RED ARROW MINE SPECIFICS
In May of 1988, the Company employed Tom Hedlund, a retired engineer with a degree from the Colorado School of Mines, and Rollin Lunders, a highly skilled local geologist. Their combined mapping of existing underground workings, surface exploration, study of existing geological reports and assaying program has established a positive direction for new development. Mr. Lunders was responsible for a sampling program and in coordination with Tom Hedlund, has identified favorable areas for future development. Tom Hedlund provided consultation for the Company in the beginning stages. He has been involved in the mining industry for over forty years and has provided invaluable knowledge and information to the Company. Tom and Rollin were responsible for locating new reserves at the mine which are in the process of being developed. The Company was privileged to have men with such abilities and expertise. Although Tom is now retired, the Company plans to continue with the geological services of Rollin Lunders. His resume is enclosed.
Steve Fearn, an engineer from Silverton, is currently providing our Company with consultation services (see attached letter of recommendations and resume). He has an impressive background in the mining industry with all sizes of projects. He was Mine Chief Engineer at a Freeport McMoRan project in Indonesia that employed 10,000 people and mined and milled 60,000 tons of ore per day. He has worked on many small and large projects in local mining districts. We are pleased to have a man with such an extensive professional background. He was responsible for the timely success of our recent permit amendment at the Red Arrow Mine and is currently assisting us in mine and mill development.
