20 billion a/s?? typical of pump and dump scams IMO
Looks like just another penny scam
Looks like I bought a garbage stock.
Doesn't appear to be the same company. Doesn't show any ties to the U.S OR CANADA presence.
Too much cloudy uncertainty surrounding this Corp structure.
They need to clean this up asap...or it will increasingly start looking like just another stinky pinky scam IMO.
`Made a big mistake buying this stock.
It appears to me now, SLMU is just a way for sunlogics to dump their shares onto retail investors?.
The REAL value, is with SUNLOGICS, who received the investments funds. So why can't we own any shares in that entity?
There is NO real profit correlation between, SLMU and salomon group from what I can tell.
Same management on both sides?, so why not put both under on name, so investors can share in the wealth creation? Maybe because management wants to keep all the REAL value for themselves?
SLMU is starting to look like a diltution scam IMO.
Why is everyone believing that an actual person from management of SLMU is posting here??
I have a hard time believing that, especially since the SEC has recently suspended 17 companies, in part, for public comments made by management concerning certain non-public information being made available to a select group of shareholders. (forum boards).
Be careful posting here, if you are from management/IR IMO
Agreed. An organizational chart would be VERY helpful. Hopefully it would also clearly outline the actual responsibilites of each entity, and how any "investment funds" gets dispersed etc.
I think most retail investors like myself are still somewhat confused about the whole corp structure.
If management runs both entities, why have them seprarated at THIS point?...(scratching my head).
This Corporate structure is very complicated. They need to put all of these different comps under one name imo.
Why does it say that the Authorized shares are "unlimited"?.
I think the clumsy corp structure will keep this stock from getting the steady price boost from future PR releases.
Filled. MaYbE mm's read the boArdS? lol
Brights days ahead...
GLTA
Strange have a supporting bid in at .09 no fill.
ANYONE HAVE THE REALTIME PRICE?
TIA
realtime please?
Agreed. Textbook trading trend after news release run. Next leg up forming when word speads..the late to the party types who are reading news after hours..spreading from forum to forum over next few days.
GM INVOLVEMENT--->CHEVY VOLT MARKET DOMINATION---> This is HUGE!
IMAGINE WHEN THEY TAKE THIS SOLAR CHARGING STATIONS national---then GLOBAL...CHINA--HELLO??
Nice play you boys have going here. I hope to join you tomorow.
After 5 minuntes of simple DD..this is a no brainer buy IMO.
That would put us somewhere north of $25 a share imo.
GM's name being involved with this one, will itself bring in loads of new investors here...I hope I have a chance in the a.m to snag a few cheapies before the flood gates overflow.
GLTA
Thanks
Was the PR fake? I don't see SLMU listed with GM ventures.
Looks like this thing will crash hard tomorow if that PR was faked.
Anyone have verification?
http://www.gmventures.com/investment_portfolio/
GM Ventures showing no portfolio investment in this "Salamon Group":

Does anyone have any "confirmation" from GM VENTURES?
TIA
I added to my position today :)

~It is written~
"haven't checked all the gang of 17 which were suspended, but if one wanted to invest in the Grey market"
Most long term investors here didn't invest in the grey market..they were forced here by SEC actions. Most here were satisfied enough with whatever "limited" fundamentals of record existed, and saw enough potential to take a risk...regardless of the sometimes unpleasant opaqueness.
This happens everyday in micro penny land. Just depends on an individual's risk profile.
"You have a stock with really no fundamentals of record"
You can do some easy dd and realize that statement is not all together true.
"I hope the Longs accomplish whatever realistic goals they may have in this stock at this point in time"
Agreed.
Good questions. I have no answers.
To be honest i'm not remotely concerned about the current pps..as you can see..it's pretty nonsensical in the interim.
I'm more concerned with the results on the ongoing communications between LLEG and the SEC...I believe that has more of a final bearing on what the REAL value of the pps will be, once known IMO.
For the believers it's a no holds barred 80% off sale.
For the other side..a so called "confirmation" of thier speculations.
Go figure.
"Rather than ask for those who believe it a bad investment to just sell and move on, why not accentuate the positive? Why not recommend everyone buy 20M shares at 001. Really, if one believes this stock is just a hop and a skip from uplisting and a return to 0050, why not invest $20K now?"
