You got it!
Needs 60% to pass the amendment but it's looking promising
Average value of this play is $0.133 according to my analysis.
Nice to see other MMJ tickers having the same pattern... Seems like most of them spent the end of this week consolidating after finding and bouncing from their bottoms. MMJ 1.0 was about the theory. MMJ 2.0 will be about practice. Those companies exhibiting vision AND income will run extremely hard. That's why I'm still in VPOR.
My thesis/expectation through year end is as follows:
Next week (10/5-10/11) we head back into the 3s and possibly low 4s, just on technicals and possibly the 8k. Shorts really should start covering as we get closer to elections. Risk/Reward for them is getting lopsided. We lose < 100% or they lose 500%...
Effect of the conference/cocktail party/new products will generate hype and new investors as we speculate on new distribution deals and will fundamentally bring us to .055-.06 over two weeks (10/12 - 10/25). The last high of .085 seemed to be related to their presence at a conference. Hoping they put out a PR weekly or at least biweekly from now on. Don't tell us the recipe, just let us know dinners almost ready. Less chance of short attacks at this point in the game and uptrend should prevail.
Speculative run up will happen from 10/26 - 11/7 into state MMJ voting. Florida will be extremely important for this ticker. Early November we should be sitting around .09-.11. Election results will obviously provide a binary event... If favorable I expect the whole sector to double or triple to end the year. If they are unfavorable I expect a sell off and will lead to my exit, TBH.
We do have one more catalyst, which is Q3 earnings, expected around 11/20. "Acceleration of sales" leads me to believe we will see an increase in revenue, possibly to 1.3-1.5 mm. Maintaining their gross margin, it's more than probable for them to turn a net profit. Pay down of their loan will not effect the income statement, I believe. They do NOT need to generate a profit this quarter for me to consider it a win, but improvement should be exhibited.
We saw a 30% daily gain already in the last few weeks and we are up 127% from the low. Last run saw an increase of 7400% from the low. I expect at least one day where we see share price increase by over 100% and actually holds that gain.
I see the following scenarios for VPOR by year end...
Positive election results and positive Q3 ---> $0.25
Negative election results and positive Q3 ---> $0.10
Positive election results and negative Q3 ---> $0.15
Negative election results and negative Q3 ---> $0.03
Thoughts?

Two "green" weeks for this stock is a big success and further confirms the reversal. Healthy consolidation to end the week. Could have flipped some of my shares in the 3s but chose not to to maintain the integrity of the chart. Not everyone is so noble it appears. The last PR hit at the bottom, so I am hoping to see some kind of update bright and early on Monday to kick off the week. Holding the hourly 50 sma is critical. Need the bullish flag to break to the upside and get us to the mid 4s to really sustain something here. They really need someone who can focus on investor relations because we have quite the manic crowd.
My point is this stock has never gone down for fundamental reasons. If some large buyers could come in the crooks would be roasted. They've taken advantage of uncertainty. We need Richard Branson or Snoop to slap the ask onetime.
There's other breach of contract cases against them.
So... I think Hanover converted early... 37 days at avg of 10m per day is 370,000,000 shares sold at approx .03 avg = $1.2m .........................
Magna Group (HANOVER) is essentially an equity line funder and as such they provide a toxic funding formula in the form of an equity line with no price floor. For such a service, they charge almost $200,000 and collect other fees as well. HMM...As represented, they will push a stock price to near zero in order to make sure they are buying at their big discount and simultaneously selling it to the public, locking in their profit. Only up from here, guys. This is all temporary. DO NOT SELL.
Makes perfect sense! Then they pump it. Just load now and wait. Bring the PPS up. May as well because they'll pump it up after October.

