Oh you guys beat him up too much. I told you to go easy on him. Its too bad, b/c he had some wise adivice to sober us up a bit. Maybe when this thing ascends past .10 with some solid sales revenue, he will stop back and give some input.
Hey guys and girls. What happened to Long Jumper? I enjoyed learning from him and he had some really good input here. I would be interested in his comments on what's next for transition to Globak Tek after all that happened in the past week. All this talk of R/S has got me concerned.
Sorry guys...Just the frustration coming through when this product has sooooo much potential. It's killing me when I read these other companies scoring on all these "made for CT" accounts....! It's like all our research, self-made brochures, Govt Grants and sales leads fall on deaf ears. When the GSM version is ready in 30 days or so, we should really lean on them to spend some money and launch a real sales and marketing campain even if it means restructuring the staff.
Don't worry I am in this for the long haul and hopefully soon this thing is going to turn North...!
Sales?? What's that?
In any company structure, the media exposure is the direct responsibility of the VP of marketing and HISC just keeps missing the boat on all these issues.
I am not sure what efforts are being made in marketing on a daily basis, but Fredo needs to get serious and put someone more agressive in that seat.
No bash intended, just frustration especially when we have lost the boat anchor that we have been dragging around for months.
They have a nice demo video here. http://www.drivecam.com/fleet-safety-programs/fleet-management.html
If HISC is so determined to buy other companies. Why not buy drivecam and actually SELL some product.
Hang in there Spence. The markets are down world-wide. We are still in good shape here.
Stocks Plunge After Big Hit in China
02/27/07 13:40 EST
NEW YORK (AP) - The Dow Jones industrials plunged more than 200 points Tuesday, as Wall Street joined a global stock decline sparked by growing concerns that the U.S. and Chinese economies are cooling and that U.S. stocks are about to embark on a major correction.
You guys got to stick to the HISC subject matter. Spence just finished briefing us on that.
Did anyone else notice the difference in the updated letter from Fred. The release of GSM version is the end of the first quarter (next month), Where as the first version of that letter gave the end of the third quarter. I think they were holding back til the legal stuff was settled and we are much further along with the GSM than we were told. Next month should be very interesting. Also the Aroon is about to enter the GREEN zone on the Chart..
No, after all that happened today and BA solved and the new letter from Fred, I was wondering what would be the likley scenario with the HISC shares in converting/merging into GlobalTek and any RS that anyone may think will occur. I dont like RS and hope we never see that aspect.
It looks like we do have an honest hard working CEO and BOD's that are actually concerned with the shareholders.
All we need is for them to secure some solid sales and it looks like they are working on that. As Fred said in the letter "the worst of the storm is over".
Anyone have any scenarios as to HISC--> Global Tek transition and what would happen to existing shares of HISC and the thought of R/S gives me heart burn.
The party just got started...!
If that is Frank posting to defend himself, maybe he is scared that some posters are talking of the SEC looking into his past activities. Anyway, if Frank is buzzing around here on the board, he can join this CLUB and I will say no more.
Yes indeed. Not long ago I discovered a multimillion dollar government grant on the TSA website for inner city bus and transit lines throughout the US to be equipped with GPS trackers with fencing and remote kill switch features. PERFECT MATCH for THE CT. I was told that that info went to the management and I really hope they act on it.
Stockcharts.com has a great section called Chart school that analyses whether PR's and or actual sales moves the PPS in a security.
From my own experience I would have to agree with both LJ and Wayne and Skier. A PR will move the PPS quickly for a short time and unless sales revenue, defined contracts is proven, the hype loses it strength and the pps falls.
A great recent example is diamond mine DMXP just posted a PR a few days ago that their recent general core tests show a strong possibility that their is a diamnd deposit at their test sites in Montana. However, the small company cant afford a more thorough core test and exploration and is in talks with larger companies for a Joint Venture. The stock has risen as a result of that PR and is holding steady. Everyone is holding and waiting for the Proof of a Joint Venture and test results.
