No, the 8k is proof that Arrayit won't be suspended. If they had no intention to file fins, you certainly wouldn't have seen no 8k.

No, the third side to this is RRBB failed to perform their duties, I bet! Hmmm. Even possibly illegally by informing someone from this board that Arrayit hadn't put up information that RRBB needed. That's a clear violation of confidential information. I'm not one bit surprised that RRBB was let go.

I do agree that Mark should have changed auditing firms long ago if there were problems, but to completely place blame on Arrayit is wrong without knowing Mark's side of the story which we don't know.

I somehow have the feeling that RRBB was to blame for this changing of auditing firms as well. In the 8k Arrayit was nice about not placing blame, but that's what you normally do in "polite" 8ks I guess.

The only difference with this stock is that you can at least get a visit and really see how the company operates. I still believe in Mark though some things like his word are lacking action.

That’s stupid! Mark won’t end up in jail! If that were the case all CEOs of stinky pinkies would be in jail. The most that would happen is this stock gets suspended and that won’t happen. Everyone has their own judgement about this stock but going to jail isn’t one of them.
