The FDA approved c19 vaccines are bad, but 25 year old FDA unapproved leronsaline that has no peer reviewed, published data is a miracle drug. Make it make sense.
ABSI has nothing to do with CYDY. Another pump attempt by one of CYDY's numerous paid pr firms. As much to do with CDY as GSK did. Remember the pump attempts of Pitt and company back then saying GSK was going to buy out CYDY? LAUGHING.
"His protocol was not yet safe in July .. what was he doing then since November , this was his only job ??"
Did you ask this question of Cyrus, Tony Migs and the current management the past year? What were they doing? The partial hold for HIV did not prevent them from running trials for other indications, so what were they doing while being paid so extravagantly?
The molecule's patent expires in June 2024, just enough cash to pay management salaries and not nearly enough to run a clinical trial. Any other possible news for 2024?
Like Nader's "Conditional EUA"? Looks like they are still playing the same games with fake terms that don't exist.
All the big talkers here are just left over remnants from Nader's frauding or paid promoters still on the payroll. This is just a self-enrichment vehicle from its founding, hence the hiring of an unqualified, twice convicted felon as CEO to run an alleged biotech.
What excuse will they give this time for the rejection by the FDA to remove the hold? Certainly not the truth. It doesn't take 20 months to remove a hold and there is no such thing as "informal talks" with the FDA. There is official correspondence and thats it. "Informal talks" is Nader style "conditional EUA" nonsense. Demand to see the actual FDA letter to get to the truth.
It was wonderful exit liquidity the last few days for Fife and other financiers. What prompted Cydy to issue that PR? Why not let the pump continue?
Did these grifters EVEN APPLY to lift the hold? Its still in place and you have Lollyzanny spinning bs next week. The SEC should look into the PR just before the vote for the shares in early November and see if they lied as they made it seem like they filed the paperwork to lift the hold. Did they or did they not?!
The year is coming to a close and not a single prediction made by Moneycrew to me back in March of this year in post #218804 came true. Face the facts, regardless of the current pump n dump, the hold will never be removed by the FDA and all patents expire by June 2024. The company begged for the votes to get new shares by announcing they submitted the paperwork for the hold to be removed back on Nov 3. Its been more than 30 days and no news, hence rejection again. Looks like most likely Amarex or Samsung have key info needed to remove the hold and they aren't going to release that info without being paid first what they are owed.
All the patents expire by June 2024 and its lights out unless the grad student at Oregon State uses chat gpt to make a long lasting version of leronsaline!
Remember when Nader said they got a conditional EUA (no such thing) and the bagholders fell for it?
The bags don't realize this news of Cyrus working part time at both places is actually not good news for them.
Never been proven in the history of the markets. Give me one instance where a court of law stated that a hedge fund hired anyone to post on message boards to manipulate a stock's price DOWN. On the other hand, numerous penny stock management companies have hired paid promotional firms to manipulate their stock's price UP, and often been prosecuted by the SEC for it. In fact here, the SEC filings reveal that Cytodyn's paid promoters are under investigation.
CYDY is so broke they probably don't even have an IT guy to remove Cyrus' name from the website!
Why don't they just ask for a billion more shares instead of 400M? The baggies would approve that too.
A high school math teacher at that. Why couldn't he get an assistant professorship at a university with an (alleged) phD?
He even let slip that he owns no shares in this. So his "crew" is probably a paid pumper group. Maybe he is the "Sheikh of Nodderspeak" himself? The failed Air Force Academy grad, who instead of serving in the Air Force after graduating from the academy decided to embark on a career of pumping penny stocks.
