no he hasn't so I'll try and call him tues. what low offer are you talking about
any response is good the more we get the more open it will become.lets all keep trying to send e-mails and then they know that there are some investors that want answers if no one responds to things they say they feel why say any thing keep the e-mails going
Fact #1: Colorado Goldfields has a relatively low market capitalization
A company’s market capitalization tells you the total market value of a company’s outstanding shares at that point in time. To calculate it, simply multiply the share price of a stock by the total number of shares outstanding.
Colorado Goldfields currently has a market capitalization under $2 billion which falls into category of "small-cap" stocks. Small-cap stocks have both positive and negative aspects you need to be aware of before investing.
On the negative side, small-cap stocks carry a higher risk profile than larger-capitalized companies. While it is certainly possible for a large company to go bankrupt and for its share price sink to zero (Enron ring a bell?), the odds of a smaller company going caput, are much higher.
As well, small-cap stocks are inherently more volatile. Price swings of 10% or more a day are normal. Therefore, it is best to only invest in small-cap companies if you have a high risk tolerance and can stomach large, quick movements in the share price.
That being said, there is one big advantage small-cap companies have over their larger-sized counterparts. That’s potential upside.
Statistically it is much easier for a smaller company to multiply in value than it is for a larger company. It is not uncommon to see small-cap shares jump 2... 5... even 10-fold (or more).
Therefore, the returns on small-cap stocks such as Colorado Goldfields can be staggering.
Fact #2: Colorado Goldfields has a relatively low number of shares outstanding
Companies with a low number of shares outstanding are advantageous because shareholder value has not been diluted.
Also, companies with low outstanding shares are often more explosive relative to companies with a large number of shares in the marketplace. This is because a low number of shares outstanding means a tighter float and, consequently, a smaller marketplace for a stock.
Since share prices are determined by supply and demand, a sudden increase in buying will likely overwhelm the number of sellers and result in an upward price surge.
Fact #3: Colorado Goldfields is still “under the radar” of Wall Street
A sound strategy for making money in the markets is to buy a rock-solid company while it’s still "under the radar" of Wall Street.
By getting in before anyone else knows about the stock, you put yourself in a position to ride the stock higher as other investors discover the company’s potential and bid up the share price.
Because Colorado Goldfields is a small-cap company, the stock is not yet known to the vast majority of Wall Street’s big money players. However, as Colorado Goldfields develops its business and increases marketing efforts, it could attract a larger following from Wall Street. And that could send the share price soaring.
Fact #4: The management team running Colorado Goldfields is experienced and capable of growing the company
Taking a company public doesn’t guarantee success. A successful public company must have a management team with the experience and expertise to create value for shareholders.
Management must know how to establish and execute an economically viable business plan, build the brand and company image, organize and motivate employees, and do it in as timely and cost-efficient a manner as possible.
The management team running Colorado Goldfields is capable of this. Not only is the team experienced, but they are driven to grow the company and create shareholder value.
Fact #5: Colorado Goldfields has the right promotion
Being the world’s greatest company means nothing if no one knows about it. A company needs to actively undertake investor relations and publicity campaigns to spread the word about their product or service.
Doing this not only brings exposure to the company, but it will inevitably bring in new investors and add liquidity to the stock – both good things.
An illiquid is stock makes it difficult for investors to enter/exit positions quickly and invariably results in larger bid/ask spreads. Large bid/ask spreads means you aren’t receiving optimal pricing and that's money out of your pocket.
Many stocks that are relatively unknown suffer from a lack of liquidity. However, with investor relations and publicity programs in-place, Colorado Goldfields is actively working to ensure a liquid environment for its stock.
Thank you I called and Gary is to return my call I'll call again Monday

I think we need a new CEO the mine looks outstanding to me Gary A. has failed in communcations, inkeeping share holders on top of future plans. The rest of the team look good to me the mine has very high grade gold samples. So share price should be higher I blame Gary for this. Holders need to start calling and sending e-mails and just maybe they will get the massage I have been e-mailing every day but one email is not enough we need more holders to start calling and writing I think we should be a least 1.15 per share in what we have.
it can only retest low's made if it goes lower then I was wrong about this being the low so if it breakes the low we made yesterday it could go .000 let hope it holds here.
