Well, he's gonna be if he don't start making us and himself some money!
I hope Bob has an aggressive sales force.
I want those guys beating the bushes.
I don't want to have to hear that RUSH was out on the golf course this summer.
Distribution is key.
So astute salesmen are necessary.
FORDGT --
can you tell if insiders are about to release news by the volume figures?
have you noticed if volume has climbed in the past right before news is released?
What is a good guess on the float here?
500m?
David, thanks for reading my post.
Perhaps I have not shown my true colors, however.
Actually, I have my doubts.....this seems fishy for all the reasons that have been brought up before.....Still....
I am not 100% convinced that this is a scam or a hoax. It just hasn't been played out like one.
There is no pumping. No glitz. No exaggerations. Nothing.
It's just an occasional PR that we get from the "company" that states, briefly and to the point, a claim or two.
"We have submitted the paperwork on our joint venture. We also would like to state that KSWJ will make all the necessary filings to help investor's value."
"We have filed for patent applications."
"We are in current negotiations with potential buyers."
"The EM-100 has been beta-tested and has proved to be worthy."
And so on.....
Nothing is there in those PR's that hints of slick and smooth talk, intended to lure the uninformed into buying their stock.
Nothing! It's machine-like. Stoic. Matter-of-factly.
"We've got this. So we've done this."
That is all they say. Nothing fancy. No wild promises of huge revenues that will send an investor's investment skyrocketing. Just plain and simple facts. Kind of boring. Just methodically and systematically and chronilogically submitted.
The company has told us, bit by bit, what is developing with their plans and their efforts. They've done that in a step-by-step chain of events, with little fanfare. MUCH LIKE THE WAY A REAL AND LEGTIMATE COMPANY WOULD!!!!!!
So while I get frustrated and call out for the alledged scammers to reveal themselves, there is also that side of me that tells me "Not so fast!" It isn't 100% settled as yet. It just doesn't "feel" like the usual scam.
So I can't let it go. I still have to be convinced.
I'm still working on some DD. I'll keep looking.....at least until the alledged scammers slip up and reveal the scam.
I'm just not convinced, david. While I admit that it is difficult to show that it is NOT a scam, it seems to me to be just as difficult to prove it IS a scam.
Scam? Where's all the usual pumping? Why has the float remained relatively small? Where's all these dollars that got conned off of investors? $125,000 is about all they could have gotten. That ain't gonna get you that penthouse in Monte Carlo.
Why the methodical and systematic approach to this? Would scammers do that, and risk losing out on the quick killing they could make by announcing something big and exciting was about to develop?
Where's the evidence of a scam? A lack of office and no phone number? I need more evidence than that. I really do.....I won't give up just because of a lack of those items.
I just hope for a break. Good or bad.
Is there accumulation, FORDGT?
Anatomy of a SCAM --
If this is a bogus venture, then this is really more of a hoax than it is a scam.
The perpetrators have not gotten rich off of it. They do not intentionaly drive the stock price up with PR's that cry "PUMP!" The float is relatively small.
They seldom release any "news".
They do not use sensationalism nor glitz to attract stock buyers. There is no mention or word of huge contracts or of large revenue projections.
Instead it seems calculated and purposeful, like an onary boy who sits in class, waiting for the right time to hurl that spit ball across the room, knowing that, if he times it right, the teacher will never know what happened, let alone that he was the one who did it.
If this is a hoax, I have the feeling the perpetrators are visiting us quite regularly, enjoying the scene that they stir up here, from those who sweat out invested dollars and those who try to report and discover DD, and to those non-believers, who laugh at any suggestion, much the way our prepetrator must as he reads along here. He or she has their next spit ball ready to fire across the room. We wait to see what news that "spit ball" brings, and all the while never knowing who is the author of the news, and leaving us to guess and to fidget, much to the delight of the perpetrator.
I know that he's here. How else is he getting his jollies. He ain't getting rich off us.
Some guys are arsonists, some are serial criminals.
Some guys are hackers, and some guys run cons.
This guy just loves a good hoax.
He just can't wait to throw that next spit ball.
