Phil - That might be a better approach and bring my camera. I don't know when I'll get a chance to go its a pretty long drive through heavy traffic.
Iwon - That's right - you can't use marginable funds to buy EZTO. What are you worried about - you already have, what, 2 million shares.
Iwon & shmoulton - Ameritrade and Scottrade have about the same margin interest rate schedule - its about 7% up to $50K, 6.5% $50-100K and 6% > $100K.
Rattman - Honestly, I'm a little worried, but that's only my short term emotional thinking getting the best of me. I am going to try to contact IR today and arrange to visit the co again. I have reason to believe they are filling multiple orders as we speak but want first hand proof. Also, keep in mind that there are alot of long term big shots with millions of shares that are just holding. For example Garthmd said on RB that his circle of friends have 17 million shares total together and he is the only trader with about 120K shares.
Rattman - I know you are very disgruntled at this point. But I agree with Craps. If possible, hang on. I really believe that this will turn around - it might take a month at the most. I will likely have to shave off a small portion of my shares at a large loss soon to pay bills. However, I will be able to hold most indefinitely.
Lance or Steinmason - that begs the question - will EZTO be doing the same for TV ads? Is using restricted shares better than a loan?
Lance - Refer to post #7061 by Steinmason. EOM
Thanks Lance - I'm mostly interested in the TV ads over the Jett99 deal. That's why I stayed with EZTO in the first place. Do you know how they are going to pay for the air time?
GregK - Funny you mention BIPH. I was fortunate enough to ride that pumped wave up from $1.76 to $3.16. I got out due to incessant/ redundant PRs and competing ultrasonic technology(obsoleting MRI in a few years) as well as the extremely lengthy deal/FDA approval process. The long hesitation(at least several months now) of big medical device makers (I used to be an engineer at one of them) tells me that they are not convinced and they have figured out how to get around at least some of BIPH's technology. EZTO, like BIPH seems to have big money behind them and are strategically building and planning as you said.
Brian - I don't see the ez2stream logo either - all I see is created by Productorials.com.
Lance - Thanks for the invite. I could probably learn alot from you about EZTO and investing in general - you seem to be a well respected and wise investor and your posts show it. I was smart enough to do some DD - talk to Otto directly and to sniff out message board BS/ paranoia that's why I didn't sell any EZTO shares. Unfortunately, I accumulated (on the dips) prematurely during the Lebed pump deflation time frame and have feelings of "bagholding" at this point - I ran out of $$ at .064. I was not smart enough to know that stocks could retrace to only 25% of their "pumped" value unless the company was going out of business or very nearly so. So here I wait for good news.
Domerfan - What happened to that paranoia pumper albsure? EOM
Greens - It looks like we wait another couple months for revs or TV ad campaign to start - whichever is first. I just hope that I can hold on that long and pay my bills without selling.
USC -Could you be kind enough to send me some money so I could buy more at these great prices? Another fund raising idea. LOL
Da Junkie - On a post last week the BBB report for Jett99 said that they had only 2 complaints filed within the past 12 months - not bad considering they have 10,000 members. I don't have the search capabilities of i-hub premium to find that post, sorry.
Birdawg - He's posting on RB about some conspiracy and reporting people to SEC and DOJ. Check it out.
Albsure - Well, it proves he's committed for sure and BTW I happen to know he was working last Sat. for sure because he responded to an e-mail by a fellow investor of mine.
LOL about the "tears of joy".
Mikey - I agree 100%. Check out my post comparing with NAUC.
Han2004 - If you compare EZTO 10Q to NAUC's latest statement:
http://www.net2auction.com/Net2Auction_Info&Disclosure_4_26_05.pdf
Assets = 42,730 Liabilities = 129,953 Revenue = $4,500
O/S = 500 million MC = $163 million PPS = $4 ???????????? I don't get it. How is this 73 times better than EZTO? Either NAUC is way overvalued or EZTO is way undervalued.
