deal goes through they are going to have their asses handed to them for once. Although by watching L2 it is clear that they are holding down the price so they can accumulate all they can at or below .12 to even out their positions.
.115 x 3 12 x 1
Its laughable how the MM's DT on these small trades of only a few thousand but it takes hudreds of thousands of shares to get an UT.
Seems like the MM's don'y want this to go above .125. Looks like we are in for another shake here in the next half hour or so as buying slows down a bit.
JK21,
Check your e-mail.
Tony,
I have a freebie account. E-mail me at the address on my profile. I got out of INXR and into AURC for a quick trade based on the .38 offer and if the counter offer is accepted I will be ecstatic. Hope everything is well.
Tony,
I hope you still have those six shooters and that me and my dad gave you. What do you think of our little offer here. I hope everything is well in Texas and you are enjoying retirement. Have a great night.
Surfer,
Well said. Anyone who regularly negotiates business deals knows that your first offer is always a lowball offer. The reason why your first offer is extremely low is for two reasons. The first reason is that the other party may not know the true value of what they have and may accept your lowball offer. The second is because it sets a basis of negotiations going forward. As far as I am concerned, the rejection of the original offer and announcement of the .68 counter-offer was the correct move. Let's hope Kartix wants the company badly enough to pay up. Have a great day.
I hope so because I bought in this morning and my average cost is slightly under .10......I was in NDOL last year and rode it up and then down for a loss. I hope it doesn't happen again here although since these two companies are closely associated I believe management may have learned something from the NDOL situation. Can't wait for the close. Thanks.
Xeller8,
You were right. I was one of those bashing you for making those statements so I offer my apologies. I am trying to look at the bright side of this in that it gives the true longs more time to accumulate. I will hopefully have a nice chunk of change becoming available in the next 45-60 days and I would like to put the majority of it here. Have a great day.
Specs,
The stock is either asleep as you say or the MM's could be waiting for something......like a PR. We shall see. Have a great day.
Received mine as well. This is a good sign that launch may now be "imminent," lol.
It just doesn't seem like we can build up any significant momentum without news. The stock closed at .001 on Friday and since people entered their orders to buy at .0009 this morning UBSS was more than happy to drop the ask down to meet their orders. Looks like we truly will go nowhere without news. Have a great day.
Xeller8,
Agreed.
Not Easy Being Green,
My point exactly in my previous post. Just trying to preemptively temper emotions if news is pushed out anothr few weeks. Thanks and have a great night.
Rasica,
I know we all, myself included, would like to believe that things will play out as management mapped out in their previous press releases, but if there was a problem de-bugging the program, that most likely threw a monkey wrench in the appearance of the TV commercials in the month of April. I only state this because it just seems weird how launch was "imminent," the company was communicating to us on a regular basis and actually stated in one of the PR's they were going to increase the frequency of that communication, the banner ads were all over IHUB and then, all of a sudden, nothing. It is only logical to think that if the launch was pushed back then the appearance of the commercials would be pushed back as well since it was PR'ed they will appear after the launch. I hope my little hypothetical situation is just that, hypothetical, but I guess we will know by next Tuesday. Thanks and have a great night.
Fedfunz,
Ifinix will be offering Level II record and playback and their data feeds will be going out I believe 2 extra decimal places. In my opinion, those are not just new features in the world of penny trading, but I would consider them revolutionary. Have a great day.
Qtipjoe,
Nice job at the close and thanks to you and everyone else who did their part in holding the SP firm. Have a great weekend.
Nice job on the close today guys and girls. I don't even know if I would consider that a paint seeing as though there were multiple trades at .001 going off at the close. Whatever you want to call it it was a nice job by the ask-hitters. Let's see if we can keep the momentum going into the weekend. Thanks and have a great day.
Xeller,
We got the UT now we need some follow through. Anyone out there with ammo willing to step up?
Tex,
I agree. Let's hope someone can hit it hard. I wish I could.
Have a greast day.
JK21,
I wish I had a direct line so I could. In my opinion, it is a fake wall. Any significant buying this afternoon and we will blow through it. Have a great day.
