Nice to see the change in sentiment around here. I want to pose a question to the board....
In my opinion, this whole share price debacle was orchestrated from the beginning by the 'Black Hats' i.e., MM's, Hedge Funds, Mega-shorters,etc. and along the way this whirlpool of crap sucked in others such as PV,and here is how I think it rolled out.....
I don't remeber the posters alias but about two months ago a poster, disgruntled about something posted a message encouraging the mob to call this little home town paper and let them know that there was possibly a 'Story' in the new company SLJB. This poster possibly was hired by the 'Black hats' to sow the seed of doubt in the mob and send them running down the lane with pitchforks and shovels to attack the bogieman. There was a great amount of negative information passed to the newspaper and reporter that was not verifiable at that time and the poster knew that this would fuel the fire and build it to enormous strength with a newspaper (haha, independent third party, haha).
The employer(s) of this socalled disgruntled shareholder were setting this up to create massive panic selling, in an effort designed to allow the naked shorters to cover their tracks at the shareholders expense. Along comes PV, not wanting the job as CEO but relunctantly taking on the mantle, trying to be the good guy everyone likes, relies on the accountants and attorneys to provide him what the shareholders are demanding, the AF's, he believes the timelines given in his naiveity and sticks his neck out. Alll the while, the 'Black Hats' know attorneys and accountants rarely meet deadlines and so the trap is set.
Missed financials, a biased reporter with a grudge against PV or Sulja for deals not gotten by his friends that are competitors of Sulja, some angry town folk that will be vocal because they resent change in their pristine world, mega milions of dollars to be made during this induced panic an voila.......let the cruxifiction begin.
Now heres the challenge for the real longs and damaged shareholders.....go back and read the posts made by this previous poster who started the witch hunt, check into their history of posts in this and other stocks that have been panic gang raped, look for comments made post panic by this poster and his/her affiliates, look for linkages to the 'Black Hats', and we may , just may be able to piece this war against the shareholders together and possibly build a basis for a class action legal suit against the evil ones whomever they are.
Chew on that one for a bit, direct your energies in a direction that ay have merit and may yield actionable facts.
