Only one thing wrong with your detective work......it ABSOLUTELY FAILS TO ADDRESS the statements I have made about NEOMEDIA.
Why not spend your time, Success, trying to put lipstick on the pig, and if you will not do that, explain why you are unable to admit TO YOURSELF that your Neomedia experience has been a dreadful experience, and that you, in your wildest dreams, having listened to the pumpers, COULD HAVE EVER EVER CONCEIVED that this stock would be at .045, with next to no buying interest from anybody.
Better get back to checking the posts more accurately, you sleuth, you.......sometime over the last couple of weeks I said the technology was getting left behind, and you or another similar person in denial tried to call me out on it.....think it was dlethe.....
For me, I have neither the time nor the inclination to spend the kind of time you do, digging through past posts, playing the Sherlock role.
But thanks for trying!!
Nor do I have to respond to anything. I am one of the few stating the undeniable recent history and the past and present status of the PPS.......the cheerleading crew needs to explain how in the world they could have possibly BEEN THIS WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY....instead of a supercompany it is the epitome of a failed company, with mismanagement that is off the charts......they had their 15 minutes of fame and blew it, meanwhile, the ever faster changing world of technology that includes companies like google, for one, companies that have deep pockets and incredible talent, have flown right on by.
You have been duped and this board is proof of how when you have enough people telling each other all is well, even when the evidence(PPS)clearly shows otherwise, that the denial can go on unabated, in spite of proof that there is truly some real serious trouble in paradise.
Remember, we ain't talking about a stock that has lost 20% of it's value, we are talking about one that has lost 90-95% of it's value........and yet some still are not grounded enough with who they are to be able to acknowledge that they have been not wrong, but incredibly wrong. Their fragile self-image will not allow them to admit defeat, in most cases.
Google is experimenting with a few wireless communications systems including some completely novel concepts," according to the Web-site recruitment text. "We are building a small team of top-notch Logic Designers and Analog Designers aimed at nothing less than making the entire world's information accessible from anywhere for free."
I told you people before on here that new technologies, most not yet unveiled or not completely developed, will make the neomedia tech seem antiquated ......technology growth comes faster and faster at us.
Passing Neomedia by.........yes, I said that recently and stand by it, and if that were not the case, these sub-nickel shares would be getting gobbled up. Why is there not EVEN ONE deep-pocketed person stepping up and saying, "Give me a couple million shares today".
The folks that have done REAL DD, not message board copying and pasting, have simply said thanks but no thanks to Neomedia. Is that true and how am I sure?? Well, just look at the volume of late..........the volume speaks so loud we cannot hear a word the incessant cheerleaders are screaming at us. But the posting on this board has diminished considerably right along the decline in the PPS, and most go silently. Perhaps if you went back a few months and look at the posters, you would be saying, "Oh, yeah, I had forgotten about them, wonder what happened to them?".....simple, they were smarter than the rest and got out sooner as the avalanche came tumbling down...they acknowledged their mistake, took their medicine, and moved on to life after NEOM.
Only a handful of true blue hardheads are left to carry the flag now.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE from an earlier post?? And then someone posted a bunch of Copus comments....
Copus is long gone, as far away as he can get from this debacle.
Absolutely correct.....sold my last the day of CJ's resignation for .075.
A CEO, particularly after the struggle of the last year, would CLEARLY NOT BE RESIGNING, FORCED OR OTHERWISE, if good things were anywhere close. You need 60% to get to where I sold, and how I wish I had been less hard-headed and sold when Tobin gave it up at .11.
Eleven cents sounds huge now, does it not?? But most of you, and certainly me, did not want to hear the truth from Tobin, and our pride and stubborness, in different degrees for each individual, kept us in.......did it not??
Looks like pre-bombshell shelling.......head for the shelters!!!!!!!!!!
NO, NADA, buying interest.......who would have ever thought you could buy NEOM for .045 and there would be no takers??
Remember when everybody thought a quarter was absolute bottom??
Sheesh!!!!!!
Chartist had NEOM right but HIS pick of GZRX back at .0044 is now at .0008.
Not sure if he jumped out a window or not.
What time does the bomb drop today, does anybody know?? Afterhours, I will venture, unless, of course, they delay the inevitable.
No doubt, WHATEVER IT SAYS, that the dream team will be telling us they have turned the corner, yada, yada, yada, no matter the lack of revenues.
LOL about treating you like the other promisers, Neom2006!!
Good luck with that!!!!!!
Does anybody know what day the numbers are coming out???
HAS NOBODY called Ft. Myers to find out???
While I most certainly have to disagree with your rosy view of NEOM, hightechjunkie, I must commend your taste in music..LOL...Dire Straits is a tremendous band and I have some live cds my younger brother sent me that are wonderful.
