Well it ain't out of my system from this weekend yet,,,,,, raised more than one glass,,,, that's for sure....Excedrin isn't exactly doin the job this A.M.
I think we need to step back and look at the steady flow of information that we are starting to see. Mr. Berman is apparently realizing for a variety of reasons that he needs to move in that direction. Yes, questions always exist, but we need to raise a glass to that!
I would, however, like to see these items in a steady PR flow, instead of the website only. Hopefully, we will.
The questions exist and it is never going to be exactly as each of us would like it, but let's at least appreciate moves in the direction we desire.

Loof,
Do they let you plant those flowers up at Rolling Hills as a form of therapy? If so, I think that is wonderful.
PC
Cool, really cool....
Thanks.
I have a question for all of you. Who here actually wants to see the share price of RSDS go through the roof and who enjoys watching it sit in the gutter?
I know where I stand!

The PR is everywhere as well.

Russell Industries Releases Laboratory Analytical Report
Wednesday October 3, 7:01 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On September 17, 2007, Russell Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSDS - News), uploaded a field report to the company web site (http://www.ru308.com/2007_09_17_news.asp). The report included photographs and details of a tailings pile located on the site of one of the company's claims in Elk Ridge, Utah. The pile is located close to an abandoned uranium mine, last believed to be in operation in the mid 1960s. The pile is estimated at around 20 truck-loads - approximately 500 - 600 tons. A sample of rock from this pile was sent to Energy Laboratories, Inc. (www.energylab.com) for analysis. The results of this Analytical Summary were released to the web site on October 1, 2007 (http://www.ru308.com/2007_10_01_news_02.asp), and they show that the uranium concentration in the sample was 0.2% - a level considered rich enough to be treated as good, mineable ore. The Company believes, based upon further discussions with the laboratory, that there is a high probability that the underlying ore in the tailings pile may be of higher grade than the tested sample, due to the fact that uranium ore is water soluble. The sample was taken only from the surface of the pile and it appears reasonable to believe that this sample ore may have been negatively affected by decades of weathering.

A mining permit has already been filed with the State of Utah and the U.S. Forest Service. This permit will enable Russell Industries to remove the tailings pile and send it to a mill for processing and sale. An independent archaeologist has been engaged to research any environmental issues that may affect the progress of the permitted operations. Findings will be reported to State of Utah and the U.S. Forest Service.
In anticipation of the permit's impending approval, a trucking company has been selected, although not yet contracted, to remove the tailings pile and deliver same to the processing mill. A contract has been obtained from a mill and, upon its completion and subsequent acceptance, Russell Industries will receive a "lot number" designated for the uranium ore it delivers.

I just worry that as soon as the price starts going north, the naysayers will come out to prevent it going much higher. Wonder if he plans to PR it????
Just wondering,,,, if the ask is .0002 why wouldn't they be selling at .0002?
Thanks.
Let's get that news national. It is positive and we need it.
Thanks Aware.
I wish he would understand that it validates everything by including the letterhead and sharing the lab information. It makes it real!
Thnaks RB.
not news
Will you be updating the share structure to remove the restricted shares?
Do you mean arithmetic? LOL
20,000,000 all at ask

With all due respect where do we draw the line?

Dak, I don't blame you for any of this,,,, Berman is the man,,,, just that I was willing to accept the questioning from those among us who had suspicions,,,, you Booyah'd through it all and ignored it all. Hey no hard feelings,,,, it is what it is at this point and who knows maybe we'll hear a Booyah again someday!

Dak, I hate to say this, but I think you've contributed an awful lot toward Berman's big head. I mean you drank so much Koolaid for so long,,,, it is sometimes hard to stomach the reverse position you've taken at this point. There was never really a happy medium for you,,,,, all or nothing. Don't take this personally,,,, well I guess it's hard not to but I think you get my point.