Taking investments advice from strangers on a public stock board? Why would anyone reccomend such a thing?
You raise valid questions. I would however imagine most folks who buy penny stocks are avid risk takers, and not necessarily stringent blue chip value investors IMO.
If they wish to plunk down thier hard earned cash on the roll of the dice, that sits well with me, that goes the same for any penny stock in general.
If they wish to scurry away at all of the "unknowns" at this time..that will be no skin off my back...and they generally should avoid penny stocks all together...due to excessive risk ratios involved.
Folks should make up thier own minds, with known facts as always.
huh?
So where is LLEG currently trading?
MOOT..as in duhh...that's obvious.
And what about the rest of my post per your "real facts".
Do you agree?
Thank you for providing this info.
Now let us consider each separately:
1."Laidlaw Energy Group, Inc. is a New York corporation based in New York. Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s operations, the accuracy of its financial statements, and stock promoting activity by the company."
I have more than once explained the difference between "questions", and "condemnations". This is a moot point.
"OTC Markets has discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) and because adequate current information has not been made available by the issuer of the securities. It has been labeled Caveat Emptor for one of the following reasons"
Hence the reason for the New auditing firm, to provide correct financials.
"Spam — The security is the subject of spam promotion having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities."
This concernhas not been proven to be originated of LLEG's management team.
"Investigation of Fraud — There is a known investigation of fraudulent activity involving the company, its securities or insiders."
Again, per the SEC, "questions have arisen"...hence the exploratory INVESTIGATION.
Suspension/Halt — A Regulatory Authority has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earning halt).
Again, a moot point. It is no longer suspended.
Disruptive Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of corporate actions, such as reverse mergers or serial stocks splits and name changes, without adequate current information being publicly available.
Again, moot point, --subject of corp action-- (suspention, investigation, non adequate reporting)
"Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public"
Yes we are trading on the grays...like we have a choice right now? moot point.
Other Public Interest Concern — There is, in OTC Markets' view, a public interest concern
Soo..What are the "other public interest concerns"?
As you see, taken separately, these are mundane, moot points. We are all well aware of these "real facts".
But they do not,and cannot within themselves, give a clear pronouncement of innocents or guilt at this time...hence the ongoing INVESTIGATION.
Do you agree?
"Beacuse if the real facts are known by potential investors, they will take their money and run away as fast as they can"
Please provide the "real facts"
TIA
"but of course if Marcum LLP confirmed that SEC do not consider LLEG to have behaved in a criminal manner, then that is valuable insider information which could be parlayed into a profit by trading LLEG shares. "
Huh??
1. The sec has affirmed this, not Marcum. One can read the sec's pr for themselves. "questions" is NOT condemnations.
"And if someone were to rule out this possibility on the basis of their position as privileged insider (auditor) this would also be a criminal matter - a violation of Reg FD."
1. AGAIN, the SEC has affirmed this. please do your dd.
"In reality, of course, Marcum said no such thing"
1. Can you prove this?
"and the story about SEC not considering it a criminal matter is at best a misunderstanding or perhaps just pure fabrication, also known as a scienter"
1. It may be helpful to re-read the SEC's pr concerning the issue...this apapears to be your argument's achilees heel.
Do you have any factual information you can provide to that disagrees with the SEC statements?..i see only speculations, interpretations.
TIA
Far be it for me to defend any potential unprofessional conduct.
I was simply responding to sunspotter's wholesale assumption that they were commiting illegal activities per reg d...and by default that somehow was germane due to the so called fact, that the SEC having already considered LLEG a criminal matter. This is simply untrue.
It's helpful to dissect each matter as a separate cause of concern. Otherwise attempts to create erroneous wide ranging speculations can and do run amuck.
FACT: I have no idea what exact communications were relayed to sam dan.
FACT: According to the SEC own statements, currently it appears to not deem this a criminal matter at this time (hence no violation disclosing of "non public" info to selected parties--this however does not negate the possibility of client-related violations)
FACT: A final determination has not been made re LLEG sec inquiry.
FACT:No other facts are publicly known at this time.
"If it were true that the SEC were not considering this a criminal matter, then clearly that would be material news,"
It's helpful to be aware of the SEC's own statements.
They have been very clear...quite frankly..it's a "potential" criminal matter at this time..nothing more, nothing less.
Until the matter has been decided, until such time..it is currently NOT a criminal matter.