I know its off HISC subject, but it proves both points that the speculatory PR raises the PPS and it aint gonna hold unless they can prove that revenue will come from that announcement.
Go ahead fill in the blanks, have some fun.

On the 8th day
God Created the
Cyber Tracker
GO HISC
Yes, Maybe our stories cant be used as formal information, but If the Judge does some research on HISC to prepare for a decision, he will surely find this board and just maybe read skiers recent post. A+ skier..
I was told from more than one source that management reads this board for feedback etc. If everyone here post their own version of what and how Frank brought us down to almost "0" in his time as CEO. I came in just before the bottom and I am not sure when he started as CEO and what the pps was, but I am sure you guys can tell a good accurate story. If HISS management reads the posts, they may select a few of them to bring before the Judge as proof to show how the share holders feel about the former CEO and his doings or undoings.
I would advise you keep it professional and tell your story as if you were in the court room. Who knows maybe we can help with our stories and our voice may be heard, hopefully by the SEC when its all over.
Skier can start with his story.
If Noah had a solar powered CT on board, we could locate it today somewhere on a mountain side in Turkey I think.
Maybe they found a JV partner. The PR said they were going to move very fast and move forward..Hopefully another PR will come out soon to shed some light on this rally...
Wow its at.0015 and climbing. Did anybody hear any news today?
Get out your check book Frank. Now its going to cost you. I hope your attorney socks it to you in time and fees to fight the countersuit from HISS. It's payback time for all the shareholders that lost their money on broken promises. The best thing about this is the Judge will hear the whole story of the former CEO's performance and activites.
The beer celebration is slated for Las Vegas when we cross the finish line, which may be a ways to go, but reachable with the current recipe in place.
I am telling you guys, this LJ guy is the real thing and I am glad you guys are not attacking him as a basher. We are lucky to have him here to sober us up, educate us and give us hope as he too is long like us.
I think Longjumper is one of the most informative and experienced posters here on the board and I hope we will hear more from him as sales heats up. Everyone should listen closely and learn from him.
I think everyone is anxious to hear news of the court case to get closure and look forward to a new path with a new ceo and new name. Its been a long way down to the bottom and we all want to lose the "dead-wood" and let the CT do its thing and sell.
Anybody check the court case status this AM? I dont know the website. There should be something posted as to the status of the case. Hopefully settled..?
Toss a CT in your backpack and go hiking on Mt. Hood and bring a dog or a trunk monkey for that matter. Don't forget the HISS Solar charger and maybe upgrade to the satellite version.
GOVERNMENT CAMP, Oregon (Feb. 19) - Three climbers who tumbled off a ledge on Mount Hood were taken away in an ambulance after they hiked down much the state's highest peak with their rescuers - and a dog who may have saved their lives.
Rescuers using an electronic locating device found the three climbers and their black Labrador, Velvet, in the White River Canyon on Monday morning, where they had holed up overnight at about 7,400 feet, officials said.
The crew then hiked down the 11,239-foot mountain, Oregon's highest, with the climbers. Lower down, they climbed aboard the vehicle.
"The dog probably saved their lives" by lying across them during the cold night, said Erik Brom, a member of the Portland Mountain Rescue team. He described the wind in the canyon as "hellacious."
Rescuers had talked to the climbers by cell phone and tracked their mountain locator unit before reaching them at 10:47 a.m. PST.
"The most important part of this rescue is that they did everything right," Lt. Nick Watt of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said in a news conference.
The climbers spent the night huddled in two sleeping bags and a tarp in the canyon.
The three climbers were members of an eight-person party that set out on Saturday, camped on the mountain that night, and had started back down on Sunday when they ran into bad weather, officials said.
As they were descending, the three slipped off a ledge at about 8,300 feet. Someone in the party used a cell phone to place an emergency call to authorities.
