I already knew that pattern seeker's advice was ludacrist. I didn't need to be told that.
This stock is a joke. I'm debating what to do with the remainder of my holdings. Still seeing if I can recoup them somehow, but may just have to take a loss. Their news next week is going to be garbage. I've already betted 13 Ukrainian click monkey perogies on it.
That was me! I sold my shares at 5.6 cents to prevent a loss. It paid off.
I think right now this stock is making nobody happy, and we are ready to do a Salem Witch trial with the executive of this company. I'm going to Rona's to buy a pitchfork.
Richie R,
I bet you 13 Ukrainian click monkey perogies that there will be no substantial news next week.
From B.C. : (
Here's how next week's PR is going to go:
"We've been sitting around for the last 6 months scratching our nuts, hence the silent period, but here's another patent for Antarctica."
Are you a truck driver?
Notice Richie R's new FB pic is keep calm and Sell Sell Sell!
Change of heart Richie R?
Can you elaborate on what sort of lies Red found out about that were spread by management? You have piqued my interest.
Yeah right. My grandma was born yesterday too.
18 months ago, this stock was an awesome investment. This stock owes me no more favours. I made money on it.
I invested several thousands of my hard earned dollars because this stock had a feel good factor to me. I had just helped an organization raise money to purchase 15 iPads for children to use. This stock felt the same to me as it was helping people in third world countries become more efficient in their transportation structure.
It had all the latest tech magazines eyeing it up, I found a research paper citing the benefits of the Moto Meter, and I was free to comment at will on their FB page when it only had 200 likes. I even liked the company so much, I applied for a job there. The stock doubled from 5 cents to 12 cents, I sold a bulk of my shares for a profit, and sold some more at 6 cents before it crashes to 1 cent land. I only hold 10 percent of my remaining shares.
This company is not a good investment right now. It has lost all of its sex appeal. They are being over protective on FB, the leadership is paying themselves a salary with investors money while getting lukewarm results in a 2 year period, and honestly, who cares about stupid patents anymore. They couldn't defend them if they tried as they are broke.
This company, which I so wanted to succeed, is sadly just going to become another statistic of a startup that failed, because for whatever reason, the leadership failed to make a meaningful connection with people who could have made this company work.
(End rant)
Guess what I had for supper Richie R!? ! Perogies. Church made Ukrainian perogies. Yummy!
It's not even a meter tender. I don't know what you guys are even talking about. It's for computer lab equipment at Elcot. You guys are crazy.
http://www.elcot.in/files/tender/32727_Digital_Computer_Lab_Corrigendum_No._12__Tender______Notice.pdf
Is this have to do with what you are talking about? I don't see how this has anything to do with world moto inc and the meters...?
What does a digital computer lab have to do with taxi meters?
What's your source?
Where's the link?
There are a ton of things they could be doing that they aren't doing. A company should never be run by techno geeks. They don't know how to monetize a company.
Plus now they have freaking UberGo in India. This company is toast. They lolligagged for too long, and missed out. Look at this Patrick Smith, it's even in Chennai!
http://gadgets.ndtv.com/apps/news/ubergo-low-cost-car-for-hire-service-debuts-in-india-623379?site=classic
Let's be quite clear in what I was implying.
I was inferring that it was likely that world moto inc had not been awarded the contract, as the deadline has passed, we haven't heard anything, and I used the articles as evidence that the meters they were using cost about 40-50 dollars. I did not demonstrate conclusively that they weren't using them.
At the same time, if Patrick Smyth needs to verify with management, then one can deductively reason further that no contract was reached.
Here's an article that says some meters cost 8 000 rupees. The drivers don't like the high prices though,
They didn't get a stinking contract. That is my conclusion. Or else, why would they be putting out stupid reports saying, "hey look, our accountant is buying shares!" Or, "we are doubling our offering if shares". They obviously aren't busy enough.
The only thing going for them in India right now is that there weren't enough meters to supply all of the Rickshaws. 70% are without meters.

Plus the meters they are using only cost about 40-50 bucks. Makes sense. 2500 Rs.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/trichy/District-administration-going-soft-on-fixed-auto-fare-say-residents/articleshow/45545098.cms
They must have not gotten the India deal. The meter rules were implemented on Dec 1st. I haven't even thought to check on it anymore.

Nothing more was heard about them selling 190 more wheelie units to MAV. They must have only bought 10. Maybe they didn't like them.
World moto is not keeping us informed, so what else are we to do except draw our own conclusions,
"...maintain flexibility in our corporate strategy." What corporate strategy?? I certainly haven't seen any strategy by them.
What does this news statement mean to me? Are the value of the shares going to drop further? 1 billion shares now?
Is this reverse splitting?
It says Tom Kruesopon is the Chief Executive of Tune Insurance now.
No way José.
You're crazy to think that citing this PR as proof is even worth a grain of salt.
This company is pretty much scam worthy, or they simply aren't good business people.
No he won't.
I'll buy you a cristal beer and Cuban cigar (we can do that here : ) if Richie R comes for click monkey perogies.
I think they are going to start reverse splitting the shares.
: (
They don't have many countries left to pursue patents. Maybe Greenland, Iceland, and Siberia (Russia). What a bunch of time wasters. They don't have money to enforce their patents anyways. Any slack jawed yokel knows it's first out to market that wins.
If only I could attract a nice girl my own age. I always get the cougar!
: /
I invested in Herzfeld Caribbean Basin Fund, Inc the day that Obama went on the news and sold it shortly after for a quick 25% profit. Cuba is the hot stock right now.
Kind of nice to go to Cuba with just the Europeans there! Very quiet. I wonder what it will be like once American cougars start lounging on the shoreline.
: )
Happy investing QueenVic!
What about Richie R? You didn't mention him. He's the one walking around with a shopping cart collecting cans. Offer the man some click monkey perogies. He's poor and hungry.
Need some perogies for the shopping cart? You never stopped by!
You guys should buy Cristal from Cuba once the Obaminator opens up the border.
That beer is by far the best I've ever tasted. Costs 50 bucks for a two-four though. : (
In Cuba, it is disgustingly cheap though!
Yes you did! Liar!!
: )
I'm judging you for your spelling. It is making my eyes bleed.
: )
And you're telling me to get real? Dream on McDuff!
Strategy? Bullocks.
Why must it be a dichotomy? Lose big or win big?
I've had moderate winnings with this stock, and thankfully reduced my shares so I'm not hurting as badly as Doug the third. Everything isn't an on and off switch.
You don't know that, I don't know that.
Maybe someone is forking over money to her to make the company look good.
Cooking the books.