I agree with you. After they get the votes to extend their salaries for another year I predict they will put out a pr similar to something like this:
"We are unable to proceed further with submitting what the FDA wants for the hold to be removed because this requires certain data and analysis to be performed by our former CRO Amarex and also supplier Samsung. Unfortunately, we are in arbitration with Amarex and will not be able to get this information until arbitration concludes in late 2024 and unfortunately we are in default of payments to Samsung who is refusing to supply the required data until we pay it what it is owed"
In today's SEC filing proof that the company is still being investigated by the SEC and DOJ:
The investigations and any related legal and administrative proceedings could include a wide variety of outcomes, including the institution of administrative, civil injunctive, or criminal proceedings involving the Company and/or former executives and/or former directors in addition to Mr. Pourhassan, the imposition of fines and other penalties, remedies and/or sanctions, modifications to business practices and compliance programs, and/or referral to other governmental agencies for other appropriate actions. It is not possible to accurately predict at this time when matters relating to the investigations will be completed, the final outcome of the investigations, what additional actions, if any, may be taken by the DOJ or SEC or by other governmental agencies, or the effect that such actions may have on our business, prospects, operating results, and financial condition, which could be material. (p. 18)
Dive bombing because people are wising up to the fact that the FDA will never remove the hold as long as the SEC and DOJ investigate this company. Cyrus and Migliarese just want to get paid and have no incentive to do anything as long as the bagholders keep voting to dilute the company and allow more shares to be used to pay salaries. When was the last time a patient was dosed? You know, things a real biotech does.
Guess where Tanya used to work at?
The shorts had horrible luck in 2019 and 2020 early on because this stock was being pumped by a 2x felon with fraudulent submissions to the FDA and his lying CFO who promised a Nasdaq uplisting in 6 weeks. However, the message that the shorts were conveying was not wrong back then: this is an insider self-enrichment vehicle for management and financiers run by a felon out to enrich his own pockets and not to advance the science.
Was Miss You dumping her shares today?
The jelly man was one of the highest paid board members in the Pacific Northwest when he was on it. I believe he was pulling in around $2M (!!) a year when the average board member in the US makes a median comp of $45K a year.
BOD comp in USA
"Truth Bomb" on yahoo gave the cliff notes on CYDY "....Just a wild eyed smooth talking Persian who stole your money with an assembled cast of conmen who could be bought for the right price…"
Speaking of those pesky windows, in the entire history of the company was Chris Recknor the only executive who used his own money to buy shares on the open market? Did Scott Kelly ever? I don't count Cyrus' little stunt where CYDY pays him a ton of cash as salary and he then goes and buys shares with it.
I actually signed up to Glassdoor just to read that review. Here is the meaty part:
Ben Borgers gave us more than 100 clients to perform attest services but he defaulted paying 6 months of dues. He is a fraud man
You think they found an auditor willing to bend the truth?
Interesting. Locking up that scoundrel would probably end 90% of the pump and dumps in biotech.
Give me one instance of the SEC or DOJ going after a "paid basher". I can give you numerous examples of pump and dump crews that were charged and locked up.
Oh wow did they hire Deloitte? Oh, what's that, No? Oh, some unknown 2 man shop out of Colorado? Someone out there is desperate for a paycheck.
You're the bozo who keeps pumping this fraudulent penny stock. Has the former CEO plead yet or is he going to roll the dice in court?
Moneycrew admitted in a post he never bought a share and he keeps giving ominous warnings of what "we" will do soon. I wonder if the SEC and DOJ would be interested in finding out who this mysterious "we" he refers to? He sounds like he's working for one of those offshore promo firms Nader hired in the past.
Has that tired old pump of "hey look new job postings by cydy" been trotted out yet?
It's a junk drug from 1998 with no FDA approvals.
You do not know the real reason the FDA hold is still there, none of us do, because Cyrus and the company have refused to tell us exactly what the FDA required. They did not release the correspondence letters/emails, just like Nader didn't when the HIV BLA application fiasco was ongoing. It was only released because he was stupid enough to start litigation with Amarex. FDA clincal holds don't take 18+ months to resolve.
Since you are pointing out the "poor" in those 2's names did you also notice that the current leader of the company has the following in his last name migLIARese or will you point this out after the fact a year from now. Weren't you praising Nader when you used to post under a different alias?
Here' another prediction to add to the list: the FDA's clinical hold will never be removed without additional data that management is not telling you about. Just like Nader refused to say what was needed for the HIV BLA filing.
They fumbled HIV so badly. Any competent management that knew how to design trials properly would have got FDA approval at least 5 years ago. Now, competitors have passed them by. 2x yearly injections vs. weekly is a non-starter.
