Bids are stacking. Not that it matters to me cause I’m not selling.
MMEX
The proper supply demand ratio means money will be made which means loans will be approved. IMO. It’s a simple formula that all but a few here can grasp.
MMEX
Two facts that matter: there is a market and a supply. Also, there’s land, permits etc.MMEX

Aaaa, What’s up Doc?
MMEX
Please provide documentation that proves your claim.
That’s funny. Ya know, if we had absolute proof of everything regarding MMEX it wouldn’t be on the venture markets now would it. On the flip side, when absolute proof is provided MMEX won’t be on the venture markets now will it. Won’t be worth .4 of a cent then either. Lol. So find out what you can and take a chance - if you want to. Don’t wait for everything to be handed to you on a silver platter.
MMEX
Or, one could just keep an eye on the realmprogreas that has been made thus far: land purchase, permit approval, road construction, off take agreement, supplier in place, etc.
MMEX
Going to be an interesting week me thinks. First of all we have the anticipation of financing completion, and then we've got this talk in the Fort Stockton Pioneer Newspaper about utility infrastructure to the MMEX site being official, also permits for the larger oil refinery should be submitted soon, and who know what else is coming round the mountain eh...?
MMEX
MMEX's story is not finished yet. Let's wait and see what happens. I've got some money invested because I thinks its going to end well. I just makes sense. It also makes sense to Pilot Thomas, Congressman Hurd, V-Fules, and a bunch of others.
And by the way, I actually do have ocean front property, but its not for sale.
MMEX
True. The opposite is also true. Financing = Refinery! One of us is right. You think its you, I think its me. Story is still being written, yes? We'll both have to wait to find out.
MMEX
Using your argument, all the large piping companies should have had enough capacity from the Permian long before the current capacity issues arose. Why didn't those well established, and well funded companies see this opportunity and add capacity years ago? Hmmm? And, by the way, perhaps a company like Exon will wake up, like the piping companies, and realize the potential they are missing. Perhaps in doing so, they'll show Jack a little love since he's already got permits, land, supplier and buyer arranged ahead of time. Hmmm?
MMEX
I'm with you bb, but I guess everyone's got an angle. This week will tell a lot more of the MMEX story. Market is ready to buy from, supplier is ready to sell to, builder is ready to build it, and land is ready to build it on. All we're missing is the financing documentation. But when one considers that financing hinges on the previously mentioned "ready" items, well... . Just my opinion though. The others can sell on an uptick or two if they want, but I have to pay for two kids heading to university lol.
MMEX
Lets not forget about this important bit of information. Customers in line. That matters more than opinion.

MMEX
So you're saying all those small producers don't matter or won't be looking for somewhere to sell their oil. Well, some of them won't be looking due to purchase contracts with MMEX. IMO. This is a significant point.
MMEX
New link on the MMEX website. Its there for a good reason. IMO. Jack is still on the job.

MMEX
Current PPS only matters to flippers. I’m long so it matters not. Financing = Win.
Oops. I spoke too soon. This is more less sophisticated.
MMEX
On less than a million shares? Lol. That’s got to be one of the least sophisticated things I’ve read here to date.
MMEX
Good article. I would suggest that a Permian oil will continue to be sold at a premium to local purchasers, like MMEX, even after pipeline capacity increases because oil will still be cheaper to get to the refinery than to the coast. IMO
MMEX
What! Hurd says a refinery is being built. That’s huge confirmation. Thanks for the info. Better buy more shares. MMEX
Hey, an uptick on such low volume is never a bad thing. The good thing, however, is that Jack has all the necessary elements in place to build a refinery besides the final financing contract, which Jacks states is to follow soon. This refinery will be built on the Permian basin where all the oil is and where refined products are needed in order to get more oil out of the ground and to the coast. In MMEX's latest letter, Jack also states that they have been approached for provision of storage and transportation services. If it all comes to fruition, which we have no real reason to doubt that it will, the PPS is gonna go all Krakatoa... will be the noise heard around the country. Don't be left without your tickets. They're going cheap right now when one considers the potential. IMO.
MMEX
Apparently there is a huge market for refined products in Mexico. Who would have known? Oh right, Jack would have. LOL. Listen folks, MMEX is in the right place at the right time. MMEX is strapped to a Rocket. Launch date is soon. IMO

MMEX
Good fundamentals here for any real company operating in the Permian. I guess we'll find out at some point if ELTZ is one of the real ones. If it is, current PPS will explode.
https://www.mrt.com/business/oil/article/Permian-expected-to-experience-stunning-growth-12995558.php
Ya well, like I said... . You just proved my other point. Thanks, I guess.
MMEX
You'll find the reason on the very last part of his post. Its way down at the bottom. The direct result of time spent in personal reflection.
MMEX
Current PPS not withstanding, any service industry in the Permian right now should be very profitable. I think when earnings are released ELTZ is gonna turn some heads.
Man, life is perpetual string of ups and downs. Its like being on the ocean. When you're down you just gotta wait with anticipation for the next wave to come along a pick you up again. Same with stocks.
MMEX Marchin On
I guess all the reasons you so eloquently spoke of, is why the PPS tanked on Friday. Oh wait, the PPS didn't tank after Jack's "terrible" news on Thursday. Almost as if no body noticed the impending doom for MMEX that you did. Maybe you're correct, but I doubt it. We will know in a couple of weeks.
MMEX Marching On
As per latest letter, the cost assessment has been revised so this one should be good. And, Jack expects financing to close by the end of June. AND, folks coming to him inquiring about a new opportunity in storage and shipping. This is all good news folks. Other catalysts in the works like 2nd land purchase, filing of permit application for refinery #2, and who knows what else. PR firm hired to lay it out there properly for everyone to see.
MMEX Marching On
As far as missing deadlines go, self-imposed ones are the best ones to miss. There are no implications other than those you set for yourself which equal zero. Who would put implications on themselves? Just goes to show that this is no biggy. Its a readjustment which all reasonable companies make from time to time.
MMEX
Exactly! Good Post.
MMEX
I've notice a few time now that Jack's age has been brought up as a reason against financing this project. That is ridiculous and low ball IMO. Jack's age is totally irrelevant to anything regarding the success of MMEX. In fact, his experiential knowledge is a benefit only. Age, and the experience that come with it, is an advantage. Perhaps we should have more respect for those who have lived.
MMEX
Yet. Its in the works though.
MMEX
Conditions change all the time in business. If you can't role with those changes you're toast. Jack is rolling with it. That's a strong point, not a weak one.
MMEX
Seriously? Are you new to industry? Have you never heard of a project start being delayed? I would argue its the rule, not the exception. Besides, If a company sees additional opportunities it would be negligent to share holders not to advance them. As for the reason for the increase costs, everyone knows that this is legitimate when one considers the economic and job boom in the area, and the increased costs of steel as per very recents tariffs. In my corner of the world, a hydro electric dam under construction is costing billions more that originally estimated due to the very same reasons.
A little longer, a little stronger.
MMEX
If MMEX is "being approached", its by a customer. Customers bring revenue. Simple.
I wonder who's the approacher?
"in addition to product distribution we are also being approached for crude oil storage and transportation services as an adjunct to our refining capabilities."
MMEX is strong. Maybe longer, but sometimes longer is better.
Or, when will it be updated with important information intentionally omitted from the original, and be re-installed on the website? No way my shares will be leaving my hand today. Or any day soon, for that matter.
MMEX
With the removal of the company’s latest update from its website, the update to follow is pivotal.
MMEX
Famous last words.
