I've got another idea. Dump the AMR business and refocus on Bob's construction experience and come up with luxury pet houses for dogs and cats. You know ones that have A/C in them. As to the short volume, yes it will count. A short sale is the same as a regular sale, you'll have a purchaser on the other side of the trade. Only dif is, the 'short seller' will have to cover(buy back) those shares at some point, unless of course, the company goes under. if thats the case short seller keeps $, and doesnt have to pay cap gains on it. Neat eh?!

Negotiations are ongoing in new distributor takeover deal..

She was very vague on 10q/k filings and when would happen,

I asked her to convey to CEO that us shareholders would like some press/news release in regards to current activity of company. She said she would do that..
