Pfizer brought their new antiviral to market in less time.
Lol. What a joke.
The PR you cite is no longer meaningful or relevant.
The delta variant represents a very small percentage of cases, if any.
The dominant variant of concern is omicron, and omicron emerged well after that PR; thus, the PR cannot be extrapolated to refer to omicron because the company wasn’t aware of omicron when that PR was released. Essentially, your PR is too little, too late because the situation parameters have changed drastically; thereby, rendering previous parameters no longer valid or of little relevance.
The company might have something to say about the mechanism of action, but it hasn’t said anything about omicron in that respect, so who cares? No one should.
There are significant key take aways though. The company has demonstrated sub-standard efficiency & rates of completion; the company has demonstrated that some of its seemingly good news may be rendered worthless or of little value due to the fact that the company operates with sub-standard efficiency & completion rates.
I mean there are several…
But the most interesting take away for me is this: the company is doing with the COVID drug what it has done with its cancer drug: pump the stock on news of developments; wait for a stock price increase; take on debt via stock offerings after the pump & subsequent SP increase; then do a reverse split… ALL WITHOUT MEANINGFUL PROGRESS & AT THE EXPENSE OF INVESTORS.
These EXTREMELY TOXIC corporate strategies have resulted in substantial losses for investors and the company intends to continue to employ these EXTREMELY TOXIC practices, which will continue to destroy shareholder value. Their toxic practices mentioned above should be construed as a scam, whether the toxic practices are legal or not.
Nothing you’ve said is true.
Stating that something is fact over and over doesn’t make it fact.
But, by all means, prove that transgenic mice studies must take 12-18 months. You u can’t.
The UGA studies failed.
And in more than just one way. The studies failed to be conducted in a manner favorable to investors, the studies failed to be completed in a timely manner, the studies failed to be conducted in a strategic manner and timeframe… the studies were just conducted in a toxic manner…. Etc etc.
More troubling is the continuing dishonesty and lack of transparency from the company. When 2/3 of the compounds being studied at UGA failed, the company should have immediately notified investors, but the company didn’t.
As others have said, this company was silent for an extended period of time after their last application to uplist was denied. The company is developing a pattern of behavior such that it is failing to notify investors of pertinent failures in a timely manner.
There will be little to no demand for this junk at anything above $1/share post split.
Call their accounting trick what you want, but I’d rather explain what it is from the perspective of an investor: their attempt to move to the NASDAQ is a desperate attempt to keep the company afloat—a continuation of failed, toxic corporate strategies that have annihilated investors over the years. Moving to the NASDAQ will not fix the core problem with this company: Dr. S & mgmt.
No intelligent investor is going to want to buy & hold toxic stock, and $SBFM stock is EXTREMELY TOXIC! There is a strong pattern of toxic management & toxic strategies that will deter long term investors. $SBFM management has refused to provide meaningful updates with respect to the research at UGA, at the expense of shareholders; $SBFM builds itself up via toxic corporate strategies at the expense of shareholders; $SBFM continues to keep a CEO that has utterly failed investors… the list is long.
This will tank post split because of toxic management & toxic corporate strategies, regardless of any “discount.”
A failed company with worthless stock, that’s all this is.
This company will tank post split when/if it gets to NASDAQ.
It has been trading in the gutter for about a year now, nothing will change that.
A little accounting trick to destroy shareholders won’t change the fact that this company is garbage, like its board of directors.
Don’t waste your time debating with the longs. Their investment has turned to dust & their money will continue to disappear, but I bet most of the alleged longs are swing trading anyway. Either way, don’t waste your time.
Down almost 100% since May, 2021.
The company continues to trade in a diminishing channel (.07-.08>.04-.06 etc etc).
The toxic practices and toxic management of this company deter long term investing.
This company has nothing of value for investors.
This company is destroying its investor base to get to NASDAQ, and NASDAQ is going to be a rude awakening for this company and its shareholders.
Even if the company did have something of value, management is toxic to investors and the toxic practices of the company, to include the way in which the company had abused its investors, are key points that will have long term negative consequences, even on the NASDAQ.
The recent filings are terrible, the company is terrible.
The only value in this stock is in day trading or swing trading it.
There will be no news prior to the split.
Keep dreaming. There is no big run coming, no “moon” landing.
There will be no news prior to the split.
Keep dreaming. There is no big run coming, no “moon” landing.
A discount? Giving this stock to someone is a discount.
This company has extremely poor mgmt, has engaged in EXTREMELY toxic practices (toxic towards investors).
This company stock will tank post split.
People can see that this company has abused its investors. $5.30 per share is way over priced.
The company has produced no meaningful results in about 10 years, it has abused its investors to stay afloat, and the CEO maintains an iron grip on the company when most intelligent people would ask for new management. The list is so long…
Whatever.
We will see.
Chasing what? This trash stock? LMAO!
I’m not a garbage collector.