A simple Google search would tell you a few things. Hanover has historically paid for pumps, and guess what...they have paid Claytrader for his "objective" videos. So has Microcap.
Can't wait to sell you my shares!
Man, the daily candles look a lot like mid February - early March. Money to be made in the next 4 months.
Bottom line is we have healthy volume and are now in uptrend. Promos got eyes on this stock finally and PRs will have a positive effect moving forward. Love seeing new posts from people seeing what I've seen for so long.
One of the most volatile sectors of 2014 thus far has been the Green Sector, made up of publicly traded companies who are taking positions to profit from the decriminalization of marijuana. As there are only a few US States adopting this right now, any company who gets into the action now has a significant first-mover advantage. This is especially true as the commercial aspect of this industry gains momentum and states start to see tangible benefits such as skyrocketing tax revenues, less impacted prisons and lower healthcare costs. Much like the gold rush, those who have potential to profit the most will be a degree or two away from the precious resource, whether its gold or marijuana. Those who sold the picks, shovels, clothing, etc. made far greater profits than the average gold miner. I see those who are making improvements on the technology and efficiency of the use of the resource as the ones who stand to benefit the most. I am bullish on this industry.
There are roughly 45 companies traded on the Medical Marijuana Index (MMJ Index) at this time, and most are OTC due to their nascent nature and low share price/market cap/etc. The fact is people do not know how to valuate these companies yet, and the stock values are heavily based on trends. As time goes on, those who demonstrate strong financial performance will prevail, leaving the others in the dust and creating a new cohort of millionaires who took a calculated risk. It appears that this sector has reached a bottom and will begin its climb upward over the next few months. I do not expect it to surpass the highs of March this year, but it will certainly correct. Now is a good time to get into this sector, in my opinion.
At this time, my bet is on a little company called The Vapor Group (VPOR). They market and sell a portfolio of brands of Vapor pens, e-juices, wax/herb/oil vaporizers and other technology that is truly making a splash with consumers. Their stock came about through a reverse merger with SPLI, and the stock symbol was approved by FINRA to be changed to VPOR in late April. Many MMJ companies' shares are temporarily being halted due to sketchy financials or press-releases, but FINRA's review and blessing leads me to believe that we are safe from any halts at this point. Share value associated with this company has ranged from .01 to .45 in the last year, and it is a strong bet that this company's value is somewhere in the middle. Let's say $0.25. They recently released Q1 financials that demonstrated nearly $1 million in revenues and a 60% gross profit margin. Fortunately, demand exceeded supply and they decided to finance additional inventory via debt, rather than dilution. The investment company who funded this has the option to convert their shares in October at $0.15. Assuming this investment company likes to make money, we can assume leadership feels this stock will be trading at a premium of that price at that time, potentially up to $0.20. As this is a new company, some other costs caused the quarter to be unprofitable. The CEO gave guidance that Q2 should be significantly better than Q1, and Q3 is where the real breakthrough will be. They will be opening a few brick & mortar locations in Florida an will continue to distribute their products through already-established retail channels, as well as online. I have purchased over $150 in product from this company and plan to order more e-juice soon for my vape pen. My bet is that this company becomes profitable this year and will bring in revenues of $8-10 million.
With current shares trading at below $0.10, I am bullish on VPOR and see this price climbing to $0.20 - $0.25 by the end of the year.
Btw yaniv sent an email indicating its a short attack and it was posted to Twitter. If that's false they're done.
Same thing happened at .0235 yesterday. Calling close at .033
Here we go again - what's your target reentry? Trips? Missed that boat.
Are you still not understanding that default doesn't mean default? Hanover gets a higher ROI if they can convert at less than .15. That's it. They are doing this! Would you rather have 8% or 30%?
I'll bet $5 the loan amount gets reduced by that much or more. The takedown on price was likely to benefit Hanover and they loaded with a separate account.
Company is aware of this too...

I think anyone who is newly long on this stock should listen to the entire pot stock radio segment, then order a product from their website. Test it out for a while and then decide how you feel about the company. I did that with MC!G and sold. Did it with VPOR and am still here. Every day we confirm a little bit more that we are now in uptrend. Today is the tenth calendar day since the bottom. Given the share structure these trends seem to be long and drawn out, and I could see it continuing up through early 2015 before correction. There will be pullbacks and that's healthy. Looking at their last 2 quarterly reports, it's very possible for them to turn a profit within 1-2 quarters if expenses are being managed well. It would be nice to hear updates on different parts of their business plan every so often but since it's such a new and competitive industry, it's not prudent for them to show us the recipe book at this time. Sales updates and data points on convenience store presence would be nice though. Holding for mid twenties. GLTA.
Thinking we will see high threes print today. If some type of substantial PR comes out, maybe mid fours. It's a marathon, not a race.
Make sure you send any questions to that person who visited their facility, as she can ask them on our behalf.
Why do you think this?
My guess is that we will be 2x whatever the price is on the last day of conference. .08-.11
Same on TD and volume stopped.
Posting about what the huge transaction was isn't relevant?
Next high will be around .057 and then it will pull back again to around .042. Not hard to figure this out. Probably will see .15 by early November and q3 results will dictTe whether we finish the year at .25 or .10

Lol healthy pullback. Next leg will flirt with mid .05s. The new guys need to relax.
I also have projection of .27. Welcome fall semester.
If this gets to a dime I'm spending New Years in Dubai. The fireworks are off the hook.
Feels good to own 1.04 m shares of this beast. How close are we to having this float locked up?
I've heard of them from somewhere...
Mean reversion, MMJ 2.0, the fact that they make a million per quarter... Reducing debt. Should I continue?
I say we get to the 100 dma around .06 in a few weeks and then channel sideways as a lot of people have averaged down to around there. Depends on how much risk you want to take by holding but I see .27-.38 by New Years.
Any early payment is good. Don't get hung up on the number.
.06 wasn't that bad. I think the first run was unsustainable and took less than a few weeks to fall apart. This time it will be slow and steady. Maybe not as high but will get back up there.
