Friends and Family??? We need an explanation from management.
welcome. not a real lively site yet but i am hoping. I like the chances of this because I have years of experience in the soft drink biz. Something is not quite straightend out yet for their cbd drinks but i'm staying on because of the potential. Years ago a company called clearly canadian popped up and made a lot of millionaires. I don't even know if it is still in business. These guys have connections and experience in single serve drinks and energy drinks are the rage right now. People are getting the guilts about sugary pop and want to do something good for themselves. There are a few entrants that are on the shelves so our chances are good and with the right promotion this could be a rocket. glta and dyodd

Hi geodcan,
Thanks for your note. Yes we've been working very hard to try to create what we believe will be the first mainstream drinkable CBD product. The branding, packaging, formulation and manufacturing are all being done by mainstream suppliers. If you believe in the growth of CBD drinks (and ultimately THC drinks), we're working to create he best investment vehicle to play the sector.
We completed a run in March and have been using those bottles for sampling for potential customers. We have wholesale orders, and we'll open our web store for pre-orders from retail consumers a couple weeks before the next run. We're also planning on selling the drink at several summer festivals in the southwest, which should also attract publicity. Have a look at our Twitter and latest investor presentation for some photos of our sales initiatives.
The shelf life is calculated to be 9 months, so our upcoming run should get us well through the summer.
The FDA doesn't pre-approve products, it relies on the certification of the manufacturers as well as third- party FDA consultants and lawyers. We have received the go-ahead from all these parties. There is always FDA risk once the product is on shelves, but we're using high quality ingredients, manufacturers and labellers, more so than other CBD companies.
Our customers don't have to pay until they receive the product, which they'll get from the upcoming run. I'll press release any major deals.
I recognize the value of having some personal testimonials, ideally from some recognized journalists and customers, and I'm working on that as we speak. We had several US journalists taste the product at the Denver show as well as recently at the Chicago show, so rest assured those reviews are in the works. I'll see if any of our customers mind saying publicly that they're about to carry the product...though if not we have to wait until they put the product on shelves, at which point it becomes public knowledge. I'm aware that the market is concerned that we're just making overly-optimistic promises like the Nutritional High folks, however we are a separate company and our common board members are in place solely for the THC drinks. They now have capitalized their company again, so should be back on track to restore their credibility.
The photos on our Twitter feed confirm that the product does in fact exist, is being widely sampled (see the car load of bottles that one of our California teams is taking around), is being enjoyed by celebrities, and is being distributed at trade shows. We've press released that we've made sales, so rest assured that this is completely truthful.
We're working to press-release our official launch event soon, and articles by the journalists who tasted the product should start running soon too. We'll put some phonecam testimonials from regular consumers on our web site too. I understand how important this is during the period before the run happens, but wanted to wait until our Pink Sheet listing was live and we were closer to product launch. The PR is in the works though, and hopefully that should expand the audience for the stock fairly imminently.
Thanks again for your interest in Tinley. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any further questions.
Very best,
Jeff

As an investor in the potential of Hemplify I recognize that you certainly have some background in the drink business as well as promotion and brand creation. It seems that some serious groundwork has been done to create a couple of products, place them in an appealing package and get a run or two done. Could you share with the investors where we can buy the product such as a list of retailers, wholesalers or distributors? A few words or personal endorsements from the Denver Conference would be appreciated. When I google up Hemplify I can’t find a retailer! Do we have a problem with the FDA getting this approved for sale to the public? Could you also share the shelflife expectancy or best before date of the first run. Which contractor did you use for the first run and has a second run been done yet? I have some dry powder looking for an investment and I am excited about the potential of CBD products as well as THC. I am also invested in your associate directors launch of Nutritional High but feel they have dropped the ball and that their news releases are more optimistic than factual. I hope that Tinley doesn’t make the same mistake! I would like to hear your response. Thank You in advance.

