I am sure that Bradford did not find anything
erroneous, misleading or incomplete, because, as it states in the same disclaimer: COMPILATIONS "are not audited adequately" to discover such things....
This HAANZ Group promotion
reminds me of the Esoft promotion where posters made a big deal of our JV partner Vivek Sinha being from "one of the richest families in China" Just more of the same-ole verbage trying to lend credibility to HH...
I M H O
The Governments of Pakistan and Lebanon
offered HH "Ghost Deals"???
Now that's hilarious...
Here is your answer...
http://www.qualitystocks.net/disclaimer.php
Look under "Compensation Disclosure"
It's no mistake..
it just doesn't mean Beans to a Pinky....
If HH had $88M in his pocket
he would have served him pate de foie gras.
But then HH has always been frugal, having never spent a cent on a Buyback or Dividend....IMHO
Problem is that these figures were
more likely presented on the back of a Wendy's napkin, than on a certified Bank Statement, from any nation.
Financials posted by LL Bradford are not AUDITED,
and therefore cannot be trusted. Those figures came from Hillard Herzog and his word isn't worth spit right now...
Show us the Money!!
BTW...that's about how long it would take
HH to post a copy of a Bank Statement.
As if he could...
I have no argument with that statement at all.
But I doubt seriously that it will ever happen.
It's been promised before...what is different about this time?
55 unfulfilled PRs is not baseless opinion...
HH is to blame for the current attitude about this stock.
OK...prove it.
Prove that there are complaints with the SEC...
Then we will ask the SEC about each specific complaint.
The REAL shareholders are the ones
voicing their disgust with this company and it's CEO.
The rest of the folks are just promoters (paid or otherwise) trying to feather their own nest. I recently ask for a show of hands as to who believed the money was real.....and we all saw the results.
Current Filings,
Massive Blitz on IHUB and other boards, Facebook posts and Tweets. And all you have to show for it is a (another) ZERO volume day! Frustrating, isn't it......
You are correct..
Regulators would not knowingly accept anything fraudulent.
Problem is, they have no way of knowing if it is fraudulent or not.
They do not verify ANYTHING they are given.
Besides, even HH's own lawyer has stated in writing, none of this has been audited, which is the ONLY way that YOU can prove it is real.
Got an AUDIT handy??
A rehash of old unfullfilled promises
is not news, just because a real technological advance is used to publish it.....
Come on guys!
The only ACQUSITION that BGMO is / has done is a BAD REPUTATION.
If all of this posted information is so great, how come the market is reacting negatively? A POSITIVE affect on the PPS is, after all, the only reason to promote the stock...
BGMO is just like the Mayan Calander story.
People have been telling the story for 5000 years now,
but there has finally come a day of reckoning. It has taken a few years, but BGMO folks have finally got the truth, it's all just a fairytale. IMHO
BTW...if the world comes to an end tomorrow, I will concede that maybe HH is telling the truth...........
When all is said and done,
it still was a very FLIPPANT response to a ligitmate query by a stockholder. especially from a supposedly Professional Company, and was initated by our newest paid promoter, as a way for shareholders to get information...
but as Silverlining would (has) say..
"Good Luck, but I think you already know the answer"
Glad to be of assistance...
Actually....that reply was
words from our Friend "Silverlining" in response to the Email that Granddragon sent Noble-House.
Granddragon CC'd his Email to several of us on this board, and Silverlining replied to all of us with:
"Good luck, but I think you already know the answer." punctuation and all....
When Silverlining sent that reply, he CC'd it to Noble-House as a way of expressing what he thought the outcome would be. Then Noble-House simply copied that line and sent it as their response to Granddragon.
So, the only way that NOTORIOUS would have access to that Email, would be for him to be the person fronting as Noble-House.
Here is the exchange, the day before the Noble-House reply:

Good luck, but I think you already know the answer.

Amen...
So, If I am reading it correctly,
Noble-House did not answer the question at all.
Only gave an ambiguously vague response. I guess that is what we should have expected from such a Professional Company.
This "Shotgun" type of promotion
simply points out that there is absolutely nothing new going on with this company. I M H O
You REALLY should run some of this by HH
before you re-post it here. It seems that you are not following the "current" direction that this mult-million dollar company is taking......based upon latest PRs from HH. IMHO
We were told Jaws would drop when the "Compilation" was released....
I M H O , they did, just not for the reason stated. More like, in total disbelief that HH would put out such garbage.
Letterhead is about .03 a sheet, how apropo.
The $35K spent on this promotion
would have brought more attention to this stock
if HH had used it to "BUYBACK" way over a Million shares of stock all at once....I M H O
100% correct !!
"Whether the CPA firm likes it or not,
they have exposed themselves"
I feel sorry for them. They sold their souls for a small price.
Still nothing has been verified, and the PPS reflects the Markets interpretation of the information presented.
No doubt in my mind
that Texas based Pentony found the Texas lawyer for HH,
just as he did to settle the Texas lawsuit...
Plenty of Lawyers in Vegas.
Lies, all Lies...
IMHO
Your own post states that it was not confirmed..
"``Included you will find the compiled financial statements of Bergamo Acquisition Corp as of and for the
period ended September 17, 2012. The financial statements were prepared based on discussions with you along with reviewing information and agreements you provided.”
and believe me, I will settle for "CONFIRMED" any day it is presented!!
How come everyone refuses to
use the verbage "Audited" or "Verified"?
a "Review" is just that, reading over some document. That is also the Purpose of a "Compilation", nothing more...
580 shares at a time??
A $35,000 promotion and
all the promoters and HH could generate today was $17 in stock trades.......unbelievable!
Geesh...
Pentony, Eversull and "QualityStocks" and a supposedly $88M and we are at 2 cents !!
What a revolting developement this is............
Are you being paid by HH to post this information?
I'm just looking at your profile....TIA
What exactly is the difference between a "Certified" Financial Statement and an "Audited" Financial Statement, and which one did Bradford produce? TIA
HH's own Lawyer stated that Bradford did not AUDIT the information. So why should anyone settle for "Believing" in the statement? That's just CRAZY.....(and yes, that is what got me into this PREDICAMENT in the first place) I'll settle for PROOF, which I'm thinking can't be presented.
BTW, I wonder where Pentony found Seeberg, anyway?
