Man I hope something happens soon here........soon is too long!
ncpti
Are my violins that good??? Cheese and crackers around the corner....LOL
ncpti
It looks to be somewhat overdue, base on postings O'Bryant indicated in the 30 day extension. He did say he would PR via Public Wire when things were more clear!
bobbertino indicated he responded saying that RP's retirement was eminent. So as far as contract goes, I would think he would re-up that at this point. With the note that PGPM would be producing 50/150K at the end of the year. This being only accomplished on Bryant's part. Which is what he said he will do as far as actions speak louder than words. This would be something at this point in the game!
Looks to take some time to start a company all over picking it up from ashes! I too would like to see a success here!
I think the most important part of this will be in the disclosure of the lease return or payment to PGPM as that would put some credibility in the works....for a start!
ncpti
I guess, I could suppose, I could rely on a chart to pick another down turn (and see it happening), and use it to pick a low to accumulate or near low to accumulate...I wouldn't expect to hit the absolute low every time.
But how do you or would anyone use charts to correlate with market perception???
Given that in the event that things have turned, would not show up on the chart at that given momoment...they have already turned, and looking at the charts only reflects after the fact.
Is it being in the right place at the right time after doing the due diligence that would require being there in the first place???
ncpti
Why is there a major market/sentiment disconnect here given the company dynamics?? Realize your talking about charting, but they are after the fact to the most extent, and charts do not lie!
Just asking....been a share holder for a long time and way below this PPS!
ncpti
OR, is RP totally in control and the bad guy????
ncpti
Here, lets put a twist to this, maybe RP is not the bad guy!!!
ncpti
Yes, we are! Makes you wonder doesn't it....! Hope, there is some positive out of this...somewhere!
ncpti
Cool, lets get it down!
ncpti
OH, then increased the shares to 5 Billion...........scam MO FO's...$%^%^&$&**. But, I still have 799 shares...so when it gets to 7.99 bucks a share...I'll break even....LOL! Wish there was a cold day in hell....LOL!
Here we at least have some for warning to the COO, because it will be just like that one if ...........!
ncpti
Yes, that was a nail in the heart of "that" stock and it won't ever recover, ever! It all went into managements pockets!
I think what Bobby said was just reduce (cancel out) the AS somewhat to make the existing shares more valuable which would spark some sort of buying .... providing there is good new that would follow an event as such. More so positive news that there is generation of income, lease return/ or payment...etc.
Management can increase the AS at will, they should be able to decrease it at will as well. I did mention this a while back....as things fall in the cracks...loose track!
ncpti
Then what we need would be a """"Holy Autumn"""", LOL! Indeed!!!
The "Holy Autumn":
2 oz cranberry vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz cranberry juice (may be more to taste)
garnish with 3 fresh cranberries.
Pour vodka over ice into highball glass. Add mixers. Garnish
Again, no more than 4....that would be 12 cranberries...and they will get ya!
ncpti
Hope that Mayan calendar doesn't work like our stock here, and reverse back on itself....LOL! I am shooting for soon, or September.......that we hear something????
Maybe we will hear something about NAPE as well..???
ncpti
LOL, it should have probably been easy as that!
ncpti
Don't quit drinking....just quit thinking while drinking...LOL!
ncpti
LOL, there you have it!
ncpti
He is a share holder unless he dumped....... look at past posts .....if you have a lot of time....LOL!
ncpti
LOL, when I go as far as saying that .... I have already started smoking again....LOL!
ncpti
Well something happened, but that is ACLY and they had every right to do business. As far as their note to PGPM, looks very uncertain, since years have passed.........Where is make it or break it, to occur????
ncpti
We have been here a long time....it does look like push will come to shove....soon! Sooner this is disclosed the better, IMO.
ncpti
Follow the financial reports up to the time of the ACLY/PGPM trade,,,,,,,,see that the company was on the up swing until that point....... LOOKS like shit happened during that deal that followed, no doubt! Why it happened........don't know! But what remains is there is production capability in any area of their leases!
What does it take to get this moving???? Call the leases or money due! Develop the nitrogen units, since it part of the company now.....make it or break it....!
ncpti
There were a bunch of investors that came aboard during this transformation and envisioning that PGPM had the other companies
"over the barrel"!!! This I don't believe has changed in any event!
Now, what's left in the leases as far as it is tied up in fines...should be just a mater of paying the fines....! There is a way around of who could work the leases, very easily!
