I guess I was wrong. Our seller is back. Now at .005. Hopefully this is the end of the shares he has for sale.
It is good that we have a higher low on the chart, but we won't be in an uptrend until we get over .009/01. Once that happens SNDY will really move.
WOWWWWW. 3,750,000 on the ask. Maybe our seller finally wised up and is trying to get higher prices. This may be a job for HF. :)
Looks like our seller took the long weekend off. it would be a good day to drive the price up.
You are right except he has been selling for quite a few days.
Big seller. He's slowly moving his ask down. He is very patient I must say. Pat
Sorry. Not 2010 but Jan. 2011. Pat
You are right Avalanch. SNDY is putting in a huge base going back to Jan 2010. These type of bases are great once they are broken out of. I thought that is where we were going on this last run but we've given back quite a bit of it the last few weeks. What we need is some news that will bring in huge volume because that is what is needed to get the breakout from the base. Then it will be off to the races and new highs. JMO, Pat
It's not good that momentum is slowing down. You may be able to buy at .004 if we don't start to get some volume and see higher prices. JMO. Pat
You just have to love all these long term investors. Instead of selling they should be buying at these levels. JMO, Pat
I wish who ever the seller is would show his whole lot so we know what we are dealing with. Pat
Just bought 100,000 at .0072. I only need 28,000,000 more to catch Highflier. :) Pat
The thing I love best about this selling IS that all the sellers will become buyers again and that will create tremendous upside momentum.
SNDY is ready to move much higher if we got some good volume.
If you look at a chart of KMAG that shows Volume by Price going back to 3/1/2011, you will see that very few shares were transacted between .015 all the way up to .03. Although I'm not a TA expert, what this says to me is that .022 is our next milestone and then the 3's. I think we may have small corrections along the way, but I don't see any big ones because not many people bought shares up in this area and would be looking to sell. I have not learned how to post a chart or I would include it with this message. Maybe someone else using stockcharts
can show what I am talking about. Pat
Keep watching the MACD. It is very bullish and has plenty of room to go up. JMO, Pat
Hi Bopper. Hey, if I'm going to catch up to highflier, I am going to have a lot of MY days. :) Pat
Bought 300,000 at the close. I hate it when they close it lower on 5000 shares. Pat
Bought 200,000 at 74 and just bought 250,000 at 78.
Lots of stock for sale until we get over .01.
Starting to get big volume and it's taking out the ask. Thanks HF.
Going to need a lot more buying to get this to breakout. What do you say Highflyer? JMO
Just hit short term resistence at .015. KMAG's price totally outside the 20 day bollinger bands. 20 day SMA above 200 day and the 50 day SMA is not far behind. Excellent volume. Looks great but may just pull back for a short time which will make an excellent place to buy some more. Once we get through .015 we should make it to .023. With a little news we should do that fairly quickly. JMO
Instead of looking at the RSI which can stay overbought for very long periods of time, look at the level the MACD was at when KMAG was at .023. Love the MACD. Has a lot further to go in my opinion.
Over 10,000,000 shares traded in the last hour. People are starting to become afraid that they are going to miss the run. The chart is looking better but we still have resistence to get through. Some good volume days are needed.
So am I Bopper. Bought 200,000 more today.
BOPPER.... It's what is behind the big buy that I want to know. It's not that Highflier does not own a few shares allready.
If we don't get some NEWS real soon, we'regoing to see the 3s again. JMO
I don't know why any of the board would buy stock on the open market since the company is giving it away to them for nothing. 700,000 shares in SEC filings today.
CDXC can't get out of it's own way. With all the PR it's been getting it should be over a buck. I guess everyone is waiting for the results of the trial. At least I hope that's the proble.
Read the NEWS ALERT listed above. A new and excellent RED CHIP update was sent yesterday.
Slowly eating up the shares that are for sale in the .73 to .75 cent area. Why anyone would sell their shares here surprises me. CDXC is getting excelent PR and it's only a matter of time till it really takes off. JMO
Another insider made a small purchase. You think they are saying something about the results from the test.
Celtics..... Have you been taking it per the instructions on the bottle or a higher dose?
2 insiders bought a very small amount of shares considering the fact that they own millions. I think they are trying to curb the selling that is going on by showing some confidence in the companies shares. JMO, at
"I'm in..Low float,transparent,producing gold,and inflation comming..What not to like?"
Bruce...that is a post you made on 2/12/2009 on this board.
As best I can tell it was your first post on this board. I don't want this to be construed as a negative post since I have been in a stock for over 15 years waiting for it to hit one out of the park. I like NBRI and I am interrested as to why you have picked it as your stock of the year after all this time? TIA, Pat
I don't understand how this canhappen.....

Artificial Life Announces Its Intention to File Form 15 and Deregister Its Shares Under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Mar 28, 2012 18:00:20 (ET)
HONG KONG, Mar 28, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Artificial Life, Inc. (otcpk:ALIF), an innovative investment Company, announced today its Board of Directors and its Independent Audit Committee has approved the filing of a Form 15 by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company intends to file the Form 15 with the SEC on or about March 30, 2012.
The Company is eligible to deregister its common shares because it had fewer than 300 holders of record of its common shares at the beginning of its current fiscal year. Upon the filing of the Form 15, the Company's obligation to file certain reports with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, will immediately be suspended. Other filing requirements will terminate upon the effectiveness of the deregistration, which is expected to occur 90 days after the filing of the Form 15.
The Company's Board of Directors and its Independent Audit Committee made this decision after careful considerations and review of the cumulative costs and pros and cons of being an SEC registered company. The Company believes that currently the incremental cost of compliance with general SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley and other reporting requirements does not provide a discernible benefit to the Company and its shareholders and is currently not commercially justifiable.
The Company has been charged more than USD 450,000 and USD 850,000 for auditor fees and related legal fees for the fiscal year 2010 and 2011, respectively. Therefore, the savings derived from the deregistration are expected to be significant. The deregistration will also allow management to devote more time and resources to build up the business, to implement its new investment business model, to support its existing promising subsidiaries like Artificial Life Investments, Alife Studios and Green Cortex, to make new investments and to focus on its lawsuits against KPMG and others.
In addition, management is intending to improve and solidify the Company's financial basis by licensing its assets, by establishing credit lines and by raising new funds for growth and acquisitions. The goal of management for the next quarters is to increase shareholder value and to substantially increase the market value of its equity.
Since June 17, 2011, the Company's shares have been listed on the Pink Sheets segment and the Company expects that they will remain traded there after deregistration. Although no longer required by the SEC after deregistration, the Company presently intends to provide performance data from time to time to the public and its shareholders. There can be no assurance, however, that the Company will continue to provide such information in the future or that its common shares will continue to be quoted on the Pink Sheets after deregistration of the common shares.
The Company may elect to register its shares again with the SEC or other foreign regulatory authorities at a later point in time after the new business model has been fully implemented and the market value of its equity has resumed higher levels.
