Thank you for your thoughtful reply Jenn.
You may believe that MP with concerned with government control, but don't forget the Navy SBIR Phase I (feasibility) grant which never went to Phase II.
If you do your homework you will find that this penny stock shell has been going thru this cycle for over thirty years.
It is currently going thru another cycle which is welcomed by the shareholders simply because that's the only hope they have.
IMO the tech has inherent limitations and its only usefullness is generating PP financing.
Valimed for onocology? IMO, there will never be more than a couple confirmed sales, if any.
Explosive detection? After over ten years what new trick do you think they're going to pull out of their hat?
Abandoning the old tech in favor of something more promising is their only avenue.
But that's a whole new ball game.
Right Osscout?
Raiderman wants CDEX to revisit homeland security?
After failing at it for the past ten years?
Goverment grants?
INCREDIBLE is all I can say!!!
"I see that the initial news- generated enthusiasm has waned."
That's why pennstreet should be out beating the bushes looking for new PP suckers instead of attempting to get approval from the us.
Ain't gunna happen.
But you are spot on with one point Crowe, I highly doubt that their 1.5 million dollar buy in will every change hands.
Good for show to make it look like they have something new just like the Coldwater Capital/Loch $1 million fiasco. Even Kidinsight/Ontheedge posted that that money never changed hands.
CDEx couldn't even give Valimeds away, why would any reasonable person pay 1.5 million to sell them in an even narrower niche market.
That's just too funny!! LOL
Lather. Rinse. Repeat. (TM- Stock)
"So I am sposed to respeck Gen Foglesong, HUH?? LOL!!"
Well.... yeah! That's why they pick board members with impressive bios- so you can respect them and buy a ton of PP shares.
That's why Robert wants everyone to respect the board members.
Ching ching
"Focus on what jennifer said, try and understand who these board members are. These are not Malolm's picks, these are JB's picks."
Who cares about the board members. What have they ever acomplished in the past for shareholders other than to be gifted shares and used for touting bios.
Same game new players, until they prove otherwise.
But that's OK, there's plenty of PP suckers that don't know how this scam is played- EASY PICKIN'S
CAN ANYONE NAME ONE ACOMPLISHMENT OF ANY PAST BOARD MEMBER???
"MP not in power anymore?? Are you certain??"
MP isn't in power anymore for CDEx just like Dennis Harris wasn't in power anymore for Loch Harris when the B-Boyz took the front seat.
Same game. Round three.
If it works don't fix it.
Looks like CDEx has finally thrown the pigeons (i.e., kidinsight/Ontheedge/pennstreet et al) some crumbs and our allowing them to sieve thru the boneyard for some new PP suckers.
What a shame.
Maybe CDEX should get into a new business.
They should try modeling themselves after Diddystock Pty. Ltd. which is introducing an exciting new product called "White Milk" (TM- Diddystock Pty. Ltd.).
"White Milk" contains a suspension of pure silver nano crystals.
Really hi-tech stuff, but I'll let Xeno give you the details.
"Gives the milk a nice flavour, and prevents premature spoiling."
Sounds like a good prescription for CDEx PPers to keep the money rolling in.
Personally, I used a a 1"x4"x.062" strip of pure silver. It doubles the shelf life of milk in the frig.

Isn't this the sheriff that got hoodwinked by CDEx?
Washington (CNN) -- Officials with the Justice Department are scheduled to meet Tuesday with Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, as they look into alleged civil rights violations.
Last week, the department gave the sheriff's lawyers until Tuesday to turn over documents and cooperate with their inquiry.
Authorities are investigating whether Arpaio's policies and law enforcement sweeps discriminate against Hispanics.
Arpaio, who has called himself "America's toughest sheriff," is known for his hard-nosed opposition to illegal immigration.
Detractors accuse him of discriminating against Hispanics, while supporters say the Justice Department's civil rights probe and its separate criminal investigation are politically motivated.
If the sheriff's lawyers don't turn over the documents, the government has threatened to sue the sheriff's office "to compel access to the requested documents, facilities and personnel," Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez has said.