Down almost 100% since late May, 2021.
The desperation of people who regained a small fraction of their losses is ever present in this company. But closing at 6 or even 10 cents means next to nothing, this stock would still be down substantially since May, 2021, even at 12 cents.
So every company says that it may not be around (in business) in the future?! And every company says that it won’t have a meaningful source of revenue in the foreseeable future?
This company and its stock are dangerous to investors.
Don’t believe anyone who says that the S1 is all just “boilerplate” language or that every company makes similar assertions as SBFM did in the recent S1.
This company is going to destroy its investors to get to the NASDAQ; I mean, that really says it all, but throw in the fact that the company admits that the NASDAQ may not even fix the company problems, and even a child could see that this company is a bad company to invest in.
NASDAQ is gonna be very bad for this company.
As the company said, the company doesn’t anticipate generating any revenue from their cancer & Covid drugs in the foreseeable future.
The company will continue to do stock offerings to dilute and reverse splits, all of which will destroy investor value.
The company admits that it may not even be around in the future. Who wants to invest in a company that could disappear soon and has no foreseeable sources of revenue beyond some vitamins on Amazon?
They will continue to do massive splits and stock offerings, which destroys investors, and there will continue to be a stream of chumps who get suckered into buying this trash.
Junk stock consistently trading near the YTD low.
Junk stock consistently trading near the YTD low.
This company is destroying its investors to get ahead, and what’s more ridiculous is that the solution proposed by the company has a “high risk” of not fixing the company.
What kind of person sits down and says he/she is going to annihilate their investors in order to pursue a high risk solution?
I’ll tell you: morons who don’t know how to manage their company; heartless individuals who don’t care about you—the investor who built them up; the type of person that cannot be trusted to act competently and in your best interest.
Didn’t Rose get scammed by OPTI & lose a lot of money?
What a clown.
SBFM seems like just another OPTI to me.
Seems to me that Rob & Rose are idiots.
Owning junk based on the belief that junk is valuable and losing money doesn’t seem wise.
This stock is a Rose special (AKA trash)?
Seems that way. This stock seems like it’s gonna be another OPTI (44 cents to less than a penny).
Wow. So many desperate folks pretending to have faith in a company that is literally annihilating its investor base to obtain a result that the company admits might not even fix the core problems faced by the company.
Another reverse split after NASDAQ (assuming they even get to the NASDAQ, which isn’t a guarantee)?
“Even after we complete this offering we may require significant additional funding in large part due to our research and development expenses, future preclinical and clinical testing costs, and the absence of significant revenues in the near future. ”
The above quote from their most recent filing says a lot. My interpretation is that the company is hinting at what Iulius said would happen after a NASDAQ approval: the company will need to do another reverse split and offering after NASDAQ.
Wow. This company is worse than trash.
The warning signs were all there, this company is a turd.
They have no faith in their products & the company might not be around in the future.
But listen to the bulls and their “explanations” (sarcasm) …..It’s all BS, but take their word for it if you want to lose everything! LMAO
This company is literally destroying its current investor base in order to try to get to the NASDAQ, and they don’t even know if the NASDAQ is gonna fix their problems.
Their Covid pill is a failure in my opinion, and my opinion was formed after reading the most recent filing as of the date of this post.
“We have not received, and do not expect to receive for at least the next one to two years, if at all, any revenues from the commercialization of our pharmaceutical product candidates.”
The above quote from their most recent filing says it all. They have no faith in the ability of either of their products to generate revenue.
Dr. S is an idiot. You’ll lose everything investing in this junk company.
It doesn’t matter what this company has. Failed leadership, idiots running the company, no business sense, and no concern for the welfare of its investors means this company will fail regardless of what it has.
The actions of the company will act as a permanent stain, so even investors in NASDAQ will not want to get stuck holding stock in a company that threw its investor base under the bus to save itself.
This company has nothing to offer shareholders…. except pipe dreams and shareholder abuse.
That’s a lot of “IF”s, but no results…
If SBFM does a reverse split, it’ll destroy shareholders; if SBFM doesn’t release news, it means they probably failed; if… wait, there are no IFs…SBFM is gonna do a reverse split and destroy shareholders and they haven’t released news, so they probably failed.
#garbage
A company that has failed in every way; a company that has failed its investors; a company that builds itself on the backs of its shareholders.
Reverse split then news, and it’s probably bad news.
This company and stock are junk, don’t fool yourself.
You must think that anyone who posts a negative opinion about $SBFM or agrees with iulius is also iulius? What you’re experiencing seems like a paranoid behavioral disorder or some version of paranoia.
As I said before: many of the longs in this stock are delusional and unable to assess reality with a rational, logical frame of mind.
Anyone who believes that $SBFM is a good long-term investment is not thinking clearly.
Robert & his wife lost millions in SBFM. I suppose that is the consequence of not actually earning your money: you end up throwing it away because you lack the skills, experience, and intellect to invest successfully.