I sent e-mails out yesterday and will do the same today.
yes at .014 got a bag full and will add if price does not go lower
yes it was lame Guyer headged around the mill question and other questions about stuff here in Colorado the mine the picked up down south is so they can resell it I think we all should start e-mailing Guyer all our concerns and questions until we get some answers, just re e-mail the same e-mail until you get answer. thats my plan
For a mine that is mineing it sure is down lower than it should be. There value should be much higher. I think we or someone needs to find Gary A. and shake him to see if his pockets are full of our gold nuggets.I be trying to call company any one elese to call would be a great help. start flooding so we get some PR's
I'm back on board with you we need to get the board marks higher a few more belgrats and scalleywags and off we sail matey!
from that we have a mine that is up and running hope it works out. I would like to see more foucoss on Silverton mines but will watch and see what come from this.
the info on this board is so good that I never have to say anything. if you are being delett. it's TOU that you have vilated. I have seen those that post when things are going south and they are not being deleted so get over it buy some and enjoy the ride
Thank you for the reply and welcome look forward to any insight you can give.
Rember mesg.#104 I said it looked like it would test the 0.014 area well now I think I'll get back in with a little and if it dosen't break lows I'll start adding.
If you where working for them can you provide some contact numbers for those of us that are trying to reach them for coments to questions we have about the company. That would be very helpful. TIA
When Buckshot and I was in town asking all over the place from other buseness and persons we found at the mill and not one of them hented that they were slow at paying there bills or did not pay. As a vendor I can't what would be del. if they are not up and running? You sound very suspect and very new to the I hub group.
C. Guyer management site I called the number and left a message for him to do a press release on CFGIA or to return my call.
http://www.guyermanagement.com/

Thanks bob My feelings for this company are strong one if anyone takes time and goes over to Silverton and take a close look at the dirt goes through the mill and stops and reads the many historcal placks along the road up to the mill they would have to be blind and dumb not to see the pontincal in all the mines that they are buying. I have talked with John Ferguson and plan on going back there in late spring to early summer for a tour of mine sites mill and other places anyone elese that can plan on being up there would be welcome. And anyone that has more Questions can call John Ferguson at the number for the Mill. he's there most days M-F This Ghiana thing Was spoke about once but keeps being drug up over and over as if its the real deal those with concerns should give Guyer a call it's not a concern of mine my focus is on Silverton Colorado. Jennea has some points and concerns and if this person could make some calls we could get some very good amswers so instead of groning on here pick up the phone and find your answers and share them with the rest here. Lets all try and plan a trip up to Silverton this next year it would be fun.
Gotta love how this is moveing up just like stair steeps good support every week. When it does take off there will be no stopping it. hold on for the ride!
sure wish I had dry powder for buying today I'll be buying next week I really think we are just shaking out those with stops and week hands, Great buying op
all the new engery bulbs use less engery, blowing smoke around a plane bulb and the zevotek blub the smoke disaparies about the same I cant copy the U tube deal but in a open room the results are the same to the naked eye
I 'am just sharing my own findings it work good under the house but not as a reading lite and how do you test on your own that it works in the first place I guess because U tube say's it does that must be good enough for you.
I did buy the bulb at walgreens, I found that I could not set under it for long periods when reading, It would make my shoulders hurt and made me feel like I was getting weak so I moved it under my house where its on 24-7 and It did help with the smell under the house. I had it in the kitchen and it dosen't get rid of bacon smell. I doubt if I'd buy another one. You have no way to tell if it's working a meter to test for pos ions is very costly
They should run sandwich adds in local papers here in Colorado Springs and Pueblo never seen any just the other subs. Advertising pays
so hot today! it a go go no go!!! hahahahaha
we could start puting stuff up on face book and draw some in to buying the new web site has a place for face book
