From Jordanfonden
Q3 report is now very close in time. JF take for granted the report shows that official estimates are made??, and that 2011 will come in as planned Regarding both sales and earnings. The same forecast building for 2012 should also be no need for change. Earnings for 2012 should therefore be above U.S. $ 1.

Can you post the May 2011 audio of the shareholder meeting?
Will listing on the HK exchange help?
Look at a comparable company
Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech Co.,
It trades at a PE of 44
Lee has vision
SIAF would trade at $44 end of year 2012 and $ 88 2013based on Shandong Inc.
He plans on relocating 14 subsidiaries over the next 24 monthsl
As always
research your own DD
Clip from JF on the bump to .75 earlier this week
Today's "race" in the shares first hour will come from a right old news today, some took up as new. This applies Siaf's three subsidiaries to be introduced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (nowhere else), but this takes time and is not supposed to occur until next year - all as informmerades of president last May in the spring of JF-dinner. Once it happens, however, much of today's little masked compound to fresh air and should be able to give Siaf a completely different value than today's. The exact times of these are not. However, there are plans.

Waiting for the Jordanfonden response now in regard to the offering results.
I'm thinking that the price will rise soon since the deal is an average of consecutive trading day closing prices...maybe with the release of earnings.
Siaf is officially a dividend play now until better valuations come along.
50% dividend at the current price....and we want more?
.02 2010
.04 2011
.10 2012
.23 2013
May end up much better
I will post the shareholder meeting from Stockholm May 2011
soon unless someone has a link. It makes my eyes water.
Thanks
I'm still adding shares, so this price is good for me.
I'm setting the table this year for the 2013 dividend which
could be 30% of todays stock price.
Lee was to raise cash by offering shares at $1.5...what's plan B?
Yongye YONG
Yongye just blew away estimates...company doubled
SIAF forcast is to double also

As per the Stockholm Conference May 2011
I inquired about your opinion on Lee's 25% IPO of Siaf Holding Company in 2013 and what it means for shareholders. Have you changed your opinion any after June 29?
=============================================

June 29
Hyperboy,
I listened to the portion you reference.
I did not hear anything about a distribution. I believe that he is saying the following:
In 2013, the company will not only spin out subsidiaries, it will also either IPO or do a secondary for 25% of the parent company shares, also in Asia. He is saying that the accounting treatment for the land in Asia is different. In the U.S, the value of the land for GAAP remains the purchase price. In Asia, it can be revalued, presumably commensurate with improvements. He's saying this will increase NTA by $150M; therefore, aiding the IPO/secondary price.
I think he pegs the initial or secondary stock value of the company at least NTA of $500M in 2013, or $7/share. Existing shareholders will have the opportunity to sell their shares at the IPO or secondary price.
At least that's my interpretation.
JF
in approaching quickly 3Q report. JF believe lying positive predictions will hold and that we are at the end can check off another year in which the given projections hold and the offensive work progresses over enthusiastic government backing in different ways - not least through the rows of fiscal freedom. Beef cattle, fish (sleeping cod), shrimp, eel, dragon fruit flower (vegetable), asparagus, cake and ekogödsel called today the products in question. The all helekologiska production comes to the part that is served at a 100 unit big restaurant chain in China and Siaf will hand over to have a JV-store chain with only Siaf products in China. Today, buyers out to the farms and make contracts - the company does not even deliver such as fish.
At tastings at the company's first restaurant near the fish farm of their different products you could find a really high class on both meat and fish products.
Since the company is a young entrepreneurial company may give you some formality a little extra time. Extra time needs to be probably not, however, growth in sales and earnings, where the forecast for 2011 is +100% and the same for 2012.
7.8 % 2010
10.7% 2011
12% 2012
12% 2013
2011 annual dividend .02 1/2 cash and 1/2 convertible payable in 2012 from what I recall
Waiting for the JF comment now...
Lee asked for your patience and thanked everyone for it recently.
JF liked what they saw while visiting SIAF which is more than Lee has given us lately.
It's harvest season now...
Thinking Lee has run into a snag with the PRC and their taxation of the JV subs. Lee is requesting tax free status.
Maybe we should give Lee a QBR....Quarterback rating...He says $4 by the full year earnings report early 2012
Yes that figure is way off as I look at my conversion chart KR/usd Kronor not Us dollars
As of the last revised report from SIAF to shareholders SIAF still considers itself
THE ULTIMATE HOLDING COMPANY
Siaf is taking in $11.37 per pound on Cod sales now....Question...Why develop a Beef line at
$3 per pound? I did not like the 4 legged milkers either.
$22,000 per ton for Cod....2 years ago Lee was looking at $8,000 per ton
Next move up will be helped along by a short squeeze
40% move up in China stock (HOGS) in October...beginning to realize it's true value.
Siaf should be right behind them.
Thinking that Lee is waiting on the JV tax decision from the PRC
so he can release a more defined profit estimate at the CC.
Chad told me where to find the daily short volume.
Short volume today only 17k shares of 273k
It's on my E trade quotes highlighted in a block of orange under Siaf price quote
That is the only location that I have read this news release.
On 10/6/11, SIAF announced a regular annual cash dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on 11/15/11 to shareholders, with an ex-dividend date of 10/27/11.
Many companies reverse split to maintain listing status and lose....which is why their stock sagged in the first place via loss of fundamentals.
SIAF reverse at say 1 for 5 for a result of roughly $4 per share and 2012 projected earnings of $5 per share...
.....here come the bloodthirsty institutional investor Vampires in real-time.
2013 $10 per share projected earnings ....Down you say?
I can wait on a normal progression for SIAF but in this case why?
Lee stated in Stockholm "You can't hold my shares forever"
Treit and Chad
With a few years left of zero income tax ....
Do you think Lee will reverse split SIAF?
Say 1 for 10 and qualify for NASDAQ pronto?
....whoa..... talk about thinly traded with 6 million outstanding
In a nation reeling from tainted-food scandals, organic products are mostly reserved for the rich and political elite. Chinese government officials have exclusive suppliers, who do not advertise.
The continued existence of the tegong, or special supply, is treated with secrecy because of public resentment over the privileges of the elite. After the Southern Weekly, a hard-hitting Guangzhou-based newspaper, published the story about the customs farm, the Central Propaganda Department banned further reporting on the subject and the article was removed from the newspaper's website.
You just have to agree that we are in the correct investment zone.
And there is a huge shortage of Pork....Lee?
Lee has to tighten up his estimates on company event dates....they are way too loose...just add 40% more time to your estimates
Sure did ....one trader can pull that act off by himself

Or just maybe they were doled shares at .10 cents some time ago and this is a huge profit at .67
I like your #2 theory
It's like they are selling shares to meet payroll needs.
But why the sell today at .67 when .88 was available last week?
Program?
The Street has taken notice
Way to keep an eye on trading...but was that transaction worth about $180 bucks? .02 X 9000 shares
