The MJTK journey and the road "less travelled" in the OTC.
Rather duplicate already shared due diligence and chart analysis, I'll speak in my own unique way.
I normally use the OTC markets for daily/weekly trading opportunities. Most of my entries and exits are initiated and executed within a time span of a few weeks. I do have core "free" positions that I trade around in the portfolio, that are mainly left to the speculative fate of whatever "developing business" is unfolding at any given time.
With respect to MJTK, I've been heavily invested since mid December and my capital remains fully entrusted in the company...having averaged up on 5 separate occasions.
I find remarkable similarities in my MJTK investment, with Robert Frosts' poem, The Road Not Taken.
Starting out on a path and coming to a fork in the road. Both paths had a similar outlook. Take profits and reinvest with the expectation of further growth, or stay invested with the expectation of further growth.
As stated earlier, the path of least resistance would have been to exit my position with profit and reinvest. The decision to travel the path less taken (going "long" with my position rather selling on the initial explosion), was made easier when Sleek initiated coverage.
At times, the road less travelled has tested ones fortitude, and one might have wondered what if, had the path of least resistance been selected. However, the collective efforts of many people here who have shared solid due diligence and valuable insight (that one can easily, and always should verify for themselves), helps to eliminate impulsive emotional trading decisions.
"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."
- Robert Frost
I took the road less traveled and choose to continue along this journey, for indeed it IS making all the difference, in a very fruitful way thus far.
Stay the course! Reading between the lines, I believe a lot of what Sleek has shared in many of his posts to be more than just speculative.
One degree separates hot water from boiling water. And that one degree happens to be Michael Tew! Sleek "speculation" + Tew "confirmation" = boiling boom time!
It's coming...and I plan on being here when it happens.
Still very much here, just focused on other things lately.

Good day MJTK'rs. I believe the President has a scheduled press conference later today to address policy.
If (and that is a big if) Tew were going to issue any press, I believe it's better to wait until there is a clearer picture from the Feds on how they will deal with marijuana. I hope we get some sort of clear stance tonight.
Then, Tew can issue press accordingly.
Just my Tew cents...

Great news! AG Sessions had the opportunity to take a hard negative stance on marijuana, but he didn't.
Rather, he chose to keep an open mind and respect what the people of each state voted in.
Here is the text from the article:
JEFF SESSIONS BREAKS SILENCE ON POT POLICY
By Associated Press February 28, 2017
BY SADIE GURMAN AND ERIC TUCKER
ASSOCIATED PRESS
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department will try to adopt “responsible policies” for enforcement of federal anti-marijuana laws, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Monday, adding that he believes violence surrounds sales and use of the drug in the U.S.
In a meeting with reporters, Sessions said the department was reviewing an Obama administration Justice Department memo that gave states flexibility in passing marijuana laws.
“Experts are telling me there’s more violence around marijuana than one would think,” Sessions said.
The comments were in keeping with remarks last week from White House spokesman Sean Spicer, who said the Justice Department would step up enforcement of federal law against recreational marijuana. Sessions stopped short of saying what he would do, but said he doesn’t think America will be a better place with “more people smoking pot.”
“I am definitely not a fan of expanded use of marijuana,” he said. “But states, they can pass the laws they choose. I would just say, it does remain a violation of federal law to distribute marijuana throughout any place in the United States, whether a state legalizes it or not.”
Eight states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana for recreational use. The Justice Department has several options available should it decide to enforce the law, including filing lawsuits on the grounds that state laws regulating pot are unconstitutional because they are pre-empted by federal law.
Studies have found no correlation between legalization of marijuana and violent crime rates. But law enforcement officials in states such as Colorado say drug traffickers have taken advantage of lax marijuana laws to hide in plain sight, illegally growing and shipping the drug across state lines, where it can sell for much higher.
Pot advocates say the officials have exaggerated the problem.
“You can’t sue somebody for a drug debt. The only way to get your money is through strong-arm tactics, and violence tends to follow that,” Sessions said.
Sessions said he met with Nebraska’s attorney general, who sued Colorado for allegedly not keeping marijuana within its borders. That lawsuit was dismissed by the U.S. Supreme Court, but neighboring states continue to gripe that Colorado and other pot-legal states have not done enough to keep the drug from crossing their borders.

Over a longer period of time, I believe T will have tremendous growth.
They will have a subscriber base with telecommunications, satellite TV (DIRECTV), AND content once the TWX T deal is finalized.
Aside from that, T has always had a generous dividend. If you've held T for the long term, as in several years, you've received a quarterly dividend AND growth in share price.
I believe the deal with TWX only makes T more attractive over the long run. Short term, TWX has more to gain as we've seen in TWX's share price performance over the last several months. It's also great for TWX employees based on how the deal is structured.
I'm long both T and TWX, so I was thrilled not only when Fox tried a hostile takeover of TWX a couple years ago, but also with the current situation.

Lots of great tidbits in today's press! It's always good to see an actual product available and for sale.
I look forward to the reviews.
I support my investments and VATE is one that I see a lot of growth potential.
However, what originally attracted me to this company was the tiny float, verified by the company and what I saw intraday on L2. With the amount of volume we're seeing now, I don't believe the float is under 4 million anymore.
I'd like to know if there is an updated figure on the total number of shares in the float. Once this figure is known and verified, we can have a better idea for how our investment here should be used to trade, accumulate, or...