Boocks statement about being able to give a number too in regards to THC level leads me to think that we might be on the road to developing a superior product to what I expected which was a simple yes or no device. Maybe that is in anticipation of what the legal hurdle committee is going to need. That is probably because certain states are putting a number on the level of THC that shows up when tested to determine guilt or not, very similar to the legal framework for alcohol impairment. As I have mentioned before the holy grail device will be able to test for all products that cause impairment but I think there is still a great need for a THC device while we wait for science to catch up. Pot is here and near and legalization will only increase its use. The THC device will fit the bill for the greatest need that we don't currently have. glta and dyodd
I know all about the business plan which is why i invested in the first place but if they have accomplished getting products ready for pubic consumption then why can't i buy any? I am still invested with red or black money to see if they can make the fairytales actually happen. In the meantime their buddy company Tinley have posted pictures and propaganda about their CBD product called Hemplify but their seems to be a problem getting it on a store shelf or getting a few endorsements from people that have tried it. I like the fact that Tinley can show pictures of cases of product and a production line not to mention the booster drink market is smokin' hot right now. Nutritional High tells a good story but haven't really achieved the milestones they were banging their drum about. A loss of focus is my guess and trying to build a multi-state operation before getting one solid product is not smart business. The original plan of mass produced quality and consistent strength marijuana infused products is a great plan and I'm leaving my gambling money on the table in case they pull it off. glta and dyodd
Australia is good. US could be bigger and better. timely move on Aus though. I think we would be a good fit for California who are med legal and probably will go rec legal too. Kudos to our management for this strategic move. I hope they are seriously working on the edibles. jmho glta and dyodd
Nutritional High's Posner's associates over at Tinley got a couple of CBD drinks ready to go from the sounds of it and did it in record time. They couldn't wait for the original plan which was to use splif's production line to produce their product so used their Cott connections (I presume) to contract a run of their Hemplify single serve product energy drink. They seem to be at the demo and sampling stage but I haven't been able to find a retailer yet. Splif has been dickin' around with securing names and titles for products and lays claim to having a cbd gummie ready for sale but I can't find a retailer for it anywhere and they didn't even capitalize on the fancy names they have supposedly purchased rights to use. I hope both these business plans happen but the proof is in the pudding or softdrink or gummies. There isn't a chance in hell of making any money if they can't get a product on the shelf. glta and dyodd
having had a little experience in my youth with the weed of 40 years ago i can tell you that I was impaired by it's use. If what people tell me of the new generation weed being 10 or 20 times as strong, I wouldn't be able to get off the couch let alone drive in a safe manner. Having logged a few million miles on the highways I have had pleny of suspicion of thc impaired drivers holding up traffic. I still think of the VW mini-van driver with a "legalize pot" decal on the back of his van that could barely keep his vehicle on the road and his speed was so inconsistent it was laughable. jmho
my understanding of the bac breathalyzer in BC is if you blow close to .08 that will get you a trip to the police station for a test on a bigger, better breathalyzer. The second test backs up t he results of the first test to determine if you hit the magic limit as determined by law. Any kind of a body fluid test probably won't fly because people don't want their dna on record which is why the quickie 2 dollar blow devices that are available won't fly. It is not uncommon in BC for a judge to order your dna to be kept on file but only after serious charges where your dna will confirm your presence if the court suspects you are a habitual criminal rapist or murderer or? glta and dyodd
illegal is not a sick bird! A few compassion clubs might squeak through the legalities but in order for this whole legalization of rec pot thing works the illegal pot distributors need to be brought before the courts. If safe quality, consistent strength, government inspected and LEGAL pot is going to pass legislation the supply has to be controlled by inventory in order to tax it and do some damage to the illegal trade and the cartel, biker club management, gang employment. There will still be an underground pot trade just like their is a moonshiner business by people that just don't want to pay taxes. The safety of that product has always been in question but clearly a lot of people don't care because that underground market is what brought us to the legalization issue. Licensed producers need to be able to storefront their products for the rec market imho because if it is an impulse buy to get high the rec smoker will not wait for the mail, he will go and buy ditchweed from the guy behind the dumpster. Our licensed producers are in the drivers seat to win this because they are already producing at the pharmaceutical grade level and stepping down to rec pot is a no-brainer. Legal is legal. glta and dyodd
kal sold 50k sh into public april 5 but it didn't make the insider trading list until the 27th apr. the world didn't come to an end and who knows. maybe he had to pay his bar bill or maybe he was seeing if he could get a run down on the stock and shake some weak hands into the friends and family portfolio. glta and dyodd
i hope you are right. glta and dyodd
