There goes the neighborhood...lol
No you are.
Way too much detail there......lol
Ah dah....are we forgetting the 25 million dollar contract.....
No I should say that because it is his written word as published on the CYBERKEY website as of 1/22/07. If he is lying he is commiting fraud and would face criminal charges so i doubt he is. Besides if he was planning on diluting he would do it after the A/F's come out and the stock is trading in much higher ranges.
Yes and Walmart also requires unlimited returns etc.
Almost is big oops! Good thing I didn't go into more detail.
Knowles that depends. I would use a biometric safe but not the typical trigger lock for a hand gun. In an emergency in the middle of the night I'm not fumbling for a key. I like this product because it does secure my weapon without slowing down my access. I wouldn't use anything with a key lock but I don't have kids yet either.
As long as the bank continues tight monetary policies.
I need one or two of my stocks to make thier move first...lol I am not counting on a revaluation. I am looking out 5 years of continued hard money policies from the IRAQI central bank. The good thing there is that since they are so dependent on imports that Iraqis may not be too angry about a tight monetary policy like we get in the U.S..
True but I have 10 million already. Trying not to be greedy....
I prefer fast but I'll take it.
Rather than clog the board just PM Matt http://www.investorshub.com/boards/Contact.asp
As a firearm owner I can say that this is very practical for home and the automobile. I don't use gun locks or trigger locks because they take too long to open in an emergency but the Keepfafe resolves that issue.
I think Phrenz was banned because he questioned a bashers IQ and said it was 14. Absurd. How long does it take for a basher to terrorize the board before they get banned and Phrenz makes one comment and he's out.
Brent have you spoken to JP about the UAF's lately?
I agree.
Best buy would be good for flash drives maybe but not really the safes.
No he's out of orbit....
Commercial is good.
I don't know but the old one continues to play. I saw it on MSNBC last week end. Well actually the week end before this last one during prime time Sunday night.
I added 250k today. If you read my post that he was respoinding to you'll see that I was only contending the flipper thing there. I am very long here.
Yes that is what I read there too.
I agree with most of what you are saying here but no flippers aren't to blame for the price decline. It is simply from more people selling than buying because they expected results already.
Flippers/day traders create both selling and buying pressure like everybody else. You have no idea to know the motivation of any buyer or seller. Day traders/flippers add liquidity. Without them then everytime you went to sell the price would drop a lot and evertime you went to buy it would go up a lot. Liquidity is good for the market.
We just need more buyers than sellers on any given day. It doesn't matter how long they plan on holding the stock.
I do agree about the BS of people pumping/bashing. Usually you can tell because one day they are doing one then the next the other.
And yes I agree with you that Jim Plant needs to get the A/F's done. Delivering in a big way is the only way to attract long term investors.
I'm almost tempted to spend $800 for airfare and fly there my self. Almost....
I think you could loop hole your way out of paying anything but worse case would be 15% long term capital gains. I can't imagine anybody selling within a year.
Bird, don't take this the wrong way and this isn't meant to be rude but this is just plain stupid. The people that keep complaining about flippers/day traders etc are the same people that complain about the rich etc. I think Jim Plant should stop listening to these people if he is and start listening to his larger shareholders that have an understanding of capital markets.
Flippers/day traders etc add liquidity to the market which supports price stability. There is no way to shake flippers/day traders. The recent price decline actually encourages them since they all sold at .04 and are buying back here.
The only way to attract long term shareholders is to support the PPS and its continued growth along with that of the company. That means releasing UAF's ASAP and delivering the A/F's in 30 days. And keeping to timelines.
In either case flippers/ day traders do not have a negative effect on share price it is having more sellers than buyers that does that. The fundamentals are good here so the current PPS is simply the result of investor sentiment because of a lack of timely follow through.
This retarded idea that flipper/day traders somehow hurt the value of your stock is like hating the rich even though they employ most people indirectly through capital investments.
I am sure that we will see follow through and the PPS will immediately rebound but please stop with the true long nonsense. We aren't sports fans we are investors for Gods sake. It is Jim's loyalty to his investors is what is important not the other way around. I think he will deliver and that is why I am here but that is based on DD not faith.