Listen Righty,,,, since he won't address any of our concerns then we absolutely have much to be concerned about here. If we didn't have all these things to fear, then he would not have stopped responding to shareholder emails (or selective shareholders) and he would have addressed these things in his cryptic PR today. Instead as always seems to be the case, another RSDS PR has been released and we are left with as many questions as answers and I'm being generous.
But remember that wasn't PR'd,,,, just a website teaser...
So, does anyone think we'll see another PR this week regarding???:
The Company has also sent core samples from its Rage Claims located in Utah's Elk Ridge, to be assayed and anticipates the results to be issued before the end of September.
What about???:
This tailings pile is so “hot” that even the air 5 feet above its surface registered 30 one hundredths on the Geiger counter. The pile itself is of impressive size. Although it was not actually measured, it is reasonable to believe that this tailings pile, if removed, would take at least twenty full truck loads. A sample from this tailings pile has already been sent to an independent laboratory for purposes of confirmation.
Amen Briboy!
Mr. Berman,
Please tell me what shread of positive news you've offered would make a shareholder confident about the future prospects of this company. The only good news pumped in your PR states that the restricted shares will be lowered now that you are not (or RSDS is not) purchasing AUMN. Wasn't AUMN and the acquisition of such reported as a positive occurrence for RSDS? Then we find out through various channels that you and not RSDS purchased AUMN. Now 3 months later we are supposed to be happy about that acquisition disappearing along with 2.3 billion restricted shares that weren't a part of the mix 30 days ago anyway. This is one of the biggest games of "pull one over on the shareholders" that I have ever been associated with. You are now making it clear that you plan to raise funds through a new 504. As we look back 3 months, we find a variety of PR's leading up to the end of the 504 and the actual end of the 504. It was all positive wasn't it? Didn't you promote it as great news? We all thought it was. Now what are your future plans? You and yes, YOU (not a bunch of Ihubbers) have driven your share price into the ground through YOUR actions and we now have a new 504 filing (apparently) so you will continue to raise your funds off the backs of your shareholders that you care deeply about without financing a cent on your own.
Your loyal shareholders are done standing for this misinformation campaign and it is going to end!
Regards,
PC
What do people do when they are doing wrong and are confronted with it?
Answer: They blame the messenger. Berman has blamed the messenger for months and months, while never confronting any of the issues brought forward. He has had every opportunity to do so yet he throws it right back at a bunch of Ihubbers causing all his problems
Maybe it's time to fess up Rick, because it would be easier to address here than in court don't ya think?

Did the drill break???? I doubt it becuase I still feel like I'm being drilled big time!
And remember we have received no PR stating that it was a mistake, therefore publicly the appearance is still that AUMN is part of Russell Industries. The PR below from July 5th also refers to the acquisition by RSDS. Did he make the same mistake twice? OOOOOOPS! Yet we have email responses to shareholders stating that we have no interest in AUMN.
Russell Industries: -American Uranium Mining Company (AUMN.PK): New Symbol and Reverse Split
HOUSTON, TX, Jul 05, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) announces that its most current acquisition, American Uranium Mining Company (formerly Ithaca Industries) will be trading under its new symbol AUMN.PK and will have a 1-45 Reverse Split of its common stock effective at the opening of business today. RSDS acquired AUMN, which owns 68 Uranium Mining Claims located in the Briger Jack section, San Juan County, Utah in June. "This acquisition is synergistic with Russell Industries focus on the Uranium market and will increase our holding company's assets to 322 Uranium mining claims which will now encompass 6,440 acres in San Juan County."
Briboy,
The fact of the matter is that the AUMN acquisition was PR'd as a positive event for RSDS and in reality it has nothing to do with RSDS. That is flat out deception and if that is not the case, there would have been no need to PR it in the first place. I have really had it with letting everything slide here as honest mistakes. It is beginning to look like the strategy that Mr. Berman likes to refer to is in reality a well laid out plan to deceive shareholders. Every PR needs to be corrected,,,,, always full of errors,,,,, always missing important details,,,,, never enough info to sink your teeth into. It is out of hand and somebody needs to answer for it. I think we know less now than we did in January.

Good Luck Loof.
I'm beginning to wonder if the choice of the RSDS symbol was part of Mr. Berman's strategic plan. I know I've noticed most of these symptoms while watching my investment suffer more shrinkage than the last time I jumped in the ocean off the Maine coast. Any thoughts????
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome (RSDS) is thought to be caused by damage to the sympathetic nervous system. The main symptoms include chronic burning pain that worsens with time and reduced movement of the affected body part. The syndrome is more likely to target the arms and legs than other parts of the body. RSDS sometimes resolves in around two years or so but many people have to endure the symptoms for the rest of their lives. The exact cause is unclear, but research indicates that nerve damage is to blame. The nerves may be injured by surgery or trauma (particularly high impact trauma such as a gun-shot wound) but the initial cause isn't always found. The syndrome can affect anyone regardless of age or gender, however, women between the ages of 40 and 60 years are slightly more at risk. Treatment includes medications such as pain killers (analgesics) and physical therapy. Another name for RSDS is complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).
Symptoms
The symptoms of RSDS usually occur near the injury site, and can include:
Chronic burning pain
Muscle spasms
Localised swelling
Excessive sweating
Extreme sensitivity to touch
Skin changes
The overlying skin is red and warm at first but then turns blue and cold
The pain worsens with time
The pain spreads from the injury site to include the entire limb
Weakened bones
Osteoporosis
Painful joints
Reduced movement in joints
Muscles and tendons constrict and may displace the joint in severe cases
Moving the affected limb becomes painfully unbearable
In time, muscles wither from lack of use.
