I am glad you feel more comfortable now. I would love for you to feel even more comfortable early this week by us going over .001. It would be nice if they released the 10Q and shortly after announce the completion of the merger they have been attempting. If that were to happen we may get to that .004 of PXIT. Let's hope so. Perhaps we get some kind of news with the supposed release of the 10Q. The fact that they haven't released news since Aug '06 could cause a nice run if they do release something. Its all good. I am totally comfortable with how this is trading now. Volume starting to come in and nice trades going off at the ask. Just got an UT. Nothing but a morning shake. Would be nice if we got an .0006 or .0007 close.

Thanks for the info. I see that the bid is being hit here a little bit but as long as they don't drop it down it looks as if we can blow through the .0006's if we get some buying pressure. I see they haven't issued news since Aug. '06 so if something was to be announced it might go on a little run. Should be fun to watch over the next few days. Have a great day.

Just looked at the news and nothing since Aug. of 2006. I'm in Lauderdale and Aventura, where this company is at, 15 minutes from here. I actually have to go down there next week. Maybe I will drop by if I get in. I don't have any powder yet either. I am still waiting for my flip to play out, hopefully by Friday. Then either back to our other one or maybe buy in here. We need a few more bigger buys to come in and we should get an UT. Volume is still low in comparison to the last few weeks. People are taking a wait and see attitude to the buyout offer. Good news is it doesn't seem like anyone is selling. Have a great day.

I see that the company issued another PR today. I am currently out of the stock and to be honest I am trying to play a flip, but I definitely intend to get back in here hopefully within a week or so if things play out my way. I just hope that management will give me the chance to get in at these discount prices by holding off the release a few weeks. If not, congratulations to the people who are holding. FWIW, i still believe this will take off like a rocket once the product is released and perhaps even leading up to it. Have a good night.

Agreed. The way to do this is by making the announcement only when the deal is agreed to, not while its being contemplated.

Management needs to put the Stoli down for a minute and write one of their poorly written PR's announcing the buyout has been accepted and that they are now going to spend their newly acquired riches on vodka and women, lol. Accepting the buyout would be sufficient though.

Let's hope so. Monday morning shake could mean good things for us later in the week. Perl is right that there are some big buys going through but someone keeps hitting the bid to drive it back down. Could be the shorts last ditch attempt to hold the price down or one MM who is short capped the price.

Isn't everyone who holds shares entitled to the dividend because even if you didn't hold shares at the record date the people who sold their shares to you sold them with the dividend shares since there was no ex-date yet.

I agree. Management should get things jumpstarted early in the week with production numbers. That should have the effect of fueling upward movement in the stock price before the buyout decision is even announced. It could also act as a cushion if the buyout were to be declined. Either way it would be a good move. If management has decided to decline the offer, and the company proposing the buyout already had knowledge of that, pubicly stating the production numbers may encourage the prospective buyer to increase the offer and make them feel more comfortable in doing so. If I were part of Aurus management I would make sure that I used all the ammunition available to me to make the buyer feel that they absolutely "need" this asset because if don't make this deal happen then the market will punish them for even bringing it up, even if it is just in the short term. In my opinion, Aurus should consummate the deal to get out of the grip of the short-sellers and get on another exchange at a higher price and a lower float. All IMHO.
