Seems as though they've already gone dark on Baltia's FB page. No entry of the 8k of Tony becoming President. No mention of Kalitta joining the board. And no mention of today's bombshell about the upcoming name change & R/S.
If they do it legally and with honesty in the sales pitch.

I just don't understand why none of the 3 letter media outlets will run the real Baltia story. The one about the poor Latvian immigrant that died pursuing the American dream. How Delta kept their foot on his neck for 26 years. How the BWC incited the FAA, the DOT, the SEC, and most recently Michigan Radio, to all conspired against Baltia.

He would have been given blackout copies as well. Baltia has copies that are not blacked out. They should post them on their webpage and FB exposing the FAA.

Look at N706BL's history, along with the other 10 or 11 planes Kalitta bought from Delta. It is not difficult to figure it out
Yep, Igor really nailed it 27 years ago. How many passengers and cargo has Baltia flown Nonstop between New York and Saint Petersburg?
They did, N705BL was sold for scrap not long after they got N706BL. N706BL was originally purchased from Delta by Kalitta for spare parts or possibly to be converted for cargo only. It was no longer fit for passenger service which is why Delta retired it to the the boneyard in the desert. The registration will be updated soon to reflect a change of owner or a status of scrapped.

I disagree with you about these report. In addition to a letter summarizing the pass/fail, Baltia was given a detailed report from the inspectors of why they failed the demonstration. Even in FOIA released copy the names of the inspectors were not blacked out, only the results and remarks.
I do agree with you about the fairy tale number, 30 of 31 inspectors recommending a pass.
Hopefully Baltia has taught you to stay away from stinky pinkies.
What happened is Baltia deliberately failed their evac-demos. The FAA denied Baltia's application. The SEC unplugged their ATM when they busted Barry for illegally selling PP shares.
The chances of Baltia reaching .10+ will only happen if they do a big enough R/S.

You go right on believing whatever makes you feel better about Baltia. Baltia has non blacked out copies of the same reports. They should show them to us and expose the FAA's treachery.
The FAA blacked out those sections to protect Baltia's privacy. If Baltia wants to, they can show us their copies the non blacked out reports.
Very odd with all of the freshly repacked slides that Baltia had slide related failures 6 out of 7 attempts. Yet Eastern Airlines, faced with the very same slide issues, passed on their first attempt.

I agree with you that this has been a swindle since day 1. But proving it will be difficult because they did go through the motions for certification.
Not a defense for Baltia. Just a simple question. Can you give some specific examples of what and when Baltia itself lie to us? Not the message board or facebook hype, Baltia itself.
How did Baltia steal the money? Did their Russian contacts hack brokerage accounts, placing buy orders for Baltia stock? Who was selling the shares?
Do the shares listed as having been issued for cash and services rendered, along with the shares issued for salary/bonuses equal the currently listed O/S?
It is unfortunate that you, and many others got burned by the Baltia hype.
Being mad at Baltia is understandable. But you really need to be mad with the one person that can prevent this from happening again.

The vast majority of Baltia bagholders willingly bought their shares on the open Pink Sheet market. An extremely risky sector of the stock market.
How was their money stolen by Baltia?
Did Baltia dangle the Golden Carrot with their frequent PRs, or was the hype supplied by a 13D party?
You have a chance of getting some of "your money" back on the open market. If you're still holding when Baltia goes to no bid or ends up on the Gray Market, you could be out of luck.

Did they tell shareholders how flawlessly the crew performed after every evac-demo?
Did they ever give shareholders any reason to invest in Baltia?
Baltia repeatedly tried to get a 37 year old scrap heap certified for transatlantic passenger service.
Why be upset with the FAA? They did their job by not granting a certificate to this rinky-dink outfit.