no insider sales in public on the Canadian site so far. probably just some profit taking on run ups. Ingstrng, I noticed a news shot on my tv when i got home after my holiday. I didn't really notice what channel but some BC tv station had some noise on about thc breathalyzers. I will see if i can find it. I haven't noticed much advertising for blo or breathtec on BNN since I got back or I should say I haven't noticed any. Probably pulled their horns in til they have something newsworthy. We know they have all kinds of swabs and drug-sniffing devices out there in the field and I don't fly much but hit several airports in the last couple of weeks and saw them everywhere. I guess some may have been explosive detecting too but they are already in use. One THC breathalyzer will do the trick and I already knew they have workplace testing devices but doubt that they would pass the type of scrutiny that a thc breathalyzer needs for law enforcement. I worked in the trucking business and was subject to bac breathalyzer by company certified personnel as well as pee tests anytime of the day or night or whenever it suited them. They would even tell the longhaul truckers to pull into towns with medical clinics for the same testing at private facilities. Unfortunately the smaller companies because of the cost and driver shortages in Canada can't afford to test regularly and that professional driving a big rig beside you might be drug impaired. glta and dyodd
this will dwindle down until something substantial happens. legal rec is probably 2-3 years away to write the legislation. look at the mess they have made of the mmpr legislation and that will have to be straightened out too. Bottom line profit exceeding expenditures might move the sp up.. mipps are a must to increase the product line for the non-smokers. they need to be on that as well as exploring the international opportunities south of the border. quicker to buy some licensed producer in one of the legal states and rebrand with Canopy's name than wait for legislation to change to allow export while the US rewrites their federal legislation. i think the cbd side of things needs to be explored because the market for cbd products has 10 times the potential than medicinal pot and rec pot. glta and dyodd
I own this dog and not too happy with their failure to produce anything tangible including a retailer for their traditions gummy things. their partners in ??? over at tinley seem to have scooped them with a couple of products seemingly in record time in the booster drink market but I can't find a retailer for their product either although I think they would be able to run this better than Posner has done. Seems to be some promo for Tinley's Hemplify at the Denver deal taking place 26/27 april 2016. glta and dyodd
just got back from Vallarta to the news in BC that somebody has come out with a $3 thc breathalyzer. Trudeau has been making some noise about legalization but having a thc breathalyzer seems to be one of the pre-req's to getting this legislation done. I think the lawyers would have a heyday with a little plastic collection device that probably retains dna and might show thc positive by other adulterants. Certainly the holy-grail of breathalyzers will be able to detect any mind altering substance use but with marijuana making it's coming out party as a legal rec substance what we need is a thc breathalyzer. Same hoops to jump through no matter who wins this race but my personal opinion is that somebody has the ingenuity to build a thc breathalyzer. let's go Cannabix. glta and dyodd
it seems the ads on BNN have dried up. I haven't noticed any insider sells into the public market yet. glta and dyodd
production costs are ultimately going to be in competition with Southern climes with their free sunshine for light and heat. Up here in Canada we are at a disadvantage. That is why I would like to see our technology set up south of the border under our banner. The fastest way imho is to find a good growing area and a small company to take over and re-brand. Of course there is a lot of catch-up to do with the politics and law reform but this international trade stuff is happening, just not legally. glta and dyodd
Cigars!!!! Yeah right. Read between the lines. If they come out and publicly declare, they would have the Redneck Posse all over their azzes messing up the effort. Digga I think he was blowing smoke up your azz. Sometimes you have to tweak the truth with a little white lie. The same goes for every other thing they are testing, cocaine, fentanyl, explosives, disease. glta and dyodd
Medchem i sympathize with you. My postings tend to appear both pro and con depending on my mood at the time. Sometimes I think I am venting at management and sometimes i copy and paste those thoughts to management. Most of your postings enlighten me because I don't have a scientific background and your explanations are very helpful to me. I have been called on the mat several times to prove my statements and I can see how my "wishful thinking" can be construed by other people. I think most posters here are hoping for the best for a long position but there are braver investors than I that play the shorts and they have the right of freedom of speech. I don't like some of the unrelated bashing that goes on and there are a lot of angry people venting on others over totally unrelated things. That's life! Keep posting! Investor sentiment is a contributing factor to share price too. glta and dyodd
I had a couple of conversations with BLO and Kal told me the same thing. I'm sure he was agitated a little by some of my questions and his emails were to inform me he wanted to talk by phone. He shared the same objective with me verbally that a couple of dollars a share would make him interested in a buyout. I think this is low and any offer would have to be run by the shareholders. Given the fact that Lifeloc the blood alcohol breathalyzer guys got their share price up to $37 for a breathalyzer and some programs and other devices to educate management about how to deal with the drug problem at work. There are now several alcohol handheld breathalyzers on the market and true to inventive ingenuity adding a bell or a whistle might get you more market share. I can see the same thing happening with a THC breathalyzer. I think Cannabix's THC handheld breathalyzer can be used for many different detection molecules with the right tweaking and identifying software. The mass spectometer is the holy grail for detection right now and miniturization to a handheld, instant identifying capability for thc ,coke, disease and whatever you want to identify from a breathsample would be the new holy grail of devices. I think a one trick pony of a THC breathalyzer has enough wind in its sails to fly on its own. glta and dyodd ps. no other insider sells in private or public since Attariwala declared.