A message of hope to all investors that are losing faith in their investment into CKYS: Longs have faith in Mr. Plant's ability to grow his company. For whatever reason the PPS goes down a bit or go up a bit, I trust in Mr. Plant's ability to grow his company. There will days like this, lets just hold out and be patient. Rome wasn't build overnight.
Yes, it is true that Mr. Plant could've prevented the decline as a result of the commercial problems just before the holidays. But flippers were just looking for any reason to sellout. My opinion, Mr. Plant is guilty of two things, attracting flippers to the stock in the first place and then not communicating a problem in getting commercials online and that they were working on resolving the problem. The flippers are gone and the PPS went down because of no momentum.
True longs are still with CKYS, even when the PPS goes south, because we believe in its potential. Yes, some of us are holding a bag, but no one will persuade us to give up and sell. Out skin is too thick. MMs cannot persuade us to give up. The book value or real value of this company is over a $1 and in due time, CKYS will prove this to would-be investors and the 'naysayers'.
Right now, Mr. Plant has the opportunity to attract long term investors. I don't know how this can be done, but there has to be a way of doing this. But, long term investors should be rewarded. I believe CKYS is going to surprise us with good news in the near future. When, I don't know. Just be patient my fellow investors.
Peace, cheers, and happy trading.
Phrenz buy a couple million here would you and support that PPS.
I heard there was a JP sighting in the Pacific Northwest along with a sighting at the downtown coffee shop in St George Utah...
My God these people are nuts and I would bet most of these crazies are playing with only 1000 dollars....
People should not be calling in relentlessly.
I'll PM my response.
Yes I knew she wasn't lying because I didn't let here know what company I was calling about until the end of the conversation. I did suggest that she develop a website that gave the share structure of her companies so she didn't have to field the calls but she didn't sound to interested.
This seems to be a new trend with TA's SLWF and SFNN same thing. They won't give out information and the TA's said they didn't want the liability. The one TA said they almost got into a law suit a few years ago. I think I tricked SFNN's TA and said I worked for them but I don't remember.
The share structure has to be correct or JP is opening himself up to fraud charges. The float may have a little leeway because that can sometimes be a little less clear but it still has to be close. The O/S has to be solid IMO.
I think this may actually be a case of heavy shorting and big news would cause a cover.
Good Luck
I added 200k today. I'm probably done and won't add unless we drop a lot. I have a feeling tomorrow this may look a lot better.
MJ,
SFNN-Yes I see it the same way here. looked at it and played it the same as you did. I'm averaged at around .03 maybe less because I sold and floated free shares before buying back in. This is one where I can be patient and accumulate over time and sell when a big news event happens. Im not rushing to buy more but I will continue to accumulate this one.
CKYS- Hind sight 20/20 you called that right. I hung on to the rumors instead of TA there. I know they were and are true they just haven't materialed as fast as the market wanted. Yes I am still in there and bought a little more today although I am upside down at the moment. At the current price it is a similiar situation as SFNN. Solid fundamentals and in accumulation phase.
You know my holding there and I have done DD. I know for a fact that CKYS is a real and growing company and that the fundamentals are essentially good there. I think your downside is limited getting in there here. Of course do incremental buys.
I'm guessing UAF's any time now and A/F's about 30 days. It looks like they are doing a trial run with thier Keepsafe at Sportsman's warehouse in St. George UTAH.
Good Luck

I think I'm where you are here. I will hold and wait and if we did tank probably add more at .01. FWIW -I did call and speak to the CEO and he also told me they had no intention to increase A/S and in an email said they had no intention to increase O/S either any time soon.
This one has turned into a position play. Only thing to do is wait and add if they get real cheap. I guess the next filing will have annual numbers which should move this.
I feel it trades like it has a low float. Just a lack of buying interest at the moment.
How much did you buy today?
Lets see I have a 200k buy at limit .015.
Ducks. Where did your imagination come up with that? Leave the ducks alone...lol
I don't think people should post his personal email if they have it.
