Due for NEWS, maybe this week...

Proposed R/S(uplisting?) can occur by 12.31.2015, when they determine if at all needed, the ratio, and the date. They just need that flexibility for business continuity. This is no ordinary penny stock; look at revenues, products, distribution network, etc. WE'RE GOOD HERE.

Hopefully the panic stricken are gone today.

They don't tell you when a R/S is coming. Never seen a company tell me in advance the date they are going to R/S. This document is a proposed undated draft(which will probably be revoked) perhaps resulting in a market play. They could be buying the shares, renegotiating debt by leverage, or trying to get an increase on an substantial buyout offer. Nobody knows at this point but I do know they will not tell you when a R/S will occur, at least based on my experience.

GOOD POINT about management. Experienced team that know how to turn this around and will do so quickly. IMO they will take this to the NASDAQ or another major exchange in short time. ECIG is no ordinary penny stock.

ECIG a NASDAQ company in the OTC. Uplisting as soon as possible will take out this penny stock manipulation and the pps will go back up and even higher to where it belongs. ECIG LONG HERE.

Thanks for the REALITY post... I hope things change for the better soon but I think it will be awhile as long as the debt-conversions and dilution continues.

I see the big picture, I have $30k riding, average .052 here. I also see it dipping due to flippers that bought in the 3s and selling for their 50% and running.

Nothing here refers to WNTR's uplisting, thats stated in other PRs.

Companys already listed on the NASDAQ do it to maintain pps.

Going to be awhile before ALL debt-conversions are done and there are enough revenues to support a decent pps. Too many got burned on the big run last spring, so it will take real numbers to make decent gains here IMO.

YEP, $2-$3 by end of Jan IMO, maybe higher depending on the right news.

The PPS has to get high enough for uplisting, but it should skyrocket once it is listed on the big board exchange.

Maybe a huge R/S too to get there.

News? Going to be same. No US license, no PRs or updates, no replys to phone or email. They don't care. I dont think their products performed that well, otherwise they would have been on top of it all. Going to be another year of nothing. I think John was right all along. I'm going to keep a lookout here for any improvement and maybe jump back in if I have the funds and hopefully recoup my losses. GTLA and Happy New Year!
