You guys are hilarious. Doesn't matter what the stock does it is always a great day. LOL
GLTA
I've tried to contact IR guy aswell. 3 times infact. I have left my information and questions I would like answered 3 times and still no answer. I own other china spec stocks such as SNEN, emailed the CFO, and got a reply the next day. I will give KWGI a chance to change my mind by holding for a minimum of the next 6 months, but my confidance has been shaken to say the least.
Official Q2 financials to be reported prior to August 15th.
I think your estimates are low. I am looking for '07 EPS to be aroud $0.60 and '08 to be over $1.00.
The PR is out there but the audited numbers aren't. PR means nothing without proof. This is a total spec play on a completely unknown company. If you can't take the pain then don't trade it. I put a small amount of money in this stock that i was willing to lose all of, in the chance the PR's are true. If they are its an easy 10 fold gain. Doesn't matter what happens to the price between now and then.
This is a high risk/high reward type of investment. You can not watch daily price movements. I bought it for one reason, I want to be in when they anounce audited financials and move to a higher exchange. If the PR's are true this will be trading 10x what it trades today.
It was all convertable debt. The company said under any senario the most shares they would have outstanding would be 38.7 million. It is in the Q1 report, read it yourself. The dilution was taken into account in all estimates.
I don't think that anything is wrong. The CFO left for personal reasons, but they beat Q2 estimates by over 30%. I honestly believe that friday's drop was a rediculous over reaction lead by hedge funds that need to cover their 1.1M short interest they have accumulated before big news of nasdaq listing a record profit hit the wire. Buy and you will be happy. Or don't because I would still like a few more shares under $5 :)
This is good guys...I hope it is stablizing. We need this to settle for awhile before it moves up. I bought some more at $0.75 to average down to about $0.91. There seems to be more buyers at $0.75 aswell.
Looking good this AM. It appears that the 100K trade and the EOD yesterday was a short cover!
Yes, I have traded CHCG since last October. Very easy stock to read when it comes to the up and down swings. I would say I am closer to an 8 or 9 bagger with that one :) This one promises to be even better if it ever gets off the pinks.
Well said. This is one to buy and forget about. Check back in 6 months and I bet you will be very happy.
What are your guys cost averages? Mine is just below $1. I bought alot in the $0.90's thinking it was bottom. OOPS! I have a paper loss of $10k right now:( I'm not selling any shares anyime soon though. At this point I may even buy more.
I tried calling the IR number given in the PR's today. It went straight to voicemail. I left my name, number, and a few questions. If they ever call me back I will let you all know.
You have a better chance of simultaneously winning the lottery, getting struck by lightning, and shitting out a solid gold nugget before this stock offers a cash dividend while on the pinksheets.
I am getting the feeling that I am chatting with the bottom of the barrel investor/traders on this board. If anyone has anything reasonable or worth while to say, I'm all ears.
A cash dividend is unprecedented for a pinksheet stock, so that definitely will not happen. This company needs all of the cash it can get its hands on for future acquisitions. It is much better for share holders for acquisitions to occur in all cash transactions instead of in shares. Especially with such a low share price.
I am hoping it was a short cover and we start to climb tomorrow. If it was a legitimate sell then I am betting we will go much lower. But as soon as the order went through the ask jumped to $0.80 which leads me to believe that this was a short cover. If the float is indeed only 1.1M that that trade was nearly 10% of the float.
Stock price is being walked down reguardless of how many shares are bought on the ask. My buy orders are also being ignored. I have a buy in at $0.83 right now and it isn't even showing up. Then someone trades @ $0.80 and my order still remains open. CRIMINAL!!! This one could be shorted to sub pennies before the company even has a chance to report audited financials.
Has anyone tried calling the number for the investor relations guy?
If this company comes through on its projections, provides audited financials, and moves to hight exchange, all things they have promised, then we will see $20.
I really don't like that the bid is sitting at $0.75.
It will not move anywhere near it's true value until it starts filing with the SEC and gets off the pinks. The company promised audited financials in 60-90 days, so hopefully that will be the start. I definitly believe that there was some serious naked shorting at the end of the day. Hopefully they will cover tomorrow morning and we will shoot back up.
