Did you think "Transparency" I described has a chance to "take flight?"...Just a simple yes, no, maybe, will suffice!..I'll get the point!
I also am adding! albeit it at a much slower pace now!...averaging down..isn't hindsight wonderful!!....If I had bought at these prices I would have 23/4 million shares!!...Oh well!.. working towards 600,00 now and should have that by end of June...

I asked Bob Lorsch's assistant how much more input they want and is anything of value to MMRF?.... Good Morning Bob&Kira Lorsch!!....and especially Good Morning to all my fellow veterans as we remember our fallen brothers and sisters on this memorial day!!.. We Bless and honor them all!..................................................................Thru my many years I have often heard folks say "I'm waiting for my ship to come in" which meant of course for good fortune or money(mostly money)....Then I would think how can he/she make a statement like that when they never sent out a good captain with a good sturdy ship that would survive storms and have the expectation of riches on its return?.....So Bob&Kira, you captains have gone thru some pretty bad storms and your holds are barely full, but we sponsors of your voyage trust you to take in account the many destinations we have all pointed out to you and then we can say "Our ship came in"..and remember DIRECT SALES IS THE KEY WORD FOR THE NATIVES...Tiffer
MMRF has paid a lot of bills with stock!...either a deceased investor whose estate is being liquidated by surviving family menbers or some of those folks paid with stock for services rendered are taking what they can to keep there cash flow going and not doing the DD like a lot of us have!...If they feel very bad about selling sometime in the future then it will their bad and our good!...JMHO....Tiffer

Yes, and some of that constructive criticism would be received and welcomed by Mr. Lorsch as he welcomes all communications that deal with how he can do things to increase revenue!...alternative financing is a moot subject with him as he is focused on increasing revenue thru hopefully good criticism or good ideas on the revenue flow!!....I almost daily send e-mails...or microsoft word perfect (if I have a lot to contribute)to him and he cheerfully responds to all!!....Maybe all my stuff ends up in his "circular file" on the floor but at least I feel that I am contributing to the company!!...I do not post any of my communications to him, as I feel why let the competition know what MMRF may hopefully initiate on?....I hope everybody vents concerns or ideas to Bob as he would sure appreciate the input!!....Tif

I was involved with VRML in pennyland and lost 800 dollars because I lost faith in the CEO and the rhetoric on the message boards that I foolishly paid attention too!!...I am here to tell you that had I kept my VRML I would have had 234,000 dollars with my small investment!..It went from 1 penny to 24 dollars a share 4-5 months later!..Gems do pop up now and then in pennyland and I hope MMRF is one of them,(as all of us longs do)...During the 47 years I have been actively involved on mainly low cap stock I have seen many 10,20,,30,40,50, baggers make a lot of $ for the astute investor!...So all I can say from my own experience is do your own investigation and do not lisen to anybody on message boards unless they have something constructive to contribute to your Due Diligence!....One of many I have bought was a beverage called Clearly Canadian(one of the first flavored waters)...I bought 50,000 shares for .36 and darned if they did not initiate a 1-3.5 reverse split which as I remember gave me 12,285 shares out of my original 50,000!!.I was upset but kept the stock and it went up to 22 dollars a share!!....I made a ton!!...AOL was another one I sold before any splits!!..Thats another story of some of my foolish premature sales!!....so my friends find a good man who believes in his companys products and make your decision!...I choose to follow the man with the most $ invested who happens to be the CEO of MMRF....later.....Tiffer

I can not help but reflect on a previous conference call when Bob said; "If I could tell everybody the things that are happening right now then the stock would be fifty cents a share but until the confidentiallity restrictions with various companys are lifted and contracts are active I can not". I think it is safe to conclude that with the continued influx of moneys from his own pocket that it might indicate that he knows something all of us do not!!!......I will continue to support the CEO who puts his money where his mouth is!...He truly does "walk the talk" with his actions!....JMHO......Tiffer
Thanks for info "H"....I think what RHL group did was called "Doing Business".....Good post!................................................................................... the Company paid the $200,000 Fee by granting 2,800,000 shares of common stock to The RHL Group to the value of $364,000 and recorded a loss on issuance of $164,000. The Fee was recorded as a deferred financing cost and is being amortized over the Third Amended Note maturity period. As of March 31, 2010 and December 31, 2009, the remaining unamortized origination fee was $0.
I sure hope Bob&Co have many thousands of phone numbers for the future signups that I feel will be forthcoming!!...Good ideas on the board today!...I wonder why we see nothing from the Latino coalition with the many businesses needing unlimited fax and of course all the other perks that PHR/Lockbox offers....I am sure many of them are paying more for fax then the entire package that MMRF offers!!...I see very little in that quarter...Oh well ...Tiffer

