That's exactly right, most naive investors don't see the scam unfolding right before their eyes.
my point exactly
I'd love a small run, and I'm sure most on here would too. There's a good chance that anyone that bought from .004-.008 has avg down which i'm sure alot have. If this runs back into the .002-.003 are, most will be gone.
Flip what, look at the 10day and the5day chart, this is moving downward. This might be a triple zero before the pdr exchange opens.
You can put a silk hat on a Pig, but it's still a pig. PRD(new angle)= same old scam.
Haha I guess Richard had to reorder checks, opps I mean shares. Don't worry, more dilution is on the horizon!
.0002 x .0003 is just around the corner.
Their whole exchange is worth about as much as the network of computers that runs it. Its pretty simple to see that greed as gotten the best of most people here. Panamersa is trying to create a market but their big mistake is that there is no demand for it.
Forget about the 249/yr....what people should be more worried about it them requiring you to sign the back of your certs. Anyone can assume ownership of the cert after they're signed. In reality MT and Pedro can then sell your shares back on the open market and do it over and over again as long as people keep sending in certs. Don't be surprised someday if you find out that Fundacion has NO money, and the only ones that profited were MT, Pedro and the other mgmt.
But there is one important you left out of both PRs (see Below)
If this company was being realistic on moving to a higher exchange and they did hire an SEC law firm. Why couldn't the release a annual report for 2006, or a 10q for Q1 of 07? Or maybe and 8k when they got haulted?
This release contains 'forward-looking statements' within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21B of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Any statements that express or involve discussions with respect to predictions, expectations, beliefs, plans, projections, objectives, goals, assumptions or future events or performance are not statements of historical fact and may be 'forward looking-statements.' Forward-looking statements are based on expectations, estimates and projections at the time the statements are made that involve a number of risks and uncertainties which could cause actual results or events to differ materially from those presently anticipated. Forward-looking statements in this action may be identified through the use of words such as 'expects,' 'will,' 'anticipates,' 'estimates,' 'believes' or statements indicating certain actions 'may,' 'could' or 'might' occur. Investors are cautioned to rely only on statements made by the company and not to rely on statements made by third parties that are not paid for by the company.
I’ll try to explain this in the simplest terms possible. AAPU is a Nevada corporation, and this is very important to the whole puzzle. When dealing with pink/otcbb stocks investors should take warning when a company is incorporated in the State of Nevada. Without going into a lot of detail, a Nevada corp protects the management and company to the highest degree. It basically gives the mgmt a free pass to do whatever they want, with out regard to shareholders best interest. Thus they can dilute, raise OS/AS, RM, pretty much on a regular basis because the SOS is so busy in Nevada and wants to encourage new business coming to Nevada, that they are very lax in their regulation/enforcing etc. Consult with an attorney if you would like it explained in more detail, (Nevada Corporations).
Prior to Vitalabs, there were 3 companies that filed under the existing America Asia Corp, then changed to America Asia Petr. I’m not going to connect all the dots, but there is one person that was never mentioned on this board, and he is way more important to Jack Bows or Anthony Chirico.
That person is JOSEPH MIKACEVICH. Do some DD on him and you’ll find some good info.
I think AAPU is just another prime example of another stinky pinky who’s mgmt is getting rich diluting while shareholders are left holding the bag. Just because the mgmt, company, product changes, its still the same old cycle over and over again.
I did find something that was a bi odd on the Nevada SOS site. If you type in America Asia you get more than 1 result. There was another company called America Asia Corp. If you have a chance take a look at the history/filings etc. There were a few things that seemed strange. If you have some time over the weekend take a look at it.
Well I think they would go hand-in-hand...but not to much to ask for at all.
Great point...even if they don't let us run...IMO this could be a prime takeover/buyout target. With the low AS/OS pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters...who knows.
I have a feeling we'll see a PR or 2 next week. It looks like they're began a nice PR blitz, and with the new acquisition, plus the good #'s they've showed already with this, this is truly undervalued.
I know in Korea they observe Buddhas Birthday...I think it's very common across Asia.
Nope. Can you give me one thing that is positive that's happened since the RS....Don't worry....I'll wait!
Week of June 4 or 11 2010
Q2 ends 6/30...not next week.
The BOD in Panama, that's who.
Hasn't it failed already? Next day, next week, next month, next year really doesn't matter because the company is in quick sand up to their necks....
Just heard a rumor that when you pay cash at Landis or BC you don't get change back, you get shares of NEXA. J/K But that would explain where these shares are coming from.
Good Post, you have a better grasp of what the possible outcome of this scenario then most on this board. The last financial information from the company was almost 9 months ago. My reasoning for that gray sheet status is that MMs don't have info and arn't willing to risk it until the company updates current information beyond a vague PR about revenue and growth.
This company is based on the commercial integration of Latin America to the Western Hemisphere, thats their Mission statement.
Too BAD thats already been going on for 50 years. They're trying to act like this is something brand new, like the invention of the wheel.
