what it looks like is that nobody here took the time to actually read it. That's a correction on the conversion rights of the preferred shares. There is only 195M outstanding as that's all Cohen could issue before he split. Lets try to read before we assume........

I did speak with someone involved with the company that's exactly what they told me. It makes no sense to reverse a 185M share stock. However the disaster left by Cohen and his lovers will defiantly need to be cleaned up not sure what that will take.

These things take time and there are a lot of 3rd parties involved. Cohen should have kept this up to date but I guess there was a reason to move him out. We also don't know if there are comment's to deal with. I'm happy, good operations, still OTCQB so they must have satisfied them (tough to do) and things seem to be moving forward. FINRA is in charge of name change and symbol change and from my experience on another company they have no timeline whatsoever.

In the end this is seems to be reverse merger and a lot needs to be done. I'm good and buying when someone is dumb enough to bid whack

no stock left out there and way oversold. This needs some interest this thing will take off with any kind of buying pressure.

Doesn't seem to be any free shares after the last rollback and since they are making money they are not issuing any. Bottom line the market needs to move up to the sells I've been in this one a long time all the way back to Converde. Been slowly adding to my position because I think this is as you said a hidden gem.

yep its not a secret they are doing it openly and truly there isn't much anyone can do about it until the stock dries up. I'm certainly not going to bid higher if they jumped off of it for a few days maybe I'll start hitting the ask just because I want more. I see the bids building though testing the waters.

This is a good thing though we need to get all the un serious shareholders out of the way no reason to give them anymore than the lowest bid if they are not going to ride this out Cycle is not Cohen and those still crying about it is best they go and we start over.