The Gustavson report is an independent agency and is an analysis that won't go away! Probably accurate for the most part, so the leases have some value based on that.......
ncpti
The current COO will coordinate further aspects of this company as we have seen that during the last few months the control delegated to the COO as occurrences mis happenstances occurred and the delegation that was afforded to him..... LOOKS like a work in progress....????
ncpti
I think there is way more in the initial deal that was not contemplated, or there were people just going along with the deal that was developed.
Not saying that was the right thing to do but more or less duped into what was transpired!
This deal was stopped and we know by who! So the arms length dealing was actually stopped in late 08/early 09!
Lets see how this plays out as RP will step down so that PGPM can regain their actual recognition! But there is way more to this....!!!
ncpti
LOL, no one knows what is going on. We do know that the leases or the money will be delivered at some point. Now how this got this way is very debatable....I have my own personal asumptions....and of course I don't think I am wrong by much! DSU is way out in left field, according to my take! More to come....soooooon, LOL
ncpti
LOL, I spoke with him as well before the 50,000/1 R/S, several times.......So now in retrospect, I realize anything he said I could have just as well picked up in a pasture! JMO
ncpti
Oh man, is anyone still here......where is NUBV MAN....O lord, how I miss him! LOL
ncpti
And I sent him an email noting the same as you just stated! He has an uphill battle and seems very willing to go the long mile! And doesn't seem to be put off by the challange.
ncpti
Here is another email.......

I did enjoy this email/post. Well thought out!
I could have done without the allegations.
It would be nice to know if this person is even a shareholder of Pilgrim.
What it’s going to take at this point is for me to put the website as priority.
I get excited about all the documents I could post that would answer everyone’s questions and concerns.
Of course instead, I have to answer emails and posts.
The only way to really solve any of this train wreck is to embrace the saying, “Actions speak louder than words.”

Subject: PGPM As Submitted By One Of Our Posters
Hey Matt, as submitted by one of our posters, is there anything you can openingly comment about the post attached....
___________________________________________________________
Look first at my posts 15953 and 15954 which links to 15126.
Posted lots more before that in prior months, or years...
What IS the retrospective form of "soon" ???
Anyway, take the lease numbers, the operators numbers, and look up the leases on the RRC website...
I’m going to post all RRC documents on the company website in due time.
There, you can follow a lease backward in time, to find prior operators... and record their numbers, and then go check up on their leases, too... etc. Or, you can search to find operators by name, if you find the right page...
It is odd, but searching the RRC website on different forms, or for different regions, might return different results. They might have that fixed up by now. There are anomalies that occur when the are doing updates, too. Persistence will provide information... a LOT more information than you could ever get from the company.
Anomalies generally occur because of the RRC district selected in the search and/or confusion over lease names and operator names. I’ve noticed posters before have referenced Operators that are in no way affiliated with Pilgrim just have a similar name. Lease numbers and operator numbers will be posted on the website.
I posted it here when I found proof the leases were being produced... and yet... the companies never even said a single word about it ? Anyone still wonder why ? You should each have a file that has all the lease numbers, and all the operator numbers, etc., and keep notes about what you do when digging around checking things out. Always good to have a ready list of perps and witnesses along with piles and piles of notarized notes. I did keep notes when I called up and chatted with all the various people who were listed as operators at various times, etc. So, even if they don't pop up in the RRC records any more, as curious as that is... I've got them.
The poster is right; everyone invested should really have a copy of the 51-101’s released in the past. I’m not sure if they are online, maybe on the Arcland website? I unfortunately can only post the 51-101 (2006) for Pilgrim as Arcland owns the latest (2008) 51-101.
Still got all that stuff somewhere around here... a LOT more information than they might think...
So... what IS the nature of the relationship that exists between Springfield and the folks at ACLY ???
Springfield is an Operator out of New York. They own several leases in the area and entered a JV with American Petroleum Corp to develop the Climax property only.
I looked at the RRC records and they produced a few hundred barrels off Climax since 2008. From research, most of the money is tied up at the hauler in a judgment against the lease from the property owner.
How ARE they planning to dispose of that $40 million note that has ACLY still VERY deeply in hock to PGPM ?
I hope ACLY somehow sells them or raises money off them. As I stated before, I’m being told that there are interested parties. I would prefer cash as payment but might have to take some equity. IMO, Payments must begin in earnest ASAP.