NEOM stock seems to be pretty stable right here. On the hopeful side of things, maybe it is trying to build a solid floor here, and on the negative side of things, you can never be too sure what will come flying in from left field, in this case left field being the beautiful city of Ft. Myers, home of an incredible case of mismanaging a promising technology.
No, I think if there is ever a lawsuit, it will be one more for principle than anything.
I think it is a very rare occurrence when shareholders get anything, particularly when you consider this is a diluted pennystock company.
Hopefully, for you folks, it will never be an issue. Once again, the primary problems are the dilution and the truly incredible case of mismanagement of the last two years, highlighted by, but not limited to, the MORE THAN TRULY INCREDIBLE SHOPPING SPREE with exorbitant price guarantees for those fortunate companies.......
They were all wise enough to say sure, bring it on, we win either way!!!!!!!!!
Bob said.........witht the two most negative posters.........regarding bankruptcy.
I did not mention bankruptcy, that I recall anyhow, but I have clearly said that you will need massive revenues to move the stock since you have massive dilution........do the math on a billion shares and see how much PROFIT you need to move the stock......
Brace yourself for that report...may we respectfully advise to be sitting down when you are served notice of just how bad things are.
Believe it or not, I cannot represent Brewskih in any form or fashion, as I do not know him.
But I can assure you that many are the thanks from those who listened to him and disappeared from this board over the last several months........
Go back several months and look at the list of posters, and how many threw in the cards and moved on.
YOUR stock is at four and a half cents, man, come on!!!!!
Even if you did not listen to Brewskih back at .30, you could have listened to Tobin at .11
You NOW NEED at 244% gain to get you back to where Tobin Smith told you he saw no other option on Neomedia but to sell at .11 and take the loss and move on. You must understand that this was a huge embarrassment to Tobin and his inflated ego, in fact, he gave management every opportunity to redeem themselves and they could not, because the company was already sunk, and they knew it. The buying frenzy with the sickening price guarantees was a last-ditch effort at salvaging the company because they knew Neomedia, in and of itself, had run out of gas, and had missed their shot. Ask Drmyke how much more his investment would be worth if he had done that.........we are talking some serious money here.
You now need the equivalent of a $45 stock going to $110 just to get back to where Tobin told you to get out!! And you need the same $45 stock to go to $700 to get back to the highs, when the euphoria and the get-rich quick mentality took it far further than it should have been.
Remember, the ticker tape does not lie, it simply states the facts, the reality, the REAL VALUE of your stock.
A long-winded post there, Beam, but what it reveals to me is that me and one or two others posting the TRUTH about NEOM is quite disconcerting to the blind-folded cheerleading squad.
The last week or so the renewed hope with the meeting and all had people, AGAIN, thinking that finally NEOM would get some validation.
The lack of any truly brilliant individuals at Ft. Myers really hurt them. They all sat around waiting for the next guy to figure out what they needed to do next, and when they knew the world was closing in around them, and they had failed to figure out any way to generate revenues, well, then they tried to bring in a martin copus, thinking he might be the NEOM savior.....of course, he failed or simply realized that NEOM was dead in the water and left.
And the remarkable history of never-ending dilution, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME MAKING SURE THE INSIDERS were set up bigtime, well, that ruined any meaningful chance of PPS recovery...and the dilution ain't over yet.
This is a Cornell gold mine, plain and simple. IMHO, there is little if any regard for the welfare of the common shareholder. Better take an OBJECTIVE look at the volume of the last few days, and then ask yourself if there is really something big about to happen.
If that is not a promotional piece for Neomedia, I do not know what is...LOL
Big money wants no part of Neomedia, those that have the capability to do REAL dd, not message board dd, like on here.
They have all come at various times into the NEOM shop, and after careful deliberation, have left, saying no thanks, but have a good day!!!
This one is for pipedreamers and wannabee dd types only. May I also add it is for the "get rich quick" "want something for nothing" types.
But that illusion has been shattered as the 2 year chart will lend irrefutable evidence to that effect.
There ain't nothing here, folks...other than just another penny stock gone bad and dead in the water, waiting for enough water to come on board to sink her and put her out of her misery.
Exactly, Drmyke....and now you are starting to understand how NEOMEDIA already got left behind.
Proof, you say??
Pull up a 2 year chart. The chart speaks so loud, I cannot hear a word from the cheerleading squad and dream team.
Excellent post, sir.....you hit the nail perfectly on the head.
1000 shares traded today in first 13 minutes.
Need I say more??
I am sure some will say "Hoorah, nobody is selling". What about the micropaint closing in November??
What about 12Snap settlement???
Drmyke, I am all for you, man, but to compare the NEOM situation and history with the WI-LAN is wishful thinking, most assuredly.
Nonetheless, I hope you get some reprieve here, but never ever think that the Ft. Myers bunch has done anything but screw their common shareholders.
