So you have the historical financials of Dryworld industries. You know for a fact what they had and didn’t have? In addition, You have copies of the actual agreements which discusses the terms of when payments were due?
Correct, 270 million Canadian over 5 years. That history is awesome and as you say will repeat itself. In my opinion.
It’s the reason I am holding and will continue to hold. I will give them time to prove it. Imo
Their prior deals were worth $270 million (I should clarify Canadian dollars) over 5 years. In my opinion If they did it once, they can do it again.
I heard there was extensive DD and research done, so others obviously have the same information I obtained for $10.00? Why do you think TCA was shut down by the SEC, that’s an easy one for anyone who did research?
Great, then The history shows they obtained deals that would have generated revenue and net profit and if TCA would have fulfilled their contractual obligation they would not even be part of the reverse merger! Imo
Wrong. That was the original agreement. TCA agreed to give the additional funding of up to 10 million. In the same legal document you can pay $10 to obtain.
So the 270 million over 5 years that was part of Dryworlds historical filing against TCA in lost revenue is relevant? It is in legal document? So when people talk about the cost of their historical deals I assure you the 270 million far outweighs the cost everyone claims was excessive. It is said they would have lost money. It’s false! I stand by my statement, it doesn’t matter and not relevant. It’s what is happening now! Anyone can find this information by paying $10 and requesting it!
Any news prior to the reverse merger is not relevant any longer. Imo
I agree. I don’t think it has been either, but others have made that claim. there is no way I’m selling at this price. I’ll let the weak hands do it or the MMs (for Liquidity sake only…yeah right lol). Imo
True, but you also followed it up when you bought shares when it was lowers than where we are today and followed it up to 70 cents. You yourself stated you sold and made money. Some of us bought and held and didn’t sell because we believe in what we own. I don’t consider it pumping if one is still holding. It’s called conviction and confidence in our beliefs. But call it what you want. I know my truth. Imo
Great point.
Exactly.
No, I didn’t do any DD on this investment at all. sMH. So you also realize that before one would take on the deal they would make sure they cover their cost with sales? Therefore it will generate profit for them. Imo
I agree. I don’t t doubt the legitimacy of dryworld and their ability to create growth. Imo
3 year deal with slt. That’s an accomplishment.
Google Naked shorting. It’s very telling. Imo
Yes, year-end selling, manipulation and panic selling. People are convinced there are issue, but it's speculation. I won't sell, I have fell for this in the past and the regret is painful. imo
I think with this company the filings were much more extensive than a simple administrative task. There is no point in doing all they have done to just not finish the job. I fully believe it will get done when it gets done. imo
Yes, it's estimated to be filed on Jan 14th. I don't expect anything different than what we have seen thus far.
I totally agree. Can’t wait to see where the share price is in 3 months. I believe we will be higher. I’m done giving guesstimates. Letting the company PRs and progress determine and speak for themselves. Anything else is just speculation…good or bad. Imo
The numbers are historical. The most recent events won’t get reported until the first quarter 2022 are filed. The annual won’t include revenue as it just started on the first quarter 2022. Investors should look at where this is heading not where it’s been. But that’s my opinion.
I’m long, so I’m holding. I have and continue to believe higher prices are coming. Imo
Exactly. It’s set at 50 cents. So thanks for supporting what I have been saying all along. Until it is publicly filed or Stated differently by the company, it is 50 cents period! Anything else is not
Accurate. Imo
Exactly, Anything stated other than the REG A (without factual link or company PR) is not accurate. Imo
Everyone who has done their true DD knew or knows that the reason Dryworld Went public was To fund their growth. there will be shares issued via a REG of some sort, and to blow it out of proportion is silly. Knowing it, I still believe this will be much higher than where we are sitting today. Imo
Exactly, and most shareholders are excited about what they hold. Imo
Sorry, this isn’t DD, it’s one’s perspective/opinion. Imo
I’m talking about licensing deals. But yes, they did issue shares to fund their growth. I would think if they have investors, sec reporting would be a requirement, but time will tell. I know I would if I was investing millions. Imo
How do you think under armour got their start. It was a similar/same way they started. Imo
Or in with an MM. imo
Exactly, and even if they issued 500 million shares, the long term opportunity is till very good. Anything under $0.50 will be a steal. Imo
Exactly, Anyone who questions that the merger isn’t done doesn’t know anything, Plain and simple!
Exactly, anyone who has done any real research already knows why Dryworld did the reverse merger. It’s because TCA screwed them over and that’s how they lost the deals in 2016/2017. Dryworld Had a line of credit and TCA didn’t deliver funds based on their contract. I’m betting The loans on the books are a none issue as well. It’s comical to say the least. Imo
I believe 2022 will be a better year. I wish you all the best.
Merry Christmas, enjoy your holidays.
It’s going to be glorious too. Lol. Imo
I absolutely believe those days are coming. Time
Will tell. Imo
Imagine going to buy your dream house and you make an offer and it was accepted. You were already pre-approved for your mortgage ahead of time and when you get to the closing, the mortgage company didn’t wire the money. You lose the house. Is that your fault or did the mortgage company screw you over.
My understanding is…That’s exactly what TCA did to Dryworld. I don’t consider that Dryworlds fault, but they took responsibility. Sounds like great character to me. Imo
I agree. Shareholders are lucky that TCA didn’t deliver on their financing because we would not have been given This opportunity otherwise. The countersuit against TCA (I obtained myself from the court in Canada for $10 Canadian dollars) claimed that TCAs failure to deliver on financing cost Dryworld $270 million Canadian over 5 years. I fully believe They will do this again and more. I’d recommend people do deep research vs surface research. Imo
In addition, if anyone doesn’t believe Dryworld can make It, just do some research on how under armour got their start.