Why doesn't PGPM own ACLY lock, stock and every barrel already ?
As stated above . . . Might have to take some equity.
Why haven't the obvious frauds being practiced here resulted in much effort to do anything more than stop the swap of PGPM shares for ACLY shares. Did they really think that was the ONLY problem they were going to have ??? LOL!!!
I’m confused as to the question. I’m not aware of a “stop to swap of shares?” PGPM shareholders received a dividend of ACLY shares that were restricted for 12 to 24 months. I don’t know all the ins and outs as I was not employed by Pilgrim at that time. I’ve been told to speak to your broker as the restriction limit has passed and they should be free trading.
And, how ARE they going to avoid returning all of the leases and all of the oil revenues to PGPM in settlement of that HARD obligation, or in settlement of other claims, much more... while ACLY has been in default on that note since before they got it... or do much of anything, from the corners they've backed themselves into without committing another MASSIVE fraud ???
Legally, Arcland will have to do one of the following: come up with payment, surrender the leases, or enter into a negotiated settlement period. They’ve had 2 years to do something so I’m not inclined to give them much more time to make good.
I can't help but think that Springfield HAD to know about the ownership issues with the leases, and whose benefit it was that oil produced should have attached to ??? I think there needs to be a FULL AUDIT and a FULL ACCOUNTING of all the oil and all the monies, as well as all the ownership documents... to construct a full and complete time line and reconstruction of events.
I can’t comment on Springfield but I definitely agree with the audit portion of this statement.
If the companies don't want to do that... I expect there are a couple of ways they might be forced to do it, or, worse, have it done for them... by a forensic accountant who knows what to look for...
Maybe, but when the poster says “forced” that means a regulatory body which would be the death nail of Pilgrim.
The "accounting" effort we saw in the last PGPM filings is NOT going to cut it... and, as I said, it looks to me like posting that filing in itself constitutes a new proof of a new fraud.
No fraud, just an enormous mistake. The financial post was NOT by me; however, I do feel guilty for not verifying the post’s accuracy. I now have control of all OTC, Inc postings so it will not happen again as long as I’m with company.
I also wonder why the folks who bought all of that oil that was produced, and wrote checks for it... didn't really seem to care very much who owned the leases all that oil was collected from ??? Will be interesting to see where all the money went after the checks were cashed...
Since I have been with the company, and I believe quite some time before, no cash flow has come to Pilgrim from oil production. Arcland maybe, but I don’t know.
Personally, I don't see why it should take them very long to figure out how to put things here to rights...
I already know how to put things “right” in a few different ways. Let’s see how much resistance I get from other individuals and companies involved.
While I'm not overly impressed by any element of the frauds they've been running here... it also seems like they must have to have had some advice from some of the stupidest lawyers in the world...
In my opinion “frauds” is an offensive statement. Did RP shift the leasehold interests to a new company backed by a dividend of ACLY. YES! Would any of this stand up in court as “fraud”, NO. From what I’ve seen and researched a criminal investigation would be a waste of everyone’s time and money. It would also decimate any shareholder’s chance at an ROI.
That probably isn't fair, though... as I think stupid criminals pretty often don't do much to help the lawyers...
A criminal is defined by a court of law and not this poster.
Maybe they don't even HAVE real lawyers ???
Do we have good legal representation? YES. Can we afford to pay them right now? NO.
Put some of that in a post to the new guy... and see what you get back ???
As a shareholder of PGPM it’s in my best interest to increase share value so I can realize a healthy ROI. That’s assuming I don’t wise up and go make money elsewhere.
For what it is, I think it is pretty straight forward speaking,

I have several emails back from Matt O'Bryant one now and the other one in a few after work settles down a bit......MONDAY...

Put some of that in a post to the new guy... and see what you get back ???
Seems this is ramping up for an event!!!!!!!!!!
ncpti
OK done, White Russians on the table, knock a few off!
ncpti
Oh Lord, I,ll do that!
ncpti
Well blatantly, I don't know! Is what you are seeing as far as production stemming from an owner on a lease tied to the lease as recorded, I would assume, or to an owner of which someone is an owner, other than ..... ACLY??? Help here?? Could there be something there?
If the leases were fined and no production could be produced, ever, how is it that production is recorded?? I am not up on that end of it to know, but just asking the question!
ncpti
LOL, your getting pretty close to know the name or you do! Sell you tickets to the front row! Or do you play an instrument??? LOL
