Really? No catalysts on the horizon? LOL.
Agree.
Ok, but you have to ask yourself— do you believe they will be successful with IDE, and that the current SP is way under where it will / should be? If the answer is yes, and the current SP is under your cost basis— than why not buy 5k shares today and join the experiment to see if we can collectively raise the price?
How? It’s down 6% today off 14k shares? Check out the trade board— my 5k order is at 10:02. Guarantee if everyone buys 5k shares today it will go over .07
You all need to put your money where your mouth is… pick up 5k shares each. That’s a measly $300. Let’s bump this back up
Just picked up more shares… won’t take much to move this up. Every long on the board should pitch in and pick up 5k shares today.
I agree 1000% I’ve been saying this for a long time… the longs here need to do their part on Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn to re-post RDGLs updates and provide additional insights into the bill case for the potential investors out there who are unaware of Vivos. If we all do this consistently, guarantee this will help volume and bring much needed attention.
You are wrong. Solid progress. Solid involvement from Mayo doctors and continued engagement with FDA. All positive developments. People like you who are perpetually negative and trying to scare longs just need to take your negativity elsewhere.
May update is posted to their website
Because we all know MK is the one that decides when FDA can meet, what guidance they give and when IDE is accepted. It’s all up to him. Jeez— i guess he’s just lazy. He hasn’t done anything to progress the effort over the past 18 months at all. No partnerships, like with John’s Hopkins or Mayo Clonic, no progress on manufacturing, supply chains, or anything. Plus, he let COVID go on way too long if you ask me. It’s all his fault.
Guys— take a break. Who cares if a PR comes out in the month of April, or a week into May. Stop hanging on to every tweet a literal gospel. They said they were “optimistic” not 100% sure. Bottom line, nothing has changed. Containment was met, IDE is close and RDGL will ultimately be successful. Be patient, don’t sell anything and we will be rewarded.
PS— SC8… If I have to read your comment again about a meeting needed for a ‘complex’ issue I’m gonna gouge my eyes out. You’re like a broken record…. Jeez
Great time to load up on more shares after the sale yesterday. The initial bump up was likely due to an insider with knowledge. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a disclosure filed from Konerko purchasing more. The breather yesterday is likely flippers. Stupid if you ask me, as they won’t be able to get back in at these rates once the PR and announcements are made on the IDE.
Dangerous game to play— why would you sell this now?! They will announce IDE soon and you’re going to be shit out of luck— can’t get back in at these prices. Whoever sells now is going to miss out on significant profits
Everyone do your part and post about this stock everywhere— let’s drive the volume up to 10m per day. Usher in those gains!!!
100% I’m holding. We know the potential of this stock— have for years. Anyone who sells for under $1.00 will miss out on significantly more upside once they announce phase 1.
PSA: don’t panic if the “material” update is something like adding a new clinic location, a partnership with a veterinary provider or a new patent. Also, it is still possible that the announce they will have one more meeting with FDA to review containment study or another topic… all of this would be noise, but NOT any reason to sell. I am fully confident they will get the IDE, but let’s just continue to be patient… we’ve all waited years. If it takes another 30-60 days who gives a shit.
I can appreciate your objectivity… no one should fool themselves of the risks. I am just interested in what specifically do you like about this company that prompts you to hold onto these shares in the hopes of a higher return?
$0.07 cents a share will look like an amazing deal soon… Bold statement to say they expect a “material change” in the company unless they foresee a significant positive development. I’m picking up a big tranche of shares today before this explodes. If you’re smart you’d do the same
Done! Posted and liked every post on RDGL… everyone on this bird needs to comment and promote RDGL with their own post— let’s get more eyes on this
Hope you are right— trying to manage my expectations but would love to be wrong.
IDE submission: $0.15 to $0.25
FDA approval: $0.40 to $1.25
Human Trials: $1.25 to $5.00
Just hard to believe anyone would sell one single share with the update we just received. These people are going to be beside themselves when we get IDE approval and the SP goes into the .20s .30s. Glad we have another opportunity to pick up some more shares
Look, i want the IDE submitted more than anyone— been an investor since 2018… everyone needs to just lower their expectations a bit for the April update. I suspect that there will measurable progress made again and hopefully some more definitive timelines but if everyone expects the update to day the FINAL IDE was submitted, I am not so sure about that… I do believe they are extremely close and I would be surprised if the final is not submitted by end of June, however no one should be disappointed if they don’t submit by April 1. Be patient, accumulate during this time and spread the word EVERYWHERE about this company so that when the IDE is submitted there is healthy volume and interest. I’ve said it before about trying to get more eyes on this stock— but i have not seen anyone make any posts on Reddit / LinkedIn / Facebook / other investing forums. Do yourself and everyone here a favor and let everyone in your life know about this.