California Tells Agencies No Cooperating With Feds On Cannabis
Text from this article:
By Tiffany Wu on February 23, 2017
California cannabis lawyerLast week, California lawmakers introduced a new bill to increase protections for California cannabis businesses from federal persecution. The timing couldn’t be better as a new president and incoming federal administration have many in the cannabis industry concerned about the future of legal marijuana in the United States.
California Assembly Bill 1578 would prohibit California state and local agencies from taking certain actions and assisting federal agencies in enforcing federal law against marijuana businesses for medical or recreational cannabis activities authorized under California law.
The prohibited activities would include:
Using agency money, facilities, property, equipment, or personnel to assist a federal agency to investigate, detain, detect, report, or arrest a person for commercial or noncommercial marijuana or medical cannabis activity authorized by law in the State of California.
Responding to a request made by a federal agency for personal information about an individual who is authorized to possess, cultivate, transport, manufacture, sell, or possess for sale marijuana or marijuana products or medical cannabis or medical cannabis products, if that request is made for the purpose of investigating or enforcing federal marijuana law.
Providing information about a person who has applied for or received a license to engage in commercial marijuana or commercial medical cannabis activity pursuant to MCRSA or AUMA.
Transferring an individual to federal law enforcement authorities for purposes of marijuana enforcement or detain an individual at the request of federal law enforcement for conduct legal under state law.
State and local agencies would only be allowed to take these actions if they receive a court order signed by a judge. Thus, AB 1578 would protect California cannabis businesses that are operating legally in the state from being handed over to federal law enforcement unless a judicial exception is made.
The bill is similar to other legislation proposed by California lawmakers and signed into law by California Governor Jerry Brown in September of last year. In Assembly Bill 2679, California lawmakers provided guidance for cannabis manufacturers currently operating in the state to increase their protection against misguided raids by local law enforcement. Then, under Senate Bill 443, California lawmakers revised the state’s asset forfeiture laws to reduce the risk of unfair property seizure by state and local law enforcement. SB 443 prohibits state and local law enforcement from transferring property seized under state law to a federal agency and also requires state agencies obtain a criminal conviction to receive a share of federally seized property or to recover their expenses.
If approved and signed into law, AB 1578 would be a good step to ensuring California cannabis businesses and consumers that the state of California is behind them and that it will not allow the federal government to interfere with their licensed and compliant cannabis businesses, at least not by providing the help of any state or local agencies.

ps, I believe every state needs to approve legislation like this, which will show that states respect the will of its people!
This is true on all levels. Well said Neo!
Considering EDXC is based in Arizona (which is still a medical cannabis state), and the fact that the company is focused more on the medical benefits of cannabis using CBD extracts, I believe EDXC should be one of the companies investors can comfortably turn to with a longer term investment outlook.

MJTK showing some serious strength with today's red to green move.

All of these headlines are speculative at best.
Several days ago, Spicer said he felt the Feds would let states govern their own MJ laws.
Then last Thursday the Cannabis Caucus was formed by notable politicians on Capitol Hill to help bring change in laws governing cannabis.
Now, Sean Spicer is saying Feds will go after recreational but leave medical.
Who can keep track anymore?
Regardless, money will still be made by longs. The tax revenue in the cannabis business is too big to ignore.
In the meantime, back and forth, back and forth we go.

Many times leading up to a big PR that investors are already aware of, but not 100% privy to all names, entities, and details, a company issues updates just like ISBG's today as if to tell the investment sit tight...it's coming.

Today was an absolutely stellar day!!
We saw resistances easily broken, well over $1 million traded, strong volume, closing at near HOD, and all this without any catalysts. Plus, there is plenty of room in all the chart technicals to continue moving higher. And even when the chart is screaming sell...with a float lock (which appears to be in play), price movement can defy all technical parameters and logical reasoning.

Nice technical analysis Neo! The only thing I'll add is that the bottom bollinger band has acted stronger than the 50 moving average.
The last time the bollinger bands were tight in a channel was mid Aug - Sept 2016 from .04 - .05 range. Look what happened after that! Ran to .16
I see us trading in a similar channel since the beginning of the year, but this time in a higher range at the .085 - .10 range.
Based on this pattern that is reoccurring, I can see GRNH moving past recent previous highs of .16 into the .20 and higher range.

Wow, absolutely beautiful A/D line!
With the A/D line at all time highs, this should tell people not only is the stock being loaded, but that the majority of investors are also holding which helps lock the float! Would love to see a float lock and volume coming in.
Based on most of EDXC's peers having no product, services, or revenues yet, EDXC should have a much higher market cap.
Waiting for that uplist to happen!

Wondering out loud here, if some large position holders are trading back and forth making small profits, while at the same time keeping it in a channel prior to any significant press.
If some hold a 50 million position at say any avg of .0009, which is only $45K...they could be using 10 million of their shares to go back and forth, holding this in a channel, while still not losing many shares if they had to chase back in to buy those shares back, especially of they've been flipping for minor profits along the way.
Just good for thought...