For their part, Arpaio's lawyers reject claims that he is uncooperative. The attorneys contend the Justice Department may not require documents simply to see if they can find something to support their suspicions of discrimination.

Behold!- Loch/CDEx
"Wade won the Arbitration...But the court ain't tole CDEX to give it to him yet."
From Arloco's post:
"Respondent is ordered to surrender possession of the fluorometer to Petitioner Wade Poteet within ten (10) days of the effective date of this Award: or, in the event Respondent fails to deliver possession of the Instrument to Petitioner Wade Poteet within such time specified, such Petitioner is awarded a judgement against Respondent in the amount of $20,000.00."
Thanks Crowe, I knew it was nothing more than MP and Company talking smack as usual.
Appeal mi culo.
"The Company disagrees with this decision and is considering all options, including appeal."
Appeal? It wasn't binding arbitration?
If it wasn't, what was the point in the first place, to save money on a long shot?
Yes he did. He posted first and last names of aliases and got daboot.
What a clever fella. LOL
Posting during working hours could get TT in trouble with the Census Bureau.
Paige, your first link isn't working for me.
Your second link...
Yawnnnn LOL
We must thank TT for posting because we can be assured that whatever he's selling can't be further from the truth.
The only other question is the motive and Crow has nailed it- trying to elevate his frat buddy and fellow home-boy to Sainthood like inonits did when MP stepped up to the plate.
What a joke.
You're right Crow, and distinctive smell of arrogance.
The self proclaimed (non-registered in FL) "Investment Banker" that chuckled with Gandy, and cried to the IRS.
A Phoney like MP and the other crooks.
Actually Crow I didn't read past the first paragraph before I started my customary fast downward scroll of Harry's posts.
After review, it appears the only thread left that Harry is hanging onto is the U of M study- everything else has been clearly shown to be 100% SCAM!
The U of M study was extremely limited based on only seven selected drugs and allegedly PAID FOR BY CDEX as was the paid consultant that endorsed it.
Paid consultants- a valuable tool for any scam artist.
I've posted my opinion about this study in the past when a CDEx stock promoter concluded that based on the study, loch/CDEx technology has been PROVEN TO WORK IN THE FIELD.
Crazy,desperate and foolish talk.
It looks like plumber finally has a handle on how the conmen are playing the Loch/CDEx scam. Unfortunately he's still in dire straights if he thinks the tech is worth a damn.
At this point the only remaining hope the honest Long investors have is in an old, out dated technology which is going nowhere fast.
Knowing that all Loch/CDEx insiders associated with this scam are crooks has been firmly established even by the most naive.
Ergo, even if the newest frontmen for this scam introduce a new Golden Widget run as fast as you can.
"...it could take several years..."
As long as it's not fifteen years.. eh?
If you ever get caught up in a chemical or biological weapons attack, your cellphone may save your life. Or at least that’s the ambition of the Department of Homeland Security.
The Department’s science and technology team has begun talks with four cell-phone manufacturers on designing ‘nextgen’ phones that would be able to sense a wide variety of noxious chemical compounds in the air – and alert the user. The director of the “Cell-All” program at the DHS, Stephen Dennis, tells CNN that within a year, “We expect up to 80 prototype cell phones to be developed that can be then tested against various agents.”
The vision is to alert cell-phone users to all sorts of risks – from accidental gas leaks to a terror attack using poison gas. For example, if ammonia escaped from a train wreck, the gas would trigger an alert. The chip – at current prices – would cost as little as $1.
One of the technologies being examined is a porous silicon “nose” that is based on – amazingly - the beetle shell. Professor Michael Sailor at the University of California San Diego uses silicon to mimic the way a beetle’s complex shell produces iridescence. Sailor uses chemistry to give silicon particles a sponge-like structure. The particles’ pores are designed to recognize and sop up molecules of certain toxins. So these “artificial” noses can potentially detect scores of chemical compounds.
NASA is also involved – helping with the chemical sensing, and using technology designed for measuring air quality in the space program.
“They rethought the platform,” says Dennis, scaling it down to ‘nanosize.’