They live in wealth as do their Cornell pals, and the typical retail investor is just fodder.
Gee, it sure seems it is time to change the name of this board from NEOM to GENERAL MOBILE MARKETING or some such.
We have more than one that apparently googles in MM news and then posts every newspaper article or blog from around the world.
All of which, of course, simply reminds us of the painful truth of the truly incredible failure and fumbling of the ball of the last couple of years by the Ft. Myers group, who, BTW, have lived in considerable luxury, while all the while throwing out enough hints in PRs to suggest that the motherlode is in sight......been going on for years.
But the stock price clearly shows us that the jig is up. How many of you blindfolded cheerleaders would defend any other stock that had lost over 90%?? Is it not time to admit to yourself that you got duped, you made a horrendous mistake, and it is now time to look for some truly viable companies to invest what you have left.
For most of you, your fatal flaw was wanting to get rich through the "something for nothing" business model...and the greed of hitting the lotto failed again.
Good luck.
Reading all these posts of this week, I would have thought for sure that with all the purported, "just around the corner" behemoth breakthroughs, that the people in the know, either from NEOM or companies they are supposedly doing business with......well, let's just say it is disappointing that nobody to speak of is buying the stock.
Do you think it is:
A) People that understand finance and share counts and such have determined that the company has already been destroyed by the incompetent and self-serving management, not to mention the vulture capitalist Cornell Capital??
B) People are figuring out that the patents simply are not what they were supposed to be, and that in a world of lightning-fast technological change, other and better technologies will leave Neomedia with a bookmark as a sad story???
C) All of the above.
D) All of the above and much, much more.
CORRECT ANSWER is: D
But it is time to go work out and walk on the Atlantic Ocean Beach, so I will not elaborate tonight!!
I am close to Orlando and may just go myself, though I have not looked at what it takes to get in, if anything.
Please advise. You people know you can count on me to give you an objective report on Neomedia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Have we not seen any insider buying......even at these distraught levels??
Had an acquaintance email me last night that the next time he sees a primary in a company, as in CF back at .25, he will never listen to the song and dance from another primary in the company, as in CJ back at .25, telling him to think nothing of CF selling, that he just had some real estate commitments and thus the massive selling, that CF was as excited about the company as he had ever been, yada yada yada.........
Just think about it, most everybody here saw BIG DADDY selling at .25, but the pipedream leaders and cheerleaders on here kept on saying life is great, and if you stay in NEOM, you could be truly wealthy....LOL
Or just think about had you listened to Tobin when he said the ship is going down, jump overboard as quick as you can. Had any of the board members done that, think how much more you would have in your piggy bank.
Remember, the only hope for survival now will include throwing the existing common shareholder overboard!!!
He is referring to the undisputed history of a couple of posters on here, who have not just been wrong on occasion, but have been wrong on almost, if not every, prediction.......and for a considerable period of time. His sentiment is surely not his alone, he is just more willing to speak the truth and subject himself to the wrath of people who post like the one you just offered.
Remember, the PPS is the only real measure of anything because it is the only one you can convert to cash and take to the bank. And it has been on a precipitous drop from over .70 to .047. Those two numbers are documented and are not subject to the hype and dream and delusion that the speculators and dreamers on here offer.
In case you haven't noticed, let me reiterate....WHILE THE DREAM TEAM WAS ON HERE PUMPING for the last year and leading more sheep to slaughter, the PPS has lost OVER 90% of its value. Wholesale decimation of stockholder value, pure and simple.
Thanks, Jonesie.........I hope more of you write and call Cornell and tell them what you think. Ask them how they sleep at night.
Might be time for Cramer's Real Money to do another piece on the vulture capitalists, of which Cornell is the primary culprit.
In fact, I would encourage this board to write Cramer or Marketwatch or the Motley Fool or somebody else to expose the dirty baztards.
Yep, the hype and false promises, of both last week and over the last year or so, cause plenty of aggravation and in the long run, serve only to HURT the PPS.
From .70 to .045 says more than anybody on here can refute!!
Might need a re-test of the .04 area.
What happened to the big meeting and JP's prediction that a news item was coming out the same day??
Did I miss something or did I forget I was in Dreamland??
What is going on with 12Snap, anybody care to venture how painful that settlement will be??
Will it be the final death knell that puts neomedia out of its and its shareholders' misery???????
Apparently, Joe Jensen, CJ's son, is another who is no longer with Neomedia. Does anybody here know the timing and/or circumstances with that??
Please remove the post in front of this one, the one where the Elliot character asks if NEOM2006 is a teenager...
Cheap shot??? Of course it is.
And congrats on another good day for NEOM!!!
Here, I will repost the post from awhile back....I see nothing here that needs any explanation or refers to a previous post.....
