Same speculation that has been talked about on this board for about 7 months.... people think that once NETE and Mullen merger is complete that Oleg will take river as CEO of rxmd and buy the payment processing business from NETE since they have to divest it. I don't See the synergy at all, but makes for a good story and catalyst for a run...assuming it comes to fruition

They were late with nov and now Kate with dec, and the months before that weren’t on normal schedule either. I don’t think they should release them at all, but if they are going to, it needs to be consistent.

Quick question. Assuming this deal gets approved, do they have the capacity to ramp up production to fill what they believe the immediate need/demand will be, or will they have to get a large financing deal or sell a large amount of shares to do so?

My reference to the price was in terms of people on the board who are complaining that the stock doesn’t do anything. Most of them haven’t been in that long and to them, it isn’t moving. I assume Most of the newbies expect 10-20% moves every day so they can flip and dip.

The 2018 run was fun, that’s for sure. Hopefully we get another one just like it, or even better

Much love for you man, as you are the one that got me looking at RXMD years ago. Question for you, or anyone else here that might have an answer/opinion... I could See Oleg being CEO for RXMD, but what would RXMD gain by acquiring a payment processing business that is already in debt and not making money? Rev is only good if it is eventually profit.. Oleg doesn’t seem to have ever turned a profit with NETE and RXMD is already in the red on their own. Just curious what anyone thinks we will gain out of that other than more rev...

My comment about following through really just pertains to becoming SEC reporting. They have said they were going to do it for 2 years now and haven’t. Haven’t ever said why they haven’t either, just kind of quit talking about it and started talking about the S1 instead.

Predictions are worthless. For close to two years we have been hearing predictions on this board of it going to $1 and going down below .01... it’s all meaningless. The stock price is what it is and until they start following through on things like they used to, it won’t go anywhere