People seem to forget that Mr. Lorsch has extended a 3 million dollar RHL line of credit that has been depleted!!..This is a new dollar amount for the consumption of MMRF to continue business!!..Anybody think Mr. Lorsch will get his (now 12 million personal money)money back??....It sure will not be with cumulative loan origination fees over the years!!..Those fees will be grandfathered in and paid when it is financially viable for the company to do so!!...Mr. Lorsch is in it to win it not cut his own throat!!....His 12 million will only be repaid and I predict several times over with the future revenues that will bring the pps up!.. all of us longs on this board that know the real facts (not imagined) on what Mr. Lorsch is doing to make his company a success will continue to support him!...A lot of us talk personally with him and we are happy with the responses which are sometimes negative and sometimes positive!....The positives far outweight the negatives and this company has a lot of things going which any one could would knock our burn rate and little regarded "D" to the gutter!!...Anybody who has a real interest in this company and wants to help this company should do what a lot of investors do on this board!...e-mail or call MMRF and give them your thoughts good or bad!!..I can assure you Mr. Lorsch reads every one!!....Optimism/constructive criticism generates positive ideas from investors ...pessimism generates more pessimism and no worthwhile pursuit...for me at least!....Just My Humble Opinion!!....Tiffer
Aside of the share price and on a different note!!...I get the feeling that with approx. 9 million of his money in MMRF now he is looking for this venture to start generating enough revenues to justify putting more of his money in!!...Of course if the company fails then he has made the right decision for his own personal finances but if revenues start ramping up where he sees daylight on his company being a success then I really believe that will be the end of Duchess!!....I posted this before but I will repeat....Fourteen cents is the average for the tens of millions that he holds!!........His RHL group is still currently giving out $ for more stock!...very little of D has actually been used!!...hope it stays that way!....If the day comes I see D fully implemented I will be out of here!!..That would be the last unenviable resort!!.....JMO.....Tiffer
For all those on the board with positive thoughts or negative thoughts lets all Fax, E-mail or call the company to give our ideas on furthering the revenues of MMRF!...Constuctive ideas on how to turn negatives into positives would especially be appreciated if it relates to growing MMRF...The selling of our products should be the main thrust as that is the only recourse we have to eliminate the burn rate and alternative financing!!...I thank "H" for his role as Moderator and I feel He and "T" have helped this board lean to a more constructive role instead of the destructive path previously followed!!....I have absolutely no doubt that Bob Lorsch "Is in it to win it" ....could not resist an american idol blurb!!...As for myself I am working on a very long (20 pages) of addresses and ideas for Lockbox/PHR which I choose to concentrate on!!...My input may well end up in Bob's "Circular file on the floor"...but at least I will continue giving input and hope for better days for our company!...We all want to make money but my feelings are that until I see luggage racks on a hearst I will enjoy the moment to moment journey and not place my highest priority on money.......Tiffer
I returned call to Bob that he asked me to do this day during the p.m. (Pacific Time).....He went over ea. of the 8 points that I posted a few days ago as to why I invested in this company!!!....As far as MMR-Pro he told me that doesn't anybody realize that it is already out and being sold actively by salemen as we speak!!..Guess we were all expecting a "shuttle liftoff".Got finally to some of my ideas to building revenues for the company and two of them he really liked and so I sent him a PDF for a kinda screenplay on how they should play out and we will see what happens!!....Bank Of America is looking VERY good! China is still plodding along and just takes time...Everybody speaks on conference with translators and it drives him crazy but not as crazy as the pps is doing!!...He has very ill feelings towards the mm's................Chartis is still very actively involved and he expects big results at any time from them!!(more buckets)...Mr. Langani has a lot going on but we will hear nothing until signed, sealed, and delivered!!...later...Tif

I placed my money on this stock for several possible "Break Out" scenarios!!....1. Unis/China/MMrf/Henan Province break out.....2.Chartis releasing 44 more buckets of 1 million clients of which we have only l bucket currently..could be a break out any day!....3. Bank Of America will be a hugh break out!!...4.MMr-Pro will be a long awaited break out!!.....5. Other Insurance companys and Banks can be other break outs!!.....6.Kodak salesmen now aware and trained on our software may start actively saling MMR-Pro with our personalized 550 Kodak hardware which would be a long awaited breakout on the Pacific Rim/and everywhere!!.....7. Mr. Langani working in Canada, England, many countrys could negotiate other signed sealed delivered breakouts!!...8. Celgene, which is a true wild card has the potential to knock our socks off with a hugh break out!!.........Eight reasons for me at least why I shall continue to support this investment!!...Others may have their own reasons but these are mine!! (probably a lot more that I am not aware of also).....I am and will continue to enjoy this wonderful ride!!....The journey actually is more fun then the destination!! at least for me and my wife ..we enjoy the anticipation/suspense of what is going to happen next with this wonderful company with its great products!!........Tiffer

A direct land line approach by your employees/or telemarketing informing them of our services i.e. MMR-Pro,Lockbox/w/unlimited fax, with a generous commission would surly start some kind of sales force....It would be nothing for these computer gurus to install and instruct on use of Kodak550 or our software!!...Sure be worth a shot as we do not have any viable sales force now! Sent E-mail to Mr. Lorsch asking if we are exploring the unlimited Fax capabilities in our Lockbox product! Most Fax companys charge higher monthly $'s then we do with a lot less security then Lockbox offers!....Attorneys, escrow offices, and on and on......Put ads in related magazines that these people read or use our Web Guru who is already getting paid by us!!...We do not even need a sales force for this type of play.....

When I called secretary she said he would call me and surprised when he did!!..He really does care about us and I also sent him my ideas on E-Mails and doctor/office manager publications....I encourage anybody with good ideas to E-Mail or call him direct as He needs all the input we can give him!...all input is good for thought!

I would hope that the internet guru we are hooked up would get e-mails to all medical offices/doctors like; BE A HERO..Make money for your organization with a changeover to digital records that would make your investment turn into a positive cash flow with the program that MMRF provides with the MMRF-Pro...Fast and very easy to implement!!....I think they should put ads like this into medical journals that doctors/office managers would read and pique some sort of interest to go to MMRF sites and see what its all about!!...stressing security with 1 million insurance would be a plus too!!....Bob needs to do some very positive things like the aforementioned to get this wonderful product rolling!!JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION!.....Tiffer