The application would go beyond warning the consumer. Dennis’ team is already consulting emergency service providers to see how phone alerts might be automatically fed to authorities. Dozens of alerts from multiple phones in one location would help responders quickly to assess the nature and extent of the threat. In technical jargon, this “crowd-sourcing” helps provide a more accurate read-out of the threat. (So for example if someone spilt some bleach at a laundromat, it would not translate into a major public emergency.) The alert process would take less than a minute – and that seems a lot more efficient than hundreds of panicked citizens dialing 911.
Imagine how useful such an application would have been had you been a Tokyo commuter on March 21 1995, when members of the Aum Shinrikyo cult released sarin gas in five coordinated attacks on the city’s subway. Eight people died; more than 5,000 were taken to hospitals.
Don’t expect the application to be ready tomorrow – the “Cell-All” folks acknowledge it could be several years before it is commercially available. The manufacturers involved have to grapple with design issues, power drain and other challenges. And the sensors have to be designed in such a way that the number of “false positives” is kept to a minimum. A lot of false alerts would not do anyone’s nerves much good.
The DHS stresses that the technology would be optional in phones and that data transmissions would be anonymous.
http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2010/04/21/security-brief-cellphones-to-smell-biochem-attack/?hpt=T2
THEY ARE NOT SALES. If they were sales you can bet your boots MP would have said sales. They have been ordered by the hospitals on a pay-per-use basis.
Whoopee!
Ahhhhsooo...
Why is this scam still trading?
And as it all turned out, the (spit) Bashers weren't Bashers at all; they were telling the truth about a psuedotech, a bunch of naive cheerleaders and a bunch of CROOKS.
Bashers are cool.
"...the ELF technology has now been proven ready for international deployment."
"It can reach out to three meters and several feet underneath soil or water."
Now what do they have?
A bench-top, laboratory instrument that scans a sample at under an inch and it still has problems.
Classic MP lies.
The whole scamster lot need to be dealt with by law of the jungle.
Xeno, I heard the Kobe beef steak is so dense and rich that a normal size steak can feed four people.
Will they accept a Loch/CDEx AmEx card?
Has pennstreet given up with his "keep hope alive" campaign for JB?
Why can't anyone answer my question about WP. He's been working on this technology for over fifteen (15) years and still can't get it right so why would they bring him back?
FIFTEEN YEARS!!!!!!
RA, I do remember talking to you about a salvage dive of a very heavy object half buried in the bottom sand. Is that the bounty that what you're referring to?
Trimix? Which one do you mean? LOL!!
•Trimix (breathing gas), a gas mixture used in deep-sea diving
•Trimix (injection), an injection containing alprostadil and papaverine used to treat erectile dysfunction
Have you been keeping up with the Loch/CDEX story. Robert S. has returned to bombard the board with his "keep hope alive" BS as a prelude to the Loch II -> Loch III transition.
There's also some interesting behind the scenes investigation going on as I write which has already proved valuable.
Yep, getting old sucks and it'll happen to all of us if we're lucky.
Make sure you call me when you're in town. I'm going to take you up on that prime rib dinner!
Hey RA, nice to see you're still breathing oxygen.
Hope all is well.
OH WHAT A SCAM!!!!
LOCH HARRIS/CDEX IS A PENNY STOCK SCAM!
100% CERTAIN!
I agree 100% and so do I.
"Just lies and more lies about good people."
Pennstreet, these are the EXACT same words that you used when promoting MP during the Loch -> CDEx transition.
MP was your good buddy, you even answered emails for him.
The best thing I can say in your defense is that you're just a lousy judge of character.
Why should anyone think you've changed?
Will JB become the next MP?
Sea_Urchin, you have two correct answers which are even numbered.
I will be contacting the Magnificent 'Seven' with details as they are confirmed.
Capnmike, in reference to the UH study, can you explain what material events occurred between this post where you write:
""the final peer review and the MEANINGFUL RESULTS provide strong evidence of the true potential of OUR CDEX technology."
then 10 days later when you write:
"Now, while the 18-month award-winning peer-reviewed study of ValiMed DID INDEED PROVE the technology can be successfully translated to applications in the field, in real world environments, the CDEX team members capable of making that happen are gone! As the former Chief Technology Officer of CDEX (Wade Poteet, PhD) has written...."