I know your here.
The teacher ain't looking.
What are you afraid of.
Go ahead.
Throw that next spit ball.
Make us squirm and fidget.
You know you love it.
Go ahead.
What's stopping you?
We need Asia for this baby to fly.
Hope the Asians weren't disappointed in May.
But Bob indicated in the online discussion that the drinks for the Asian market would be bottled overseas.
So what happened in May?
What?
What?!
WHAT????
mega run?
To what?
.34 ?
Can it go that high in 6 months?.
But, real, has those aquisitions been announced?
If so, where was I?
No sense in denying it.
The May meeting with the Asians flopped.
It must have.
Been too long.
Would have heard something by now.
Flopped.
But why?
Why????
Yes. How could it happen?
Hummmmmmmmmmmmm..............
HOLY Janice Shell!
I passed on this one at .0003 when informed that it was a scam.
Holy Mother of Pearl!!!
Congrats to the rest of you.
For what it's worth --
Ed has dodged me two times now when I've called him.
Seems he doesn't want to talk.
He won't answer the phone.
PS. I find it strange that all these folks are supposibly getting responses from the Russian while I get none.
But all that the Russian reply says is that Energomash does not have an Energomash facility in the USA. Plain and simple.
It does not confirm, as you have it written there, that Energomash does not have an affliation with KSWJ.
As I read your response, it says only that Energomash has no facility/branches in the USA.
Be nice to see some progress here.
I'd like to see PR's.
Not so much to help the stock price.
But more so to show that we indeed have some good progress with this jewel.
Antsy!
I think that I will take the original communique from the Russian and have a local University professor translate it.
How's that?
Then we will have no doubt as to its translation.
Should we be concerned over these address duplications?
Does seem strange to me?
Are they up to something?
We have the product.
We have the buyer's demands and preferences on our side.
So now it's just a case of getting the proper distribution.
Distribution!
That's the key!
Asia!
e-water!
Just shot off email to Serik Burkitbayer, USSR.
I ask about an Energomash office/branch in USA because I wanted to contact Energomash USSR and ask them about contact info for their USA branch.
I searched for Energomash USA and found nothing.
But what would I ask them?
But do they have an office/facility in the USA?
I'll go out on a limb and say that the new mod will not be petermic.
Kim:
I assume that Energomash has applied for USA incorporation standing, but doesn't have an office or facility in the USA?
The only Energomash facility is in Russia?
I think that that kind of info is confidential.
I still am intrigued by that last Russian-translated email.
Seems like there is smoke there.
And where there's smoke there's fire.
He seemed to be trying to say something positive, but backed off.
Work on that one in more depth.
We might come up with something.
You need, not only an invention, but an inventor and his contact info.
I found one such inventor and contacted him.
But he was not our guy.
Things that are troublesome with Star Trek?
How is it that every creature, every being, every race, every alien speaks fluent English?
Why can't they use subtitles on screen and let Spock or Data translate?
Loses lots of credibility with me when all that English spews from everyone's mouth.
As a note here, I think that the most compelling, the most intriguing race are the Borg. ANd they emit the most fear since you can't stop them.
The Ferangie (sp) are second. Loveable brats.
Thanks,JJ.
JJ --
So if I hold all my money in a Cash Account, then I'm probably safe from all shorts?
And the change/switchover should post smoothly and on time?
Sovereignty42 --
you are saying that Scottrade will automatically take care of this conversion/transaction, and that it will post with the change on the day the merger takes place?
I called the SEC.
They don't talk.
Not one word.
Yes, George was always there for us.
By the way, what happened to the 'ol chap?
I think that that translation speaks volumes.
Sounds like he is conceding a bit, without divulging a lot.
Fringe -- you see Ed?
You guys tight?
Get the scoop, for Pete's Sake!!!
You are so right, but I have -- as well as others -- received mail from George Anderson in the past.
George was active with his investors. He seemed to care.
However, there is a new fellow in there now, and he's not talking.
See the last News Release. The new fellow is mentioned, along with an email address, at the end of the release.
Sent new email Thursday to KSW.
Cross your fingers.
