No office and no phone
Makes it harder for their creditors to find them.
At least they got the pic right on twitter. Their FB page has that same pic announcing the patent in China.
My opinion as well.
A FB post saying hey we moved and the website updated. These don't require waiting for filings.
Uber's current platform doesn't require a meter?
Taxi unions/mafias operate as cash business who bribe their governments in cash to be able to continue operating the way they do. In return they get protection from competition. This is why Uber has met resistance in Asian markets.
If you go back and read the article I posted about Indonesia it states Grab became compliant by teaming up with local taxi operators.
It has nothing to do with not having a meter.
Wow. Just wow.
Hey Fox, have you ever seen an airline shut down its flight routes because of a merger? Ever seen an accounting service stop providing tax help because of a buyout? In the past has there ever been a taxi company that stopped providing fares because it was in discussion to be bought out?
Let's break this down very simply. No company would shut down during a merger due to the loss in potential revenue.
So what do you think World Moto's sales pitch to Uber was? Their products are untested. They've never made a dime. Nobody knows who they are because they have never sold anything. You get this right? You understand that World Moto is actually not a global authority, not a leader, or anything similar that eludes to realized success by this company.
Asking a driver what his FARE is? You think English is predominantly spoken in Aisa amongst Asians?
Indonesia
'GrabBike has grown some 250 percent despite a 50 percent cut in its fare subsidy in this period. More than 25 percent of active Grab users in Indonesia use Grab services more than once a month. This success is due to the government's decision to legalize mobile application-based transportation services'
'In May 2016 Grab also launched GrabFood in Jakarta, an app-based service. Through this app on their mobile phone those city dwellers living in the center of Jakarta and who do not have time to go out and get food, can order the meal'

Did you ever reach out to anyone else?
They paid themselves salaries from the loans they took. Major red flag.
Don't get caught up in theories Fox.
World Moto is going on 4 years of never generating revenues. A company can't succeed without earnings.
Fortune 500 companies all have an office and phone number. Let's see if they can figure that one out first.
Considering their situation being delinquent with their filings, why not update on FB? Hey here's our new office location. We moved, we're still alive. This company makes no sense.
The stock is so cheap and with the rumors that they might file by end of month it's probably people taking a chance this might bounce soon.
I suspect this is the reason they stopped filing as well.
Hope I'm wrong but nothing else seems to suggest otherwise.
No one knows anything since they are delinquent with their SEC filings.
Thank you for putting WM on the board today. Without you it looks like they would have blanked!
Not sure what you mean Cid, I'm not advising anyone to do anything. If anything I wish I would have sold at .10 when you did.
Fox
We all see the same thing, some are choosing to see things differently than others. Unless and until World Moto brings their filings current so we can all see what their finances look like, no one has any idea whether or not this company will make it.
That's as honest and realistic as it gets.
Agreed.
Oops, I forgot
They are no longer in the Thai Science Park and their phone number is disconnected too.
Here's a quick update
They are shipping meters (no idea what that means) and they are no longer filing 10K's or 10Q's so there is no way to verify anything the company is doing. The CFO left, their business license and LLC are in default, but they say operationally things are good.
Wow Cid that was two years ago. Congrats for getting out at .10.
Only here do we view zero volume on the day as a positive.
Mark Green is a guy who is responding to WM inquiries now.
This quote is from an email Mark sent on 06/10/16.
'Operationally, things are good. We have a number of operators testing Moto-Meter units in different parts of the world, putting them through rigorous testing. We are also fulfilling smaller orders and quoting on others.'
I've asked several times why they say they shipped meters instead of sold meters. The answer is right there in Mark's email. They have operators testing Moto-Meters. That means WM sent them out to be tested hoping to make sales. Even someone with an IQ less than 70 can figure that out.
This is the most current info from them. To date they have fulfilled small orders. It's straight from WM what more do you need? They tell you they shipped them. They tell you they have people testing them. They tell you they have filled some small orders.
I can read. Can you?
I've been reading them since 2012. None of them have happened.
Why do you think the PR's said they were being used in those countries instead of saying they made sales to those countries?
Just a coincidence that they've always filed on time except for the filing that should prove whether or not they actually sold any?
The current pps has been here for over a year.
There are 4 billion shares.
How much time and how many shares do they need?
You argue that this is a legitimate company who's about to become mega successful but then you say that same company wants to screw over the very same investors who took a chance and invested in them?
How does that sound reasonable to you?
Since we are talking about opinions I only have one question for you Col
If WM just paid $100K to bring current their SEC filings why are they still $3K in the hole getting their LLC and business licenses current?
I know I can't be the only one here who sees these conversations are just repeating themselves over and over every day.
We can all speculate based on our own opinions but arguing over answers no one actually knows seems a bit futile.
One thing that can't be disputed by anyone who thinks rationally is the current pps. The world is full of smart people. It would be impossible for World Moto not to be on someone's radar, a lot of radars, which would mean a higher pps, if they were in fact about to change the motorcycle taxi industry.
This is just common sense.
Sure you do Fox.
I'm saying emails are worthless and the pps reflects this.
They are still communicating.
They emailed me to state the website was back up.
They said the filings should be done by end of June. Then that changed to end of July.
In case in needs to be said, in light of everything that has happened over the last 3 months, assuming all is well with World Moto because Mark said so, means absolutely zero. No offense Mark.
There will be no PR's before the filings come out and there is no guarantee they will ever file again.
Because we're stuck holders. Please stop asking why we're still here.
That was before it hit the pinks.
Common sense has officially left this board.
Yes Col I have a problem with your math because it doesn't add up.
Fox
You can't honestly believe this company changed their address and phone number because of people shorting their stock.
Address or phone number.
We're supposed to believe they changed their number because they had too many negative phone calls and now they don't want to give it out until they hit their first $million in sales. Private number = good strategy for sales.
And don't forget they already paid $100,000 for their filings and it was a strategic move not to pay $3,000 to bring their business and LLC licenses current.
'Instead of putting FAR OUT fantasies like usual...'
You mean like saying World Moto's filings cost $100,000 AND that they have already paid this?
You just completely made that up Col.