The only question might be who was the "knowledgeable party"......well, it was not PP, or Brewskih, or any other person that has ever been mentioned by name on here......somebody that I CONSIDER to be pretty well-versed on the mm arena and Neomedia, in particular.
Simple as that.......now for those who missed my post of awhile back, perhaps some should read it, since Success brought the issue back up:

Did it ever cross your mind that the companies that MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT they had an interest in Neomedia technology also did THEIR DD, which certainly is more objective than the kind submitted on here.
Did it ever cross your mind that at least some of these people went back through the history of PRs released by this company and quickly determined that all is not what it appears to be.
Let me explain something to you, all these PRs that hinted at something big always just around the corner, you know, the ones that have left such a bad taste in the mouths of many retail investors. Well, sir, those same PRs have left a very poor impression on some other people, according to reliable sources this morning. And no, that is just the personal opinion of somebody who is very knowledgeable in this arena, certainly not me.
And that was before the same parties had determined that the technology had been passed by and that there were some new things in the near future that would almost make Neomedia a historical footnote.
Please refresh me on what comments you said that I said before, I see these posts but think there must be one more that you are referring to.
Thanks, success!!
A rather simple comparison between brewskih posts and my posts would clearly reveal, to the simplest of minds, that it is UNDOUBTEDLY two different people.
Come on, man. Why not address the issues, instead of trying to distract people from the reality of the disastrous NEOM journey by focusing on the poster????????????????
I said the stock was the equivalent of 4.80, maybe I was being too generous, I think the close yesterday was lower.
Why did the collective braintrust between Nokia and Scanbuy and others do their own NEOM dd and decide they were neither necessary or desirable??
This stock can not move back up very much, at least and until you get some resolution on 12Snap and the micropaint business. Both of those disastrous purchases were the result of CJ and others seeing that they had nothing going that would provide revenues to sustain the company, desperate last-ditch efforts in other words. I still remember the day after the micropaint deal, Mr. Kaminer telling me this was going to be a "cash cow" that would sustain the company while it waited on the mobile marketing arena to realize what NEOMEDIA had to offer...the cash cow comments were from CJ, according to Mr. Kaminer.
Cash cow, indeed, but the kind that drains the kitty, not the kind that provides the sustenance to keep alive a dying animal.
Yep, the much-ballyhooed DD from this board has certainly turned out to be RIGHT ON, huh??
The primary group of pumpers and dreamers have been very successful at serving the kool-aid to the cult followers!!!
Many of the followers have died off and others are pretty much on life-support, regarding their NEOM IHUB love affair!!!
How many of them wish they had never heard of this board. Is there possibly any other board on the internet with this many bright prognosticators and whose stock has lost all but a shrivel of its purported value??
Isn't the real measure of a company the PPS, pure and simple??
Once again, take a quick look at the 2 year chart. A one way slide DOWN the hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good article...which only serves to rub salt in the wound of those who thought NEOM was going to be a big player in this arena.
For those who are excited about the recent bounce, on a comparative basis:
If you paid $70 a share, your stock just bounced from $4 to $4.80...Congratulations!!
If you paid $50 a share, your stock just bounced up to $4.80. Regrettably, you are still down over 90%.
If you paid the low price of .25, well, you are still down over 80% of your investment.
And if you were one of the smart ones who bought the discounted shares for .15, well, folks, you are only down about 70%.
That is one huge mountain in front of you, good luck!!
Who is pumping MOBL, I simply mentioned that these two, both of which have been Tobin Smith disasters, are ironically and sadly both priced around .047 or .048.
If you had been around longer, you might know the history and similarity of these two stocks and how both were promoted big by TS........many on this board and others have been in both at the same time, or switched back and forth multiple times.
Please, if you want to have an issue with me, find something more substantive...thanks in advance!!
Valid points, EDOQ, in fact, I had a very successful trader acquaintance call me late yesterday as NEOM popped up on whatever kind of system he has in place.
So you may do some good here, at least for now, with neomedia. The fact that he called tells me that yes, indeed, it might make a move back up, if only a little, but perhaps even more.........we never know in the pennyland universe!!
Looks like a NASCAR race today with MOBL and NEOM fighting for the lead!! First NEOM leading, then MOBL, then again NEOM, and on and on they race!!!......on a lighter note!!
It might have more to do with the many people who were alerted about NEOM took time to look at the dilution situation and the lack of credible PRs and said WHOA NELLIE!!!!
A good looking day for the beleaguered Neomedia stock, indeed.
Looked very good, as a matter of fact.
Bought them today on that report, and then tonight they start the process of studying the company, past PRs and disappointments, and recognize the unlimited dilution, past and present, and about to get a real wake-up call when the 12Snap settlement is announced.
You might say that 12Snap is in the driver's seat and poor Neomedia is begging for mercy.