I am shaking in my boots right now. I doubled up my share count at $0.90. My cost basis is now at $1.00 exactly. What is going to happen tomorrow!?!?!?
Wow, down to $0.90. I already regret my purchase :(
Hello all,
Joined the part today with 5K at $1.10. Looks like this is starting to catch some peoples eyes. Certainly caught mine. I am hoping to double up in the next couple of weeks with this one. What are your all expectations?
Anyone still watching this stock?? I have been in contact with the CFO about the revenue potential of the CNG filling station. Here is her reply. (my original email is posted below her reply):

Subject: Re: CNG Filling Stations
Hi Mike,
1) Under the assumptions, that the full capacity of one CNG station is 10,000 cubic meters per day( it is an average number from our feasibility analysis) and the sales price is current price (although we estimate that the price will incrase in line with gasoline price increasing) the annual net revenue is about $1.5 million with net income about $300,000 .
2) Our filing stations are built in central and southeast China, which means the economic developed area of China. Now the target province are Hubei province, Anhui province, Henan province, Zhejiang province etc..
3) Our long-term plan is, within these two years, we will build 70 CNG stations and within the 4 years, we wish we can build about 150 CNG stations in those area.

Ms. Laby Wu,
I am hoping that you can answer some questions that I have concerning your company. My questions are specifically related to the new CNG filling stations:
1.) What are the estimated revenues expected to be generated from one CNG filling station?
2.) What region of China are these filling stations being built?
3.) I see that your company has set a goal of 30 CNG filling stations to be constructed by the end of 2007, are there plans to build additional filling stations in '08 or '09? And if so how many approximately?
Thank you for your time,
Mike
Look out below!!! She is sliding fast...I really thought we had some extra legs this time around. O'well got out this time from $7.85-$7.55. Will be interesting to see how low it is allowed to go with all the extra attention we have gotten lately.
We hit resistance at $7.95 and slid back down...but notice anything different this time??? We are back up now at $7.85. Is something up??? Some one knows something!
I never said it was going below $6. But I do think it will fill the gap at $6.19. I wouldn't say below $6 is out of the question either. We were there just last week.
Crazy day...It still seems that there are some BIG sellers out there. I still like to tell myself it has something to do with the move to the NAZ. I sold almost all my shares today that I bought $5.90-$6.25 for a nice profit. I think that the selling pressure will continue tomorrow to atleast fill the gap that was made on todays open. When this thing does pop it is going to move fast so I will be looking for a re-entry point very soon. Anyone else have comments on todays action?
Looks like there are still some insiders dumping shares into this run. But, this time there seems to be enough buyers to eat them up. NICE!
I'm not bitting on this small run up today. Feels too much like yesterday. I am hoping for a dip to $5.50 as well. Today is the last trading day of the quarter, so hopefully today will aslo be the last day of insiders selling.
The sell off was a bit of a surprise to me as well. I don't think it was day traders selling, there was still some insider selling going on. I felt like something was up early in the day but I still bought because I have learned to set rules and stick to them no matter what. I bought some at $6.05 on Wednesday and then bought more at $6.25 yesterday on the way up. Usually I only make one buy a day but i did pick up more at $5.95 to average back down. I'm not sure why insiders are selling but keep buying if she goes down farther. However, in the unlikely case it really takes I have stop losses set at $4.50. If it goes that low, something is really wrong.
Q2 will not be out until August.
For those of you who love this stock, tomorrow is D-day. For CHCG to continue on its tear I think it will have to hold the $6.00 support. My guess is she will drop early maybe even to sub $5.50, and will come back strong on +1 million volume. From there it will rally for a couple days to test the 52 week high? I took a small position @ 6.02 just incase she come out strong out of the gate. Either way, tomorrow will be exciting! GLTA
Great call on the $7.15. I was actually thinking $7.25 before open but when when it got near $7.15 i felt the weakness and sold.
Are you being sarcastic? This sucker is down nearly 20% from it's highs. The only reason it is getting better is becaue it is going down. The bigger the drop the bigger the sale on CHCG!!
Ok yes...I over reacted. It's a Monday and I am in the office trying to figure out why I still work here. Most of the outburst was just because I wanted to tell someone about the trade I made to get into CHCG in the $5.50's today. I'm up more today on that than I make in a month at work.
Good day for CHCG.