Honestly, it seems like this stock moves with very little volume… depending on if the ask is met. I’ve seen the price go up or down by 2-3% with like 80k shares of volume
Slap the F out of the ask
Everyone should pick up 5k shares at the ask… i just did. Let’s have a Green Day.
This could go to $5.00 easy— you are an idiot if you sell now before the IDE or before plans for human trials are announced.
It’s happened many time before… here are some recent examples of ‘Penny Stocks’ that made people RICH.
RDGL shares many characteristics with these companies, in that it’s low market cap— high price momentum on news and they most importantly have high likelihood of FDA catalysts in the very near future…. Bottom line: accumulate and hold. Get RICH with me!
Cytodyn Inc. (CYDY): In early 2020, shares of Cytodyn, a biotech company, skyrocketed from under $1 to over $10 per share. The stock price increase was due to positive clinical trial results for a potential treatment for HIV and COVID-19.
Novavax Inc. (NVAX): In 2020, shares of Novavax, a biotech company, rose from under $5 to over $100 per share, due to positive clinical trial results for a potential COVID-19 vaccine.
Plug Power Inc. (PLUG): In 2020, shares of Plug Power, a renewable energy company, rose from under $3 to over $70 per share, due to increased demand for alternative energy sources.
Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (AXSM): In late 2019, shares of Axsome, a biotech company, rose from under $2 to over $100 per share, due to positive clinical trial results for a potential treatment for major depressive disorder.
Marathon Patent Group, Inc. (MARA): In late 2020 and early 2021, shares of Marathon, a digital asset technology company, rose from under $1 to over $60 per share, due to increased demand for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
BioNTech SE (BNTX): In 2020, shares of BioNTech, a biotech company, rose from under $10 to over $100 per share, due to positive clinical trial results for a potential COVID-19 vaccine developed in partnership with Pfizer.
Do your part— buy 5,000 at the ask. Lots of loyal longs here, myself included. Everyone should buy 5,000 shares at the ask today. Keep up the SP in advance of IDE. Let’s see the trades board with a ton of 5k orders at ask. Bet we all see a gain end of day if we do that.
Dude do you know how ridiculous that answer sounds? Of course awareness will help. Investing in this is not predicated on just the IDE… the long term potential they have once they are able to use on humans is enormous. And any kind of ‘investor’ that would buy in and sell if the IDE is forecasted to take a few months longer is not the kind of investor they need.
Help bring awareness to the the stock— the battle we all have is that despite years of steady progress, next to nobody knows about the company and stock. Everyone here should be doing their part to drive awareness. Do it. Do it shamelessly. Every. Day. Until they listen. Sick and tired of this flying under the radar… post on penny stocks subreddit, post on WSB, post on StockTwits, yell at traffic. Fucking seriously y’all… if your too lazy to write up a post, ask ChatGPT… it will do it for you in 3 seconds. All jokes aside, longs here truly BELIEVE in this company and the treatment. We need to push this puppy into the light and get eyes on it. GUARANTEE that if this whole board makes a concerted effort to promote awareness for 1 week, we will start to see some traction. Off my soapbox now— let’s do this.
Everyone take a breath—it’s all Ok.
Who gives a shit what the price does until the next announcement. We long term investors who know the normal cadence of engagement Vivos has with investors and can read between the lines of PR announcements, monthly updates and Twitter posts know we are as close as we have ever been. Put your phone down, forget about daily action and keep your eyes on the prize with the upcoming IDE/FDA developments along with the planned additional collaboration with Mayo/John’s Hopkins. This will run once all the other Johnny-come lately investors realize the true potential. Keep the faith….