LOL!!! Unless some material event occurred which I'm not aware of, that is A COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND MISLEADING STATMENT!
A can see Cappy has very little experience in employing sound scientific reasoning. That, or it is intentional.
A wooden baseball bat will burn, therefore, all cylindrically shaped objects will burn.
A round baseball can be hit over the center field fence, therefore, a round nerve ball can be hit over the center field fence.
The meth Gun/ID2 has NOT BEEN SUCCESSFULLY translated to applications in the field, therefore, Valimed has not been successfully translated to applications in the hospital pharmacy.
MERCY! (TM- Roberta)
"Note of caution to Diddy: private mails are nott at all private - assume anything in a private mail message is available to anyone who you would like to keep it private from.'
That's a big 10-4.
If I remember correctly, RB was corrupted by penny stock insiders.
Maybe a CDEX insider paid our membership fee hoping we'd post sensitive private messages to one another.
helluviknow (TM- Himanez)
It's becoming clear that they're not going to get rid of MP. At best, only in a superficial manner.
Will the storefront re-dressing be enough to quiet the mob?
If Loch Harris had been properly investigated back in 2000, this scam would have been over. Unfortunately, most of us were to naive and trustworthy back then to understand the sophistication of this operation. Now, after over ten years of PENNY STOCK SCHOOLING I for one can truly appreciate it. DAMN GOOD YOB BOYS!
Can they pull it off a second time, even with a smarter investor base monitoring their activities? I think so. If everyone just sits and watches, it will certainly happen again.
What gets me is the Longs now believe MP has a mental disorder and is a bonafide liar yet they still believe the tech is worth saving. They don't seem to take into account that from conception, all information disseminated by CDEX has been controlled by MP (remember, MP is an alleged control freak). what if all the information about the veracity of the technology is one big pack of lies (save the seven drugs tested in the UM report)?
Any reasonable person being honest with oneself should want to INVESTIGATE that possiblity before anything else. I certainy would before I rallied behind the Loch/CDEx flag once again. Fool me once... etc.
Is there information available to make that determination? I believe there is. I beleive there's damning evidence available today just like there was back in 2000 with Loch Harris which everyone either ignored or didn't act upon.
It appears that there are some very clever ways to circumvent NDA's. It's all out there for anyone willing to beat the bushes with true due dilligence- the damning evidence that is (and maybe an aussiekang or two).
There are some very talented people out there that can get this job done. That would be the smartest use of the plegded Long money IMO. To go after MP with an attorney while continuing to blindly believe in the tech (as presented to you by MP) would be the most foolish thing you could do.
I bet the longs could find a PI that can't stand religious hypocrites that prey on religious affinity groups.
That's where I'd put my money.
P.S. Whoever paid for my iHub membership, thank you very much.
deleted duplicate of above message.
Welp crow it looks like you are correct. The way Xeno spelled it out it appears JB is not qualified (nor in the inner circle) to become the new CEO.
Pennstreet loses again.
Pennstreet, Pennstreet, Pennstreet, what are you doing? Are you trying to intimidate me? LOL!!!!
This is the exact same thing you did while posting under the Kidinsight alias.
For those who wish to see how Pennstreet operates this is in response to his post.
Here he posts the first letter of my given name and the first three letters of my last name:
"MWis and Barb should know better."
Here he posts an abbreviation of the city where my business is located:
"But one day soon, chats (Chatsworth) going to be the word of the day in worthietown usa.:
Here he posts my full first name:
"Michael W and Barb P just need to relax and quit worrying about..."
Here he posts the street number of my business address:
"9837 is charged with a lot of..."
Now this is the funny part. Here he calls us "little children":
"...then they run like little chilldens."
Pennstreet,I know that you know my name, my business name, my business address and phone number. You've even left me a message before. So what's your point?
I'll tell you what, next time you're in town stop on by and say hi, but call first, I'm a busy man and wouldn't want to miss you.
If you time it right we can hook up with Peter and hit the local Mexican cantina. I'm buy, but when I'm in lubbock I'll expect a chicken fried steak.