"My understanding is that they are experienced rock climbers, but not necessarily experienced in mountain climbing," Gubele said.
The five other members of the their climbing party were rescued Sunday and taken down to Timberline Lodge, a ski resort at the 6,000-foot level of Mount Hood, and all are reported in good condition, the sheriff's office said in an e-mail.
Watt said the trio's use of a locating device may have saved them from a worse fate.
"That's why it is a rescue, not a recovery," Watt said, alluding to three climbers who went missing on Mount Hood in December.
Then, search teams scoured Mount Hood for days in the hopes of finding a group of missing climbers alive. The bodies of Brian Hall, of Dallas, and Jerry "Nikko" Cooke, of New York, have not been found. Another climber in their group, Kelly James, of Dallas, died of hypothermia.
In the past 25 years, more than 35 climbers have died on the mountain, one of the most frequently climbed in the world.
These two are perfect CT acessories.

The details on the settlement are due out next week sometime. Hopefully it wont cost us too much.
I guess I was being easy on them. As I said the other day, I went over to the RMEI board to see how they are taking it. Those guys are PISSED and standing there with empty pockets. I thing BA doesnt have much of a future if they keep on operating like that. It would also be nice to see F leave the court house in a orange jump suit when this is over.
I dont think our boys would let it go without good reason.
HISC must have waved something really ugly in their face to make them back down.
Both parties need to realize the costs involved in dragging this out and Big Apple would definitely be labeled Bad Apple if their present and future clients learn of the litigation and bring focus to the SEC of all the other companies they sucked down to near 0, past and present.
This could have dragged out easily for 6-8 months. Lets be thankful it was dropped so fast and I am sure its knocked the wind out of Franks sails.
One down and one more to go. Now bring on that RALLY MONKEY..!!
Monkey receives the good news.....
http://www.crazyphotos.com/monkeybusiness.html
I can't wait to see the monkey picture he chooses next week.!!
Skier. I think Monkey is going to go Ape S*** on Tuesday..!!
Its going to be in Las Vegas, hopefully this year..! Pick any hotel and we get a few suites and a 24 hr. buffet and open bar.
Thanks for that info spence. I think you may have two VOLUME bar charts on your latest chart.. still ...looks clear...!!
nice job
Nice job as always spence. Say, does anyone know where to search for new IPO's ticker symbols?? maybe like GlobalTek?
I went over to the RMEI board to see how they are taking it. Those guys are P-O'd and standing their with empty pockets.
OMG...those guys are brutal..!! Well, from now on before I invest in a pink, I find out who their PR firm is and I will not buy if they are involved. Its just a matter of time before they self-implode or the SEC takes them down.
I like this mordicai guy...!! I said it as well in the past.
Fred is holding back the bigger news til Frank and BA wear down and spend $$ on attorney fees only to find the are countersued and their reputations tarnished.
As I said, what company would hire either one after they are involved in this with a former client? I wouldn't buy a paper clip from either one. Once this is hopefully dropped and they crawl back under thier rocks to prey on others, we will see some great things happen.
All it takes is one "BAD APPLE", Make that TWO, to spoil a good thing..!!
CMF's gone negative again on the chart after one month in pos. Not a good sign for the pps. I would expect another dip n the price.
Hang in there skier,
Look at it this way. If the pps were up above 0.1+ like we all wish now, then Frank and BA would be fighting like crazy to get a piece of the action. Seeing that the pps is down so low, telecents fell through and their attorney fees are so high, they may just find that its not worth it and crawl back under their rocks and be gone. Especially after HISC countersues for all the damage they did to "us" the shareholders.
In summary, this management may be holding back purposely to run them down and tire them out. I think once this legal stuff is over and we lose them, things will start to turn in our favor like new acquisitions, new company name, new sales accounts etc.
I know its frustrating, but I think this management knows the best course of action and silence may be a part of it.
Until then, its "hard bottoms" and "blue bollies"...!! Stay long and I am sure it will pay off.