I really should not have to explain this...BUT...
...Legal processes 101...
SUSPICION-->ALLEGATION-->INVESTIGATION-->OUTCOME...
It's ironic, it's the SEC you seem to have a problem with after all. SEC disagrees with your assumption of proven illegality...since they haven't as of yet arrived at any particular conclusion,at least any that have been made public.
We are half way through the legal processes sunspotter, do you agree?
~we should not wrestle with diety unnecesarily~
"I think you'll find that it was Sam Dan who reported that Marcum had selectively disclosed share price sensitive information to a limited number of individuals, which of course would be in clear contravention of Reg FD, not me:"
I read what sam dan wrote. It appears it is your own personal slighted "interpretation" of his writings that led you to your assumption, concerning any apparent violations.
EXAMPLE: If everything sam dan wrote was impeccably accurate...it would still be a vast chasm of proof needed; to guarantee that "disclosed share price sensitive information" would automatically mean, to be an exact violation per REG FD.
In truth, the sec is NOT considering this a criminal matter "At this time", so where is the violation? Since the SEC itself has said.."questions have arisen"...it has NOT said...they were found guilty of "xxx".
Do you have any other evidence you would like to enter, to help bolster your claim?
TIA
"If Marcum are really prepared to break the law in a conversation with a third party, then they must not be very good auditors"
Are you seriously suggesting the law was in fact broken?
Please provide the proper legal reference, evidencing your alleged violations.
TIA
The future PPS possibilities here, are simply mind-boggling.
It's really all about leverage.
How many current NAK shareholders, look back with Pinpoint dreamy insight?
How many still wished, back in the very early days, they should have LOADED the historic cheapies with all thier might???
So many, with so little, have gained so much.
BEHOLD....verily I say unto you...LBSR is the next mystic gold laidened round, resting.....in the unseen chamber of preordained fortunes!
Ignite the cannons of fate!
~it is written~
Such a great stock, why are people beating this one up? These low prices won't last forever IMO.
Fortunes will be made here :)
GO IFXY!
Save me some :)
That PR has been put to rest some time ago. Spend some time looking through some posts on the topic recently.
As for "plummeting"..well... it's all in the eye of the beholder I suppose, I wouldn't call 3 buckets of water being emptied OUT, from the vast altantic ocean; a cause for concern IMO.
The vast majority of shares are staying out...what's a few million verses "billions" in strong hands?
GLTU
"I don't get it... they cancel the New Hampshire Biomass plant"
That is not a factual statement.

Never got filled. Purchased other stocks in the meanwhile, so i'm in between dry powder currently.
Unfortunately, My niece wasn't able to unload her shares at the price she needed.
I Personally won' t complain if LLEG hits 0.0002 in the interim :)
I am really dissapointed I'm not able to pick up some cheapies today :(
Good luck to whomever is accumalating these gifts.
Unbelievable on sale prices these days.
Power, while i appreciate your enthusiastic regard for SEC legalese, let me suggest, you are essentially wrong.
Legally, we must be careful to understand the meaning of words...exactly.
It is frightfully important in any legal communications to use the proper terminology...this is why you hire lawyers.
"questions"...in this case can reasonably be construed legally as"concerns"....it must be understood, a concern..is legally different from an "allegation".
Until more documentation is made public..they are only "questions..needing to be answered. Easy concept to understand, if we stick to the STRICT definition of words..which were presumably written by SEC legal experts IMO.
Do you understand the legal difference?
IMO..to the extent these "concerns" be resolved..we may see varying levels of results regarding such communications.
It is my great hope, that we all simply wait to see how things FACTUALLY play out...personal speculations, with no documentation is quite frankly, not helpful.
Thanks for posting this article this. I was warned to not post any factual documentation that would show the sec past behavior. It was supposedly considered "off topic".
This article shows plainly, the dangers of making wide ranging speculations about "sec has evidence showing illegal wrongdoing". I haven't seen any evidence to solidify such claims...they have "questions".
It appears the Sec is ran by mere mortals after all..capable of fantastic feats of failure at times.
King, i disagree. I have done extensive research on this potential "questions have arisen" issues.
IMO for me, it came down to the fact that the ceo was an avid user of the Iphone...any person with any real scrupples would own a DROID phone.
I agree with the SEC being concerned.