I'm outta here if this hits .0039 This company is a Joke
I'd rather just wait to short it if gets back on the Pinks
I've had my sell order in for a while, even had it below .01 for a short time. It seems that there's a big seller out there that is willing to dump shares no matter how low it goes. I honestly think that the company, a TA or a 3rd party is selling shares.
Maybe you should read between the lines because a RS does nothing to people that have shorted the stock or plan on doing it in the future. In fact, with the pps where it is, anyone that shorted this at .0001 can cover right now and is make a profit.
This company hasn't released and financial information since Sept 2006. The latest PR was released about a month after the RS and symbol change. Obviously mgmt here could care less about the company and shareholders. And since no MM will quote this, the next logical step would become inactive.
Q1 07 has passed, and now Q2 07 is almost 2/3's of the way finished, will we ever get any kind of information?
The point that you're missing is that its not by choice that they're on the gray sheet.
DI is mostly likely right. The company said itself that its non-reporting. (see bold below) To get back on the pinks an MM has to make a market for it. An MM will look over the financial information and if it is satisfactory, they will begin quoting it. An MM has to evaluate the risk because they are the ones creating the market then. So it would make a lot of sense to believe that any numbers the company released are questionable. My guess is that AAPU will become inactive in the near feature. The only problem with that is it happens it could take years before the company gets activated again. IMO
America Asia Petroleum Announces Ticker Change to AAPU
CARSON CITY, Nev., May 9, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- America Asia Petroleum (OTC Pink Sheet: AAPU) announced the change of its ticker symbol from AAPM to AAPU due to the recent reverse stock split from 1:40. The decision to affect a reverse stock split was made in an effort to generate renewed interest in the company after the suspension of trading and to remove any control from those who could be possibly shorting the stock.
The management wants to make clear to all stockholders that any changes are to the benefit and protection of the company and its stockholders. America Asia Petroleum represents joint venture energy companies that operate in China for the North American markets.
In addition management is discussing changes and options for America Asia's business future. While the suspension has been lifted, the company being a gray non reporting pink sheet has negatively impacted the public market.

SOURCE America Asia Petroleum Corp
I'm seeing an UT already. It closed at .0005 and now its at .0006
What's awesome about this company?
They trade on grays!
They don't have a B or A !
Vague PRs of events and numbers yet to be proved valid !
A RS that has dropped the price even lower then preRS pps!
What happened to the $1 by the end of May? We're lucky if this hits .01 by the end of May.
Schwab is showing a BID & ASK now too.
I've been in since Nov, anything north of .002 is fine with me.
More DILUTION is coming (This is Toxic Financing at its best)
From the 10QSB
Here they explain how they diluted already and we finally get the correct amount.
Stock and Options To Employees and Contractors
Nexia's subsidiary, Diversified Holdings I, Inc., relied on the issuance of Nexia stock under Nexia's S-8 Registration Statement and 2006 Employee Benefit Plan and its 2007 Employee Benefit Plan for a large portion of employee salary payments during the first quarter of 2007. During the three month period ended March 31, 2007, the Company issued, pursuant to S-8 Registration Statements, 542,517,500 shares as compensation to sixteen (16) persons in exchange for services provided to the Company. These services/shares were valued at $975,773 and have been expensed in the current period. If the Company's stock is sold for less than when it was issued, there will be an additional expense. If the stock is sold for more than when it was issued, there will not be an additional expense. The differences in values of the services/shares in future periods may be higher or lower than the $975,773 due to the shares being sold at a lower or higher price.
Capital Resources and Liquidity
Nexia may experience occasional cash flow shortages due to debt service on real estate holdings and willingness to acquire properties with negative cash flow. To cover these shortages, Nexia may need to issue shares of its common stock in payment for services rendered. The Company is currently experiencing challenges with regard to cash flows. We are looking at several options to improve this situation, including having signed for an equity line of credit with Dutchess Private Equities Fund. The agreement with Dutchess provides that, following notice to Dutchess, Nexia may put to Dutchess up to $10 million in shares of our common stock for a purchase price equal to 95% of the lowest closing best bid price on the Over-the-Counter ("OTC") Bulletin Board of our common stock during the five day period following that notice. The number of shares that we will be permitted to put pursuant to the agreement will be either: (a) 200% of the average daily volume of our common stock for the ten trading days prior to the applicable put notice, multiplied by the average of the three daily closing "best bid" prices immediately preceding the day we issue the put, or (b) $100,000; provided that in no event will the put amount be more than $1,000,000 with respect to any single put. (Best Bid is a defined term in the agreement as the highest posted bid price for the common stock.) In turn, Dutchess has indicated that it will resell the shares of common stock in the open market, resell our shares to other investors through negotiated transactions or hold our shares in its portfolio. These shares are made the subject of an SB-2 Registration Statement that has not yet been declared effective and for which the Company is currently drafting an SB-2 amendment.

We're @ .002 and you saying 2.50 ?
Lets get real here, maybe around .02 to start off.
Nice way to spend 12k while diluting at the same time.
Shorting a pink/otcbb is expensive. I believe margin requirement is 100%
Typical Gray sheet, this is trading sporadically without a B/A. Some buying pressure should move it up. I noticed there as another ban this morning. It seems order is being restored around here, good job KID.