i've been trying to get some of the splif (nutritional high) people to come over to this sister company that already has a product or two to sell. I haven't found where i can purchase Hemplify yet but apparently it's ready for sale. If anybody has tried it i'm looking for an opinion of what they think. glta and dyodd
no panic but i just noticed an insider sell in PRIVATE for 1.875 million shares. Maybe someone wants a directorship????! or the seller needs some dough for breathtec. or a Rolls Royce. Private sell, no worries imho. glta and dyodd
over 2 million shares traded today. good bump up in shareprice. cocaine too. no insider sells in public. Lifeloc hit $37 for bat breathalyzer and some other paraphanalia in their stable but even with Colorado govt. matching grant for THC breathalyzer doesn't seem to be in the race. We could be closer to the holy grail of Breathalyzers of being able to detect everything drugs that cause impairment. Exciting times for sure. Everything else pot seems to be lagging a little waiting for legalization in Canada. An invention for the times. I don't think we need one to detect poopy pants because most people have the ability to do that without a device. glta and dyodd. Happy shareholder news from here on in. jmho
Everybody is patiently or not so patiently waiting for news. There is considerable discussion of Cannabix and Breathtec using the same technology. There have been numerous tv ads on BNN for both companies and I have noticed that Breathtec has a nice little handsized device with their label on it. It is not the same as the one that BLO is using for their ad. If the technology is the same, could they be using the Breathtec device for both with a different label on them. I view Breathtec as a fly in the ointment of BLO's future potential but some think success for one will bring success for the other. I also see a lawsuit coming but that is jmho. glta and dyodd
another nr out saying that Canopy Growth has signed up with NutritionaL High for more expertise. Suggests that they have gummies and candies and drinks. I wonder if the drinks are Tinleys? There was also a mention of Hendrix and Purple Haze names being shared around by SPLIF. I just want to see them actually deliver some products, especially the THC products. glta and dyodd
I listened to the nr and it said "in the next coming months" for the beta. I hope it happens soon but that statement is very promotional, a dangler that explains feelings as facts. I'm confident that we have the right people at U of F that are capable of producing this very unique device but we still have the legal profession who will argue this device sixteen ways to sunday, but i'm confident commonsense will prevail. How long? Could be a chinese guy or several years. I think the integrity of the Yost group and their track record might be holding the promo gang back until they have a product that is irrefutable. I think there are less ads on BNN now or maybe i'm just missing them. No insider sells in public either. glta and dyodd.
their partners in promotion over at Tinley have already produced and sold some of their Hemplify drinks apparently. Beat Nutritional High with an individual serving beverage full of CBD and electrolytes. I would buy that to try it. Can't seem to find the Nutritional Traditions gummy gels or push caps anywhere and if any Californians have seen them or anybody else for that matter I would appreciate your opinion. glta and dyodd
looks like the Illinois plant might tank like the New Mexico deal. Tinley have done a production run, a demo and have sales of Hemplify which is a supercharged Gatorade type drink with CBD's that is supposed to make you want to jump over the gate. You could wither and die waiting for Nutritional High to dig their way out of the bullchit they have been spreading around. glta and dyodd
done a run. done a promo and have sales. what do you think of that Nutritional High? I think these guys are the real meal deal. glta and dyodd
some good volumes on not much promo. the splif crowd don't seem interested in TNY who supposedly have a product run happening for promotion and sales in record time unlike the Nutritional High boys.