Lady - Thanks for the plug. BTW I put a plug on NAUC i-hub for EZTO. They are trading at $4 with 500 million issued shares and no revenue filed yet - OMG - they are in for a world of hurt over there. Here's an interesting post from the moderator of NAUC i-hub:

Post #of 42
The online auction industry is estimated to grow more than 30B dollars per year.......this IPO is going to be smoking hot...imagine if they absobed even 1% of the market...earnings would be massive.Hold'em
Stockprofit - I hope you are right, but I'm placing my bets on ez2auction (ticker EZTO) - only $0.055 per share.
Sawdin - Although some previous posts indicate there was no meeting, I suspect they went to the wrong room. But honestly, I have no confirmation either way.
Night - I'm going out on a limb here and say that ez2 first Q 05 revenue will be $50-100K. Earnings? who knows, maybe half that. I welcome other "shots in the dark" and I do mean in the deepest of darks.
Sawdin - Art copied it from filing - refer to post #6706 the one just before yours.
Sawdin - The announcement of a share holders meeting is on this website.
Investorcg - I thought Otto had 47 million shares. EOM
Da Junkie - Its not just institutional from what I understand, anyone who trades a 50K block or more gets reported on this link as institutional. This explains why it is so high compared to higher price stock.
Da Junkie - If you check out RB, The I-watch link is at the top. Easy as pie (LOL) to check institutional interest for any ticker.
Lady - I already pay $45 for cable internet and I'm not currently employed. I have other minor sources of income besides trading(which has not been very successful lately due to the market's crappy performance the past couple months). E-mail works fine - I keep in touch with a few trusted investors. There's always Fri. night ihub happy hour.
Absure - I wouldn't be in this, if I didn't have some level of trust for Otto and company. Otto has made some IR mistakes no doubt about it. However, your paranoia pumping, conspiracy theory stuff has very little effect on me. I suggest you e-mail Otto with your questions. Maybe he will answer some as long as it's not insider info.
Lady - Yes, possible and common. EOM
Absure - Don't think of a "Web Ring" as a bad thing. In fact, I would consider it a good thing. Each member company shares the risk/ reward, therefore it is less volatile. Exposure is increased by a large margin. A new, well publicized example is Walmart DVD rentals and Netflix. I don't think Otto was being deceptive by not disclosing that ez2date was a member of a "Web Ring"(if this is the case), because ez2date still retains its identity as a company. Most spin offs are for reducing corporate tax burden and/or reducing liability with consumers/ investors.JMHO
Da Junkie - My guess and its only a guess is that this is one of those "Web Rings" All these dating companies are sharing the revenue based on a percentage of membership that they own or something like that.
Absure - Certainly there are some unanswered questions regarding ez2date. When I read the part:
The world's largest, personal matchmaking services - Together Dating and The Right One have partnered with LoveAccess.com to offer a superior level of personal attention that no other introduction service can offer.
Sounds to me that "Together Dating" as well as " The Right One" have also found that the LoveAccess.com software is very helpful. The false part might be the statement "that no other introduction sevice can offer." EZ2date is not well recognized yet. Until I know any different- JMHO
Absure - Also, "powered by" is not the same as "owned by". "Powered by" implies to me to mean that ez2date uses loveaccess's proprietary software.
Absure - If you go to www.lifelove.com you will see that the domain is for sale. I already sent an e-mail to the webmaster to find out who, if anybody, has purchased it and I'm awaiting a response.
DaJunkie - I don't have i-hub premium, so I don't post privately. If you are still checking the board, I just want to say most of what I posted came from radman - he's the real PI. I don't think you purposefully tried to scam anybody, you were just relaying what was told to you by Richie and he just went to the wrong room - I'll simply leave it at that and fahgettaboutit. Truce.
DTGoody - I just signed up for ez2swing - its free, what the heck.
DTGoody - that would be a bullseye. IMO
L2 looking real good - low resistance to .08, strong support at .067 and their lining up on the bid. Yeeehaw!.
