Thanks for the clarification. That clears up why the mysterious "Kron" only answers a few people and his writing style varies from one or two word answers, to some with full sentences.

At any rate, as a VP, he wouldn't have time to be talking to all of the posters here in email. If he is aware of what his IR guys are saying, I guess they are representing the company using his name. Almost everything posted here from Kron has been coming true which is a good sign.

The split and dividend are a ways off but the symbol change will happen in early May. That should be soon.

Calling in for trades happened before, it was just a few days before the run to a nickle. Eturd and a few others were involved.

1. They began to set the stock in downward spiral when it first open. While doing so, they shorted and now they are covering before the symbol change.

2. They are recieving the short position from NITE or SBSH

3. someone worked with RBCM to be friends to us. Most of the MM's singed on for PMCL have gone long IMO. It seems like NITE wants to run this stock, he usually bounces off of 019 and 015 all the time. If he runs it, he can cover his FTD"s much faster. With RBCM churning the price where it is, its a shove in NITE's face.

Interesting points. Some questions about this theory came up that maybe you can clarify.

In #1 you say that RBCM is covering now. Many days they are on the ask only and not on the bid. It doesn't look like covering when they are selling shares.

#2 How do you know they are receiving the short position from NITE or SBSH?

This looks like there are two events, the spinoff with stock dividends, and the forward split at the end of June.

OK yeah, I think the bashers can be pretty mean sometimes.

The reason I think he is clever is that in his statement,
"are you illerate and can't read !!!!", he is trying to embarass someone and calling them ILLITERATE, unable to read or write.

In his statement though, he misspells ILLITERATE. I thought that was clever. Kinda like the Marx brothers. :)