specific to each.
as clustered as it is right now in Canada, we have a regulated system for medicinal marijuana. The businesses doing it right have followed the letter of the law and have licensed producer status. Quality control, defined distribution system and on the verge of going recreational which is a step down from the levels they have achieved. A lot of people don't like government control, but a lot of people do when it comes to quality assurance. You can't convince me that the crotch weed grown on the septic tank is undergoing the same scrutiny and it should remain in the underground market. What happens when the crotch weed isn't up to snuff. Do we add a little something to it like fenatyl or crack to make it more appealing? Maybe some bath salt concoction or pesticide that might add some potency to it and make it more appealing. Don't take too much or you might get facked up so bad it will kill you. What a trip. I am not opposed to rec weed. I think it is way less harmful than alcohol and oxycontin. We have adversarial forces that aren't on the same page to get to the rec stage. Safe, quality, unadulterated marijuana with consistent effect is a must for medical marijuana. I don't have anything against people growing their own weed but if it is going to be sold to the public it should be certified safe too. Legitimizing the rec business is going to require some willingness and action on the part of regulators and government. glta and dyodd
you guys are aware that some of posners buddies have cracked out a product called Hemplify which is a gatorade style drink for the California market, supposedly supercharged with potassium and other good stuff plus CBD and they have done this in record time imho unlike the imaginary products on the shelf under the Nutritional High label. A couple of guys named jeff with Cott experience and access to money under the monicker Tinley Beverage, C.TNY. They seem to be all business. I started a board @ ihub if you are interested in the potential of the beverage market. glta and dyodd
seems like blo and bth shots on BNN every 20 minutes or so. nothing from any other prospective developer competition that I have seen. a couple of yips from the hound and then nothing. our neighbours south of the border will let us know, i'm sure if they see any ad push stateside. glta and dyodd
There don't seem to be a lot of CBD infused drinks on the market but their definitely seems to be a market for CBD products. I think that ultimately the THC crowd will endorse THC drinks just for the buzz factor but health conscious CBD energy drinks with a little arthritis relief could take some market share too. Hemplify could be another Monster if it doesn't stall in the chocks.
new regs will allow lp dispensaries. And so they should. This mail order bride system we have for distributing CGC products is bullchit imho. I like the pharmacy idea for medicinal marijuana products and as we move towards the future I think the Liquor Control Boards have the right stuff to handle the recreational market. As far as the wild west dispensaries goes they are in violation of the law and shouldn't benefit from their illegal activity. If they are compassion clubs and buy government regulated products they will have to rise to the occasion and abide by some standards. Them that want to grow their own can have their brownie parties. When they run out or have a bad crop they will probably go to the lps. The Canadian legislation is truly a sh*tstorm but the legal medical market has some good substance. I'm of the opinion that we will have two distinct markets, one being medical the other being recreational. The rec market is alive and well but all things being equal I think people will opt for safe consistent strength and quality. glta and dyodd. Investors Hub has a good board on it for C.BLO for breathalyzer info.
So we are in the same situation as we were except we have a new line of oil to sell. The Allard chickens are out of the coop just like they have been all along. Free range chickens lol. A previous poster laid out the possibilities of medical marijuana being subsidized/covered by pharma plans. Why wouldn't patients want that. There was talk of the Canadian senators sorting this out. They are so busy hiding their asses for having their fingers in the cookie jar they won't be much use imho. It sounds like we have THC oils and I don't know what the issue is with CBD oils that are available everywhere it seems without prejudice from the lawmakers, at good markups too. This is a kneejerk assault on the sp. The herd of sheeples moved opposite of what everybody was expecting. I agree about the THC breathalyzer but being invested in one prospective manufacturer there are lots of potential entrants to that market because necessity is the mother of invention but this is not a viable device yet. The company doing the adverts on BNN think they are close for public scrutiny of their THC device. CGC looks like a buy with the hammering we got today. jmho and dyodd.
steady blo and bth ads showing up on BNN. glta and dyodd
