It's just a meeting. They will run tests
Looking great
That's like using a shrink ray on a diamond
They were dilution
Sorry, did not mean it as me borrowing shares. I meant that I like the technicals on the graph and I see little dilution on the 8k but with no 10-Q so I plan on holding for a short duration.
Please elaborate about the 18th
I am confused about all of this. No, I do not own shares yet but I am looking for a good entry position to short. I like the graph here but no recent 10-Q means I will not hold long. Just my investment philosophy but I weigh the graph and financials evenly to determine my hold.
No, I have not read every post here just the few recent ones. This is a post about his POV strategy which I would have to agree with
That is correct. Dilution is your biggest enemy here in the OTC. That's why you HAVE to take profits. The only thing that matters is your entry point and exit point. That's how you make money here.... (You can still be a long term investor and flip the trend along the way). People just want you to Baghold so that they can attempt to "lock-up" the float. That doesn't work well here since it is understood that companies will convert notes to raise funds. Hence why they trade public!
It would match the low on the 1 year chart but that's hard to predict since there is so many variables
Until I see a 10-Q, yes. From experience, stocks often drop in anticipation of a quarterly. It's not always the case but I like to follow the trends with my trading style
Thank you, I will take that into consideration. I like to look between financials and the graph to decide my position. As per the 8k, most the dilution is halting but I can tell there was a lot of dilution in that heavy downtrend. The graph here is great but having no recent 10-Qs is a red flag to me. I will enter as the PPS enters the support area but my position will be small. I'll play around with a few grand and probably hold a short position until I can see a 10-Q to further my research
Anyone know anything about the financials here? I seem to be having a hard time finding anything that not 6 months old. The fact that the 8k had little convertible notes seems positive but I still would like to see how they manage funds
I agree. With how volatile this one is, it surely will make an interesting show. Like always, it is not the stock that makes ya rich, it's your entry and exit points. GLTA
I think it's fair to claim they are a little trapped under their own weight. It's hard to be "revolutionary" when your eating bread crumbs. That being said, if they can pull it off, it will speak in volumes
I am curious about this one. I went through the 8k and there was minor convertible notes which is to be expected. Not making all the filings is a red flag for me but I like the play from these levels
Lazy on their part
There is our answer lol
I bet that guy who bought in the upper 40's is kicking himself right now lol. Big Bertha does not deserve that PPS. She's gotta lose about 200 lb before being a player
Only way this goes to $1 is by an A/S. 13m in shares that are intended to dilute into the SS. Lock up period may not apply here since the international law 421 states that the receiving party has their laws abided by. That means the Brazilian law is the one followed as rontan is the one receiving the shares. In addition, GDSI has a 31m deficit before the merger and still has millions of shares the can convert to raise funds. Buying a company of Rontan's stature doesn't come cheap. The company stated they have every intention to dilute and as we all should know, once it is written, it is fair game.
Expectations are low
Unless you bought today
I really am not sure myself. This is a situation that rarely comes around. I found the document but the wording says you can file one but it has to be within the 45 days and says nothing about an extension from an uplisting.
Hasn't yet. Either later today or we see a NT
I used to work in a vape shop. These things sell for $50 and break all the time. That's 50 from the shop too. They produce these things for like $10 each
Only news is a bad quarterly
Once again... Volatile trading market. Please stop already, it's annoying
Oh god. That was way too thought out. Make note I put in a buyers beware a few weeks ago. I am not currently invested here but I have been in the past. FYI, we play this market because it's volatile... High risk vs reward. Also chill down dude, your starting to sound biased
This play will be good. Just need to find a bottom and wait for dilution to halt
Real question is does he get in by Friday or do we see a NT?
Actually I find it quite often too. It makes sense, these are the pinkies. 99% of these companies are complete crap
Q as in 10-Q... Lolz
Lenders often agree to convertible notes and cash interest. That's why they are toxic
They lost this contract a long time ago
What happens if they lose the case? I know how employee pay is supposed to work but how would they compensate for shares if the shares are worthless? If I remember right they are supposed to compensate with cash for what the share price was worth at the time he was supposed to receive them which would have been during that run to 8c
I'd say that qualifies as mediocre. Mediocre is often seen as the bottom of the spectrum. But yes I agree, I live right next to the office. Quite an expensive area for how the financials look. The company is publicly traded though which means they can convert notes to raise funds whenever they want
I can name many lenders that would love to finance this too. Them not receiving toxic loans and converting notes to raise funds isn't a bad thing, however, the company seems very content with were they are at (which is mediocre at best). The CEO makes his 120k a year so he's happy
Looks like .0043 will be the place to pick up for a quick bounce
This sounds like one of those "Find out on the next episode" cliffhangers