Volume may be ‘low’ compared to a more actively traded stock— but the volume on this has been much higher than average over the past week. Honestly with recent developments and the promise of IDE around the corner i can’t make sense of it unless there are some that bought in and jumped back out quickly. I can’t imagine any of the long term ‘longs’ here selling. Regardless— I don’t really care what the price is until we get the announcement. This is still coiled to pop until we have new info to make us think otherwise
Sellers are f***** retarded! I honestly can’t imagine selling with the recent news and updates and the upcoming catalysts that have the potential to double this thing in a day. Probably a good thing to get weak FOMO investors out.
Yes— I know they’ve stated their goal is to advance to be in the position to conduct Human trials— but as you pointed out, they need the IDE first. What I meant was after the IDE has been accepted/granted by FDA and RDGL announces their plan to begin preparations for human trials and confirms they have the funds to do so that will be an even bigger catalyst that will prompt much larger investors to jump in.
You all would be crazy to sell this before they announce the efforts to start human trials… leaving a ton of money on the table. That’s the news that will get institutional investors in the game and SP will rocket from there.
I think that’s a bit optimistic— I’d love that but then the market cap would be over $1 Billion at $2.00– wouldn’t it? I wonder what would be a reasonable market cap…
The nature of these quarterly reports for all companies is always “doom and gloom”… don’t read too much into it. They need to stress ongoing risks. Based on the likelihood of the IDE and the speed at which other developments are happening I suspect they will have no problem securing investment soon.
For those that keep complaining that IDE isn’t here yet— I suspect many don’t truly appreciate what an arduous process it is… The FDA IDE (Investigational Device Exemption) process is a regulatory pathway that medical device manufacturers must follow to conduct clinical studies of their devices in the US.
The process can often take a SIGNIFICANT amount of time, sometimes years, to complete. Here are some reasons why:
Complexity of the regulatory process: The FDA IDE process involves a complex set of regulations, guidelines, and requirements that must be followed. The process can be especially challenging for small companies or those with limited resources (let’s be honest— like Vivos)
Stringent safety and efficacy standards: The FDA has crazy stringent safety and efficacy standards for medical devices, and it requires EXTENSIVE data to be submitted to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the device. This can involve multiple phases of clinical studies, each with its own set of requirements and timelines. Adding to this, sometimes the FDA personnel involved with initial evaluations change over, and the new individuals request more/different data, like what has happened with RDGL.
For the review process… Once a company submits an IDE application, the FDA must review it to ensure that the proposed clinical trial meets all regulatory requirements. This review process can take a significant amount of time, especially if the FDA requests additional information or clarification from the manufacturer. (We’ve seen THIS before too with RDGL). :(
Limited resources: The FDA has limited resources and staff to review IDE applications, which can result in delays.
There is also a changing regulatory landscape, administrations, etc. The regulatory landscape for medical devices is constantly evolving, with new guidelines and regulations being introduced. This can result in delays as manufacturers try to navigate the new requirements.
Overall, the FDA IDE process takes a ton of time because of the complexity of the regulatory process, the high safety and efficacy standards required by the FDA, the review process, limited resources, and the changing regulatory landscape.
It's important to note, however, that this process is in place to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical devices before they are approved for use in patients.
Vivos is being extremely deliberate with this process and doing the pre-meetings / pre submission process because they can’t afford to go back to square one and try again. I’d rather it take 2-3 years and get it done right.
I suspect we are very close and anyone who keeps pointing to the fact that it’s not done yet as a reason to be pessimistic just doesn’t understand FDA.
KEEP THE FAITH. I’ll never sell this until it’s in the $0.25 to $0.40 range, which it could be after IDE. Even then, i will hold a tranche through their efforts to bring to human trials.

Hello All-- This stock needs some additional exposure. I've re-tweeted the Equine PR to a number of Equestrian twitter groups, crossed referenced RDGL on trending stocks on StockTwits, and posted to several Reddit groups.
HIGHLY encourage all of you to do the same. With a little push from the highly dedicated RDGL investors, I believe we can get at minimum a few thousand people educated about this stock.. with hopefully several hundred pricking up shares to help with the accumulation and momentum pre-IDE.
If Reddit WSB taught us anything, retail investors when acting as a group can influence the market. This is not even a 'pump' because the stock and technology are beyond promising... we are simply helping educate the masses! Go forth and contribute to the awakening! LOL
