Agree, this company has so much upside, just a little set back in price but no set back in company revenues. We will be great in the long term.

Looks like on Food Hive.ph app they will have a medical section of the app, and they will be selling there masks on this app. This App will be up and running on May 4 2020.

actually we just need to release the 8k, then release the large purchases of PPE materials, then we need MLB to start, we need more financing like that 2 million then we need to start buying back shares and retiring them...stuff like that...we don't need to get silly and do a reverse split.

We need a natural increase in price with stock buy back instead of reverse split so the price goes back down, I think R/S is a horrible Idea, but hey maybe you like it it is all IMO

They just set up the bonus a little extreme, which by Q2 or Q3 I don't remember, but will be ending this extreme bonus of shares. His base salary is $340K which is good, and I believe he does deserve a bonus, this is a little on the extreme side. Glad they realized this and they are going to eliminate this.

Next conference call I am going to not only ask about Mr. Ron...I want to know if he would retire any of those shares he was bonused. I would also ask that if in the future they want to uplist, like in a year from now, do a buy back and retire shares and make price go up naturally instead of doing a reverse split.

I tweeted at both of them last night saying that Verus Food, should get there products to the grocery stores around the Philippians (might be there already) so Mr. Ron can put Versus Food on his app.

The App maybe associate or not, but as I said before a week and a half after they said they bought 51% in Top Apparel he came out with the app.

This App would be a whole universe of possibilities, but first step getting there food on this App.

Because it is not a pump stock, it is a real company with real revenue, though they also have lots of expenses right now because they are growing, and acquiring different lines....Acquiring different lines is not cheap. So therefore why it is not sky rocketing like you want it too.

Did you miss the masks they are making?

Pumping Masks, when clearly they are producing masks, I don't get how that is a pump? That is truth, people are intertwining the word Pump and truth. The only thing we are saying is the truth. They are producing masks, so not sure why you are upset.

Nice Call on the price, but who cares on the daily price, they are producing revenues, and yes expenses too, but that happens in companies starting out and acquiring and building there business.

Price will go up in the long run due to the revenues and eventually expenses will go down, but Mr. Ron and Verus is real, and if real (is a pump) then many companies are in the same boat.

I don't pump, all I said is they are creating business and producing more revenue. I guess if that is a pump then my definition of pump is much different than yours is.

It is truth that they have been creating more business and revenue. I know one of the items did not work out for them, but hey none of us are perfect. I am just wanting the 8k to know they are in business with Mr. Ron for sure. He is a true success as a human and business person.

Agree they are predictable so the 10Q will come after market, wish we could get an 8k during the day.

This company has everything going for it, it truly has beauty written all over it, it might take a bit for it to hit these huge expectations of .25 but it will get there.

There is real companies out there and if people would just follow Mr. Ron on Facebook they would know the guy is a genius. Look at what he has accomplished since Verus helped. More and More medical products, he posts for all to see, so he is not just making up random pictures with random medical workers, with random Frontliners.

People really need to figure out life. Knocking a man who helps others is down right pathetic.
