I believe that share cancellations were always intended but I do wonder why they weren't listed in "the process" yet it appears they are the very thing that is holding up all of the "Trifecta" tickers from the final "Bring asset into deal" step:
The process:
George Sharp
@GeorgeASharp
There's a lot of sub steps in between these steps, including:
a) Update/acquire and pay Registered Agent
b) Pay Secretary of State
c) Pay off Transfer Agent
d) Pay lawyers
e) Pay OTC Markets
George Sharp

The process
1) Apply for custodianship
2) Win custodianship
3) Update Secretary of State
4) Apply for OTCIQ access
5) Complete and upload financials
6) Be deemed current
7) Bring asset into deal
DO NOT ask me how long this all takes. It takes as long as it takes.

I was only referring to this that IG posted:
Why would any real company use GVSI to go public - the answer is they wouldn't.
Why hasn't Sharp filed a Form 10 to become a SEC reporter - it has been well over a year since Sharp withdrew the last Form 10.
I believe that IG was responding to another poster concerning $GVSI, not $WNFT.
TODAY'S THE GS $GVSI CUSTODIANSHIP TWO-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!

It's four weeks from start of publication to complete service, then three weeks wait before they can file for default judgment. Minimum 7 weeks from here.
So glad I held my Sharp G shares and didn't buy in to a fairytale and be worse off.
So MINIMUM of seven more weeks as called last month?

Oh, I dunno.
But, there sure is a concerted effort to dissuade investors from buying.
Well, gotta admit I do trust GS just wish things didn't take so darn long.
Plenty of times to sell yet wanted more each time.
But what about what happened to this ticker shortly after it reached the, supposed, "promised land" last year?

$WNFT 1-YEAR CHART
Wow, what a heart-wrenching crash that must have been to some here yet point the finger at crashes elsewhere?
And how's this?
$WNFT 3-MONTH CHART
Anyhow, hopefully we'll get a positive outcome with the Calasse case and the downward trend will reverse. But, if not, far cheaper shares might be coming.
Sub-penny shares still available so not pissed at all. And, heck, the pps could go even lower too. I mean, has GS started the alternate service yet and how many weeks for that when he does? Four? Then add another three for possible responses?
Hell, maybe we'll have that ROCKTOBER after all. (If we're lucky).
GOMER PYLE-MY FAVORITE PUMPER!!
"1m seller now drooling over his $9,000 lol. It's already higher than the sells and when the updates drop the $9,000 could have been $90,000+ had they held lol. Typical broke retail selling to chase toxic scams."
Sellers gone...
"Last of the sub $0.01's going. Time for the $0.01 to $0.10+ move to start.."
Close at $0.05? Lmfao. Can’t wait to catch up on that tomorrow. When the current holders have no interest in selling for $0.05-$0.08 and folks are calling to get in they will be paying above the ask I am sure.
So does that mean that every ticker in the OTCM can be compared to it and, also, that they all have the same TSNP potential?
We all know what happened to TSNP before the merger - millionaires were made.
But even so, perhaps like that one this ticker might get a good pump before the merger is named also. (Hope so and if so I'm not gonna be as greedy next time.)
More likely it will be a similar situation to GM*P, a company formed a few weeks before ‘merger’ with zero assets, plans, people, and some garbage website thrown up.
For those who have been here awhile. Was this the actual goal or was this simply what most hoped for? (I certainly did!)
But the goal here was to merger in a company with revenues and add value to the pps.
I don't have a problem with either views. Some "won" and some "lost". Depended on when they got in and when they got out. (If they got out that is).
What about those who held from pennies or lower and sold into dollars?? What about them?? LOL. This is so skewed.
Didn't you say TSNP/HMBL was going to $250 - not even close but many held and lost their entire investment.
Well, it's that things don't seem to add up. I can read one thing then read another and they seem to contradict each other.
You say this:
They are all corporate actions which are restricted by the GVSI SEC administrative proceeding.
One should read things without letting one's investment cloud one's perception of what is actually happening.

Now that $GVSI is current, we can move forward with discussions with our target merger candidate, whom we will not identify until/if there is an agreement. $GVSI has no way to know how long this may take or even if an agreement will come to fruition.
FINRA’s established purpose is “to protect investors and ensure the market’s integrity, . .
[FINRA staff] work every day to ensure that everyone can participate in the market with confidence.”
Is the OTC market regulated by FINRA?
FINRA publishes over-the-counter (OTC) trading information on a delayed basis for each alternative trading system (ATS) and member firm with a trade reporting obligation under FINRA rules.
You are using the terms "Reverse Merger" and "Merger" as if they are the same thing. Apparently they are not.
HOW FINRA RULE 6490 lMPACTS REVERSE MERGERS
Anybody involved or thinking about getting involved with GVSI should read about FINRA Rule 6490 CAREFULLY since it is refererred to throughout the documentation in the GVSI SEC investigation, administrative proceeding and restriction on corporate actions such as a merger.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/ap-3-19407.xml
Is reverse merger same as merger?
A merger usually takes place when a smaller company folds into a larger one through exchange of shares or cash. But when the tables are turned and the acquiring company is weaker or smaller than the one being gobbled up, this is termed a reverse merger. Jun 15, 2015
The terms "mergers" and "acquisitions" are often used interchangeably, but they differ in meaning. In an acquisition, one company purchases another outright. A merger is the combination of two firms, which subsequently form a new legal entity under the banner of one corporate name.
Sharp can only bring in another scam company like Ligand or Maverick.

$GVSI
I've read that it's two-years of audited financials that is required to become SEC Reporting.
Where did you read that? From an anonymous post on this board? Do you have a verifiable link from a credible source to back that statement up?
The best chance for GVSI would be to file a Form 10 and two years of audited financials to register it with the SEC, basically giving the shell a fresh start.
It's a very costly route. Which is why so few custodianship shells ever take it.
"...and there is a current and open SEC administrative proceeding against GVSI demanding AUDITED financials from 2008 - 2013
...and Sharp has already said he couldn't audit GVSI's books/financials.

Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days

There was a time when I thought that, perhaps, someone should write to GS concerning the issues you continue to bring up and ask him about them. That is, if they might be real concerns to worry about.
But then I thought of a tweet of his some time ago which might be all he would now say about them:

Do not pay attention to what anybody "hears" or "knows" about any ticker I'm associated with unless you hear it from me or the company. It's all crap.