This stock should be at less than a penny per share, the company is worthless to investors. Soon, there will be a market correction. Hold and be like Robert if you want, your choice.
Reverse splits wipe out profit potential & essentially wipe out shareholders.
There is a good reason investors run from reverse splits, because such splits are bad for investors. A reverse split is the ultimate “screw you” that a company can issue to its shareholders.
And SBFM has done many reverse splits …. There is no serious regard for shareholders with this company… their silence is a testament to their complete lack of concern for shareholders as is their numerous reverse splits.
Hold at your own risk, but know that the risk here is massive…
Anyone holding is expecting a company that has demonstrated a complete and utter disregard for shareholders to magically change and manifest a concern for growing shareholder value…
$SBFM has not built itself on science or medicines, the company has built itself on the backs of its shareholders and has manifested an intent to continue building the company at the expense of shareholders.
The market doesn’t believe in $SBFM, the proof is in the SP. The world doesn’t seem to care about $SBFM. There are people making a real difference in the areas of oncology & infectious diseases, while $SBFM is stuck in rat trials (10 years of rat trials with Adva-27a).
$SBFM is a company that builds itself on the backs of its shareholders while delivering no meaningful results.
If this company had value, it would have secured the necessary funds to advance its research a long time ago, but it hasn’t. Instead, the company engages in reverse splits & research (without meaningful results) to prop up the SP.
The abuse that they have levied against their shareholders is egregious & the majority of long-term investors were burned. But there is always a new crop of chumps to buy the stock on false hope so that the company can do a reverse split and wipe out shareholders again & again…
The bears here are the realists, the bulls are delusional, which is likely caused by denial. That is not a personal insult, it is an assessment of the psychology of investors and investor psychology is quite relevant in the market.
Denial psychology is a defense mechanism in which confrontation with a personal problem or with reality is avoided by denying the existence of the problem or reality. Denial leads to delusional thinking, or believing in a false reality.
After losing 80% of its value since May, suffering numerous reverse splits over the years, another likely reverse split, and no advancement to human trials, is it truly realistic to believe that one should hold this stock? Or is it delusional to believe that holding this stock is a good idea?
Even if it pumps, which it could, is it truly objective and reasonable to assert that one should hold this? I don’t think so. It seems more likely that those who have lost nearly all of their investment are in denial & have a deluded perspective that is defined by hopes and dreams rather than reality.
The good Dr. S can time travel now?
LMAO! I wasn’t gonna say anything, but I changed my mind this morning.
Apparently, Dr. S & team can time travel to the future because Dr. S signed the 14C two days after it was released (he signed it tomorrow). Scroll to the bottom, apparently Dr. S signed the 14C on the 20th.
Or maybe he can’t time travel? Maybe the sign date is some sort of coded message and he fraudulently and deliberately put the wrong date to convey a coded message? Or maybe old age is catching up to him…
By the way, the Dr. is an integral part of their business and he is near the end of his life (most humans his age don’t have long to live). Do they (SBFM mgmt) have any plans for when he goes or are they just winging it?
Either way, we see another demonstration of what appears to be ineptitude.
You’ll probably get your news after the split.
Be careful what you wish for though, it could be bad news. If they had good news, why would they need to split?
Furthermore, the last time they were very quiet for a substantial period of time, bad news was to follow (their attempt to move into the next OTC tier).
The reverse split will come before the news…
At least, based on the actions of the company, it seems that they’ll enact the reverse split first, then announce news.
This company is thoroughly abusing its investor base. Imagine that you don’t have shares or a stake in this, I bet your evaluation becomes more like mine. But all of the bulls have a stake in this stock, so they’re not really able to be objective.
What this company is doing to its investor base is terrible. Sadly, blind loyalty leads to bad leaders. It is the norm, so I am not surprised. But at some point, investors will wish that they held $SBFM leadership accountable… after SBFM mgmt destroys the investment…
A failed company with no future prospects.
The SP has failed to go beyond $.08 for a long time, and their solution has been, for the past several years, to annihilate and destroy their shareholders with reverse splits. A destructive 1:500 reverse splits seems very likely.
This company has nothing of value to offer investors; in fact, they have treated their investors with abuse & otherwise ended up costing investors substantially… many have lost nearly their entire investment.
One of their employees was involved with fraud companies.
There are SEC docs to prove it.
Doesn’t seem like a safe place for anyone to put money.
The Covid drugs failed…
..at least, it seems that way to me.
When their last application to uplist was denied, they were quiet for a while.
Same tactics then as now.
News coming soon.. for years now!
… But the only news is a 1:500 reverse split to wipe out shareholders and some ridiculous pump commercial by a washed up celebrity trying to push their vitamins… LMAO
They will be singing the same “news coming soon” tune six months from now and so on…
This is a failed company that has failed investors in every meaningful way.
