Hey, I'm going off of the info provided just like you and I'm not jumping to conclusions. One of the more recent PRs stated that they would be providing services to the collectives. Typically when a service is provided, money is paid. In the end it translates to profits.
In Makmann we trust! $QEDN is making it happen one day at a time. MMJ, hemp, edibles, CBD oils are just the beginning. Mak is a genius.
Not quite. EMF has contracts in place with collectives. Collectives are allowed to hire growers to grow their product. It's like me hiring you to maintain my lawn. EMF has been hired because of their experience and expertise as they can produce a better product than the collective could on its own. EMF is legit. $QEDN has developed a business model that many others will follow.
Emerald is not making up their own laws. In fact, they are following the laws to a T. Otherwise, the sheriff would have already paid them a visit.
We know that Emerald can't grow for profit. But they can provide a growth service and for a charge.
He probably took the summer off. I'm sure he'll be back in time for $QEDN to pick back up.
Emerald Med Farms is not a MMJ collective, so the fact that they are for profit is irrelevant. EMF does not sell MMJ. Instead, they are contracted by the collectives to grow the product for them. Once the collectives obtain possession, they will distribute to patients accordingly. The collectives can sell the product to patients as long as they don't make a profit. So basically, they'll sell the MMJ for the cost that it took to produce plus overhead.
The 25 plant rule is highly debatable as there are clearly exceptions when dealing with collectives and larger entities. It is not up to us to interpret those laws and they are subject to change frequently. This law that you keep posting over and over again may have applied at one time, but it is clear that EMF is operating within their legal rights. For now, I'll let lawyers do their job and ensure that EMF remains compliant.
In the coming years, I see the laws becoming far less restrictive where companies are allowed to grow MJ and record profits and this debate will have been all for nothing.
Let's clarify this. Emerald Med Farms works with MMJ collectives and provides services. These collectives are required to be non-profit based, not Emerald.
The sheriff isn't qualified to place guilt. The sheriff is responsible for enforcement of the law. Since no laws have been broken, the sheriff's office hasn't taken any action against Emerald.
$QEDN = WeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeD!
Good morning $ QEDN!
.0108 is up. Someone get busy and slap it!
This looks like an intentional takedown. Who in their right mind would sell 1000 shares at .0086? Looks like the market makers are playing around here. We need buying pressure to build back up.
Thanks for sharing. Good stuff. $QEDN
No doubt! I've tripled my position over the past 2 weeks. I didn't even hesitate to buy on today's dips. $QEDN
This is all speculation. Show me pictures along with each report that shows they are all the same person and I'll believe it. And a DUI is a big deal, but then again, it really isn't. There have been far more important people in this world who have been charged with DUI. This is insignificant IMO, especially when we don't even know for sure if it's the same person.
If you really want to prove it, show me a report that links Steven Amato of EMF to DUI or provide a picture to match up against that mug shot. Until then, this is nothing more than speculation and name association.
CBD oil is a huge market for $QEDN to enter. Check out the videos on Charlotte's Web and how kids are being treated with it. Amazing!
Just bought more! $QEDN
The Company is the lease holder of land, and maintains and operates equipment, facilities and employees to grow and harvest the crops under a fixed contract. www.emeraldmedfarms.com
Emerald Med Farms operates as an independent agent to the not-for-profit medical marijuana cooperatives providing them with goods and services to meet their requirements.
Emerald Med Farms is a medical marijuana enterprise located on 300 acres of multiple parcels, agriculturally zoned, in Mendocino County, California.
GM and VP of operations at Emerald Med Farms, Steve Amato, went on to say, "With this expansion of our market efforts we believe we're on track with our goal of becoming a leader in the medical marijuana industry by providing the highest quality and purity products."
This Co2 method is regularly used for products like decaffeinated coffee, beer hops, and a wide range of pharmaceutical precursors.
Once the oil is processed there is no Co2 residue left behind.
Also, because Co2 is essential to humans and plants, the pressurized Co2 is considered a safer liquid solvent.
The company will incorporate a Carbon Dioxide (Co2) extraction process instead of the more commonly used Butane based extraction. Butane extraction is a cheaper procedure that carries risk of explosion hazard and can ultimately infuse the oils with toxic heavy metals. Whereas, the Co2 extraction process Emerald Med Farms will be employing carries little to no risk of fire or explosion.
The laboratory will meet the requirements for high quality CBD oil extraction.
Besides adding new green houses and converting existing structures into climate controlled drying and curing areas, a commercial grade kitchen for production of "world class" edibles and a full laboratory will be constructed on their 300 acre property in Mendocino County, California.
The Company is applying for the licensing for the development of cannabidiol (CBD) oils and marijuana edibles.
Management of QED Connect Inc. (OTC Pink:QEDN) announced today that their wholly owned subsidiary, Emerald Med Farms Inc., will be expanding their medical marijuana market reach.
Good morning $QEDN!
Well that's good because I don't recall Emerald Med ever stating in a PR that they were primary caregivers. But I have heard that they are working with collectives. I'm guessing that the primary caregivers are associated with the collectives in some way. Thanks for this positive validation. $QEDN
Looking forward to it. September looks promising for $QEDN!
It's a great morning! $QEDN
So what is a unit defined as?
In other words, Emerald Med Farms and $QEDN lead the way! It's good to have followers.
IMO, you just started a whole new topic that'll help all of us understand exactly how they'll turn weed into $$$. Thanks for the heads up!
There is a large market for royalty based MMJ businesses, especially since it is such a new idea. Any possibility that $QEDN has been teaming with Verde to walk down this path together? They both seem to have the law figured out.
Looks like big government likes MMJ too. Not a fan of Pelosi, but the name carries some clout.
